I thought the whole point of not eating at the filming studio was so that they could keep ordering fresh so that it would be hot. Now I’m wondering if they even parked it close to chilis!

Exactly. The Chili's chicken crispers (the beer battered looking ones) are only good as soon as they've been fried. Sometimes the customers don't even get to taste them crispy...when they go soft they're trash.

12 or so years ago we had to move my grandma into assisted living because she had rapidly advancing dimentia. We took her one day as a family to Chili‘s and they were advertising the Quesadilla Explosion Salad so that‘s what she ordered because she was in a phase where she read every sign she saw. After ordering it, the whole night she would just randomly say „Explosion!“ and laugh and it made this a very memorable salad for me.

You know it’s old because they talk about the tech area as if it is actually important and popular, and behind Mary Jo is a poster for the Disney movie Ice Princess. It’s burned into my brain even though literally nothing else from it stuck. The rest was gone before I even left the room lmao

For Keith: As a native Wisconsinite I have to say if you try Culver’s try it in Wisconsin. I recently moved out of state and Culver’s doesn’t hit the same. Went back to Wisconsin, had Culver’s and was not disappointed
I love watching eat the menu when I'm sick because Keith has a voice that just helps me mellow out for some reason, it's just nice and sweet even if he is very chaotic. Plus i can close my eyes and just relax while he spirals into madness, I don't feel alone in my feverish delusion.

As an ex-Chili’s employee, I will say most things taste best straight out of the kitchen. Also I had a single drop of Santa Fe sauce once and my mouth burned for about 20 min (I’m also very sensitive to spice tho) ALSO it’s a Texan restaurant OF COURSE there’s no beans in our chili.

My husband and I tried that at one of our local Chinese mom-and-pops and we had to quit once the menu got to non-stop tripe and hearts lol
But it has to be a mom n pop shop that has really faded pictures of the food that haven't been updated since the 80's except for layered on price stickers, the interior hasn't been updated since 2002, the sign is older than the US itself, and there's a child doing homework in the corner. It's *always* the best food.

As someone who's worked at Chili's for over five years, this is the exact video I've always needed.
I’ve only worked 6 months and it’s been an interesting ride
I worked there for literally only 4 months and that was enough for me to leave. I was just a hostess so I never got to experience the food in its full so this was interesting.
Do you guys call them chili-mares too? You know, that dream that you have where you get triple-sat but you’re the only one there and you can’t get to your tables in time? I quit there years ago and I still get them…

Oh god. I’ve done that and it’s the worst thing to throw up.
I have a lot of issues with stomach lining and acid production, so something I just straight vomit shortly after eating and the food is....much more in tact than it should be. I should chew more.
