I worked at a Chilis for 4 years in my early twenties and I will tell you, if a server says they haven’t ordered a molten at the end of a terrible night and sat and ate it by themselves in the corner at some point while they rolled silverware, they are straight up lying to you.
We would hide in the walk-in eating them cold.

Find a friend with a camera and start recording a show. Being on Delish probably means the food is comped, but if you want to do it, get started and grow a following.

Chili’s ranch sauce is unbeatable.... the best drunk/high food is Texas cheese fries, triple dipper with the sliders, honey chipotle chicken crispers, and the awesome blossom petals. All with extra ranch & a strawberry lemonade 😍🥴🥴

Everything from chili’s goes hard. The fajitas, egg rolls, chicken crispers, chips and salsa, and burgers are so good. I miss when they used to have a prime rib burrito. It was SO good 😩😩😭
I miss the 70s-90s atmosphere,the original skin on French fries with salt ,pepper&garlic powder.non brioche burger buns,Asian lettuce wraps,Honest Tacos,Awesome blossom&their chicken fried steak dinner!Too many delicious things gone!The Fajitas fixings are so scant nowadays.

My boyfriend is the head chef at our local Chili’s and he has brought home everything that you are eating. The Queso is AMAZING!!! The Southwest Egg Rolls are to die for. The Queso Burger is out of this world… They have a new Philly Sandwich that he brings home. I love Chili’s food.
Honestly, Chili's has some darn good food. Their southwest eggrolls and chicken crispers are bomb

Thank you! Brings me back, my husband was the GM When Chili's 1st came to Vegas and I was pregnant with our 1st child...you know he brought me food home every night! Lol my fav's were the shrimp fajitas, chicken tacos (they're different now) and boneless wings. Damn! They didn't have the pickles then! And totally agree, I love their chips and salsa and before and after our beautiful daughter....the margarita was bomb!👍😊😊

Chili's is a great casual restaurant. My top 3, the fajitas, nachos, quesadillas, and Texas fries. Oh that's four, and I agree about those super crunchy thin chips. ❤

The bacon ranch quesadilla and the buffalo chicken salad are my all time faves. The beans that come with the fajitas are really good, I’m sad she didn’t try those!
