@@novern4925 He doesn't. The reality might just stop existing at some point because he's not there to end the timeline properly. Dovahkiin basically just ruins everything for everyone by killing it.
@@sergiuszandewagenski185 He could come back, he is the firstborn of Akatosh after all. We even see his soul get pulled into the sky, presumably back to Akatosh. If he doesn't come back, the timeline could last forever, or someone/something else could mantle(replace) him as the one who ends the current kalpa(timeline). One option for it is the Thalmor if the theory about them wanting to destroy Mundus's Towers is true
@@arcanephysics7384 It isn't the firstborn of Akatosh though. They're actually the same spirit, artificially separated from itself. As such Alduin is an Aedroth and therefore bound by the Convention. This means that its death was absolute and unlike Daedra it cannot reform itself, leaving it unable to end the timeline. This will overtime cause the Godhead to destabilise ans wake up, ending the timeline abruptly. And the Thalmor's plan of disabling the Towers won't end the timeline, it will only dissolve existence to its primordial form.

Well, I have to admit this. I knew Nothing of The Elder Scrolls, or of Skyrim.
During the quarantine I was browsing through UA-cam and cane across some of Malukah's videos and recordings.
I now have the very first gaming system I have ever owned in my life, and one game .. The Elder Scrolls V SKYRIM.
(My grandson gave me his old gaming system and the game.)
Malukah, your voice is so very lovely, and these songs are so mesmerizing, that I sought out the origins of this music!

TheLordboki I think she is in two cities in the Aldmeri dominion. Skywatch and I think Mathiisen, she could be in other areas as well. I didn't see her in the other factions.

I've been using a mod to replace all of Skyrim's female bard songs with yours for so long that I almost forgot it wasn't part of the vanilla game. Re-installed the game recently and forgot to activate the mod. Walked into an inn and heard one of the vanilla female bard songs playing. Couldn't stand it after listening to your versions for so long. Had to exit the game and fix it immediately.
All that to say, you've got one of the best voices I've ever heard. Makes a great game that much more epic and immersive haha.

I got obsessed with Skyrim only recently (a bit late?), and I'm still on my first playthrough. Discovering your covers on UA-cam really adds to the feeling of being immersed in the game! You have a beautiful voice, lady, and your passion for the series really shows in your singing. I especially love this cover, as the Tale of the Tongues is my absolute favourite song.

None of the bard songs sounded good to me. Then after over 200 hours in the first Skyrim and another 60 hours in Special Edition, a bard FINALLY played this song. It caught my attention immediately, like it was written by a completely different person than the rest, but there was just too many long pauses between the verses. I'm glad I found you doing a cover of this.

What I love most about this song is that it tells the story of the Alduin and the Dragonborn so beautifully. The lyrics are great, but the really really neat part is that while your listening to the lyrics, your probably thinking of your own journey in the game. Your experience is part of the song. The story of the song is the story of YOU. It's so marvelous.

I don't know if you check comments anymore but let me say that everytime I beat Alduin through a great campaign, I sit upon High Hrothgar and give this classic a listen admiring the beauty of skyrim. It's so cinimatic and is a fitting way to end a game. Thanks for all your covers and may the Gods watch over your battles friend.

it's 2023. I'm, as usual, starting a new skyrim playthrough during christmas times. This song is just so special to me... I grew up with music, had musician parents. I'm VERY picky about what I like and what I don't. But your skyrim music is just 10/10 for me. Every time I go back to it worst case I get goosebumps, best case I cry tears of joy. This is not an exaggeration. My favourite part is 2:15 and forwards. I love the chords and vocals in it very much. Thank you for your work.
