I still remember in 2011 when I first found and was entranced by the original cover after playing Skyrim. Hearing this remastered version 10 years later the nostalgia is immense. All your covers which ranged from Skyrim, to Halo to The Witcher, I loved them all. I still have famed the signed card and CD of her first album "All of the Above" which she used her own time and money to send to me that decade ago after I left a comment saying how much I enjoyed her music. Not once have I ever met an artist so devoted and selfless to her fans. All I can say now is, Malukah, even 10 years later, I still consider myself your #1 Australian fan :)

I think video games are the PINNACLE of human creation. Not only does a good video game involve traditional pieces of human creation like art, story, music, film direction, choreography - EACH of which are amazing works in their own right; but also cutting edge science, technology, and artificial intelligence. Some games even go so far as to incorporate psychological or philosophical messages (Hellblade) or accurate and painstaking portrayals of history (Kingdom Come). A good video game is LITERALLY experts in every subject humans study: traditional science, technology the fine arts and the humanities come together, and not just in a flimsy way. No one would give 10/10 for a video game that has an amazing story and meticulously drawn and recreated world, but bad AI, poor research, or even made poor use of technology and was full of bugs. On the flip side, no one's gonna rave about a video game that has amazing technical merits but a forgettable story, or bad music. The video games we all remember best are the ones that did ALL of those things well.

I was 11-ish when Skyrim first came out and starting playing after watching my dad play (I did that a lot as a kid since we had 1 computer and I was easily entertained). I heard your original cover way back then and loved it! I'm now a 21 year-old adult woman and found this after searching for your original cover again. From as far back as I can remember my parents have always scolded me for playing video games. Didn't stop me from playing them though, nor did it stop me from making memories with friends. Having them come over to play skyrim on my xbox and bursting out in laughter when the giant would knock us into orbit. Good times....good times.
