13:50 agree, at last somebody shared same sentiment. I stopped listening sa mga influencers regarding skin products kase napansin ko halos every month nagpapalit palit sila ng ineendorse. It is way better to do our own research kung ano ang mas effective na product sa skin natin.
“Don’t judge me, I don’t know everything.” What I love (and usually find amusing) about doctors is that they are not afraid to say “they don’t know” when they really don’t know!!! I hope more people (in all fields and all walks of life) become this honest on not knowing something... just a thought...

This is the best skincare routine and skincare advices i have ever seen sa local youtuber! Very well researched and pinaguusapan talaga ingredients and ineexplain ano ginagawa sa ingredients. As hyram (another youtuber would say) “Ingredients dont lie btch”. Though di ako agree sa double cleansing comment because makeup and sunblock clogs pores and di un natatanggal ng one cleansing lang (pero baka di need ni doc since guy siya na hindi nagmamakeup). I never comment sa videos pero need ko lang sabihin since a lot of influencers indirectly sinisira balat ng viewers nila with false info. So cheers to you doc :)

Pricey talaga ang magconsult and bumili ng product sa derma pero SOBRANG WORTH IT. After consulting to derma hindi na ako masyadong tinigyawat, my only problem now is dark spot, sobrang tagal lang nya maglighten. I super agree on this. I have acne breakouts for the very first time in my entire life due to constant wearing of face masks. I watched a lot of skin care vlogs. None of their tips worked for me! I was told to go to aesthetic clinics, but I went to a dermatologist talaga sa ospital (The Medical City in my case). I was prescribed Teranex, Epiduo and an antibiotic called doxycycline. In a span of 4 days, I noticed a huge improvement on my skin! Can’t wait to regain my perfect skin again!
