Simple and straight forward video. Thank you. 😊
Finally came across a channel which is totally about real facts not about any brands promotion .. Really thankful for sharing these habits which can change any ones lifestyle to a good way.
This comment is not related to skin care or issues but….
I have been following your videos for quite a while. I cleared my PLAB exam and even landed a job in London.
I wanted to let you know your videos have been a great help and a great guide too.
And so I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you. ☺️
All the very best for ur future..
thank you so much. self esteem is truly associated with acne. I have faced lot of backlash from relatives and friends. a big big thank you for validating product ingredients and routine ma'am.
Thank you so much for a very informative and interesting explanation. I recently came across skin care and realized I'd been playing with my skin all my life😢...so I'm being more intentional now about caring for my skin☺️. I've tried out a few products and I'm enjoying learning about my skin's likes and dislikes. I've been researching some products before purchasing them, and I'm glad to see the in-depth explanation you gave. Great work!!!
You were extremely clear & to the point just loved all your recommendations & the whole video was very informative❤ where in this world today there are hundreds & hundreds of products out there in the market & you get very confused what products to select & buy for your skin this video has been a great resource of a perfect selection I’ve been using most of the products from your video already but would love to buy the retinols now which was very helpful from your side lots of love to you❤ keep on doing the hard work worth watching your video & yea it was my first time but I’m hitting the subscribe button just for you being so honest & clear not for the sake of promotions & the paid videos ❤ One more amazing thing you’ve said that the skincare products shouldn’t be costing us more then 20-30 pounds & shouldn’t be burning off all our money ❤❤❤ loved your video totally worth it watching it 🤍
Great video but I would change Face massage to Microneedling, like for real, as I got older I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible (Never tried filles or Botox though), anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A, which is way better than retinol, (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 18 again, but definitely not 46 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist (Never had jowls though). People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin and instead just spending hundreds on creams, serums etc which will do so little if anything, I strongly suggest you to do some video about that, your audience will thank you.
Could you tell us which derma pen brand please ? Thanks for the comment by the way!
Korabeauticals V2
+1 for kora beauticaIs. I've been doing microneedling since it started 12 or so years ago. Nobody believe I am 55. They all say I am in my 30's or early 40's. As you know, as we get old, our skin gets thinner therefore creating wrinkles. But the wounding kept my skin still thick and youthful. Your comment will help so many women to restore their skin..
How often do you do it exactly?
every 14-20 days, a single session, 1.5mm depth all over the face (0.5mm under eyes and forehead).
You are so so gorgeous omg, I will def try out these products!!
Very well explained, thank you
@drmonishamishra thank you so much for this in depth video. I am going through cystic hormonal acne from past 4 months. I would like to try the la roche posay retinol in my routine after seeing this video i use cera ve retinol currently. I have a question about exfoliation. Which brand would you recommend for exfoliation in night time routine for acne prone skin? I see you use la roche posay effacular as moisturizer in morning. Can you recommend an effective product for exfoliation and frequency of using it.
😊
You just summarized a hundred videos for acne care found here in youtube lol thank you so much!
Dr. Monisha, really great insights on skin care. Thank for sharing! Your skin is beautiful and glowing, do you use collagen supplement by any chance?
Thank you for this!!!!
That was really insightful! Can you please make a routine video as well just to give more context to how and when to use the products? Thank you 💖🌷
I use this same cleanser by cera ve it’s saved my life! I’ve tried almost every cleanser available from medicated to drugstore to high end but nothing helped my acne.! Only Cerave did!
pardon me but you are seriously beautiful ! Thanks for sharing these effective remedies for all !!!!
Best video on skincare watched after a while❤
hi what do you suggest for atrophic scars?
I am so happy with Dermalmd Acne Serum. It has helped me get rid of my acne and improve my confidence. I use it twice a day, morning and night, after cleansing my face. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any residue. It also smells nice and feels refreshing on my skin. It is worth every penny.
I have been facing severe acne issue from ever since I was 18(now 25) and it continued, almost Destroyed my face with scars and open pores. But these are some products which has drastically improved my acne and scars
1. Cleansing atleast Twice a day
2. Sunscreen
3. Retinoids
Trust me all you need in your life is these three products.

I wish but not true. Maybe it worked for your skin type. Good for you.
Thanks for sharing, I just thinking about to buy some products la roche posay and you gave me a positive decision. I will try. Thanks a lot 😊
As a doctor I think you should have at least mentioned, that retinoids cannot be used during pregnancy.
And also for brest feeding mothers
Thank you mam , I really need this video ❤

Hi, this video has lots of good information, thanks so much. I also love Cerave products. But, what about "The Ordinary" brand? Don't you think that's also a good brand?
Great and comprehensive video
Amazing video doc.
This brand is really awesome, I was also facing similar issues, Effaclar due duo and facewash worked for me.
For me, only issue with this brand , it is not avaliable in India. In Europe it is cheap and easily avaliable . I hope they will launch their product in India As well.
It's available on Amazon in india
@drmonishamishra Thanks for being here with ur professional experience and insights. One thing that I would like to hear from you is if you can research and suggest serum and moisturiser products for the Indian Market..the scorching summer and skin damage due to continuous exposure to pollution and other factors are well-known factors all around in the country. So please pour some insights if u can for products good with results for Indian Market..
Hey doc what's your take on Neutrogena dry touch sunblock? Have you used it? Also literally no moisturiser on earth suits my face so my face ends up getting super dry during winters. I'll give cerave a try hope it won't gimme a bad reaction or make my face feel "heavier" 🤞
i always love every video you upload girl!! literally my favourite lifestyle
Thanks for the detailed video
Not me watching this at 12 am

Wow I had been freaking out about skincare because, as you said, there are so many products, it just overwhelms you. I'm so grateful to you for putting together all this information for us. One more question though: Do apply any sheet masks/clay masks occasionally? Do you exfoliate? And if yes what products would you recommend. Also do you shave your face?
I've spent and continue to spend SO much money on korean products....It's so overwhelming, alot of the time most products do the same thing.I was wondering if you could make a similar video regarding K/Asian products that's affordable. PLEASE....

@dr monisha mishra Can I use retinol products if breastfeeding?
CeraVe has released a moisturizing cream with LSF 50. Would you recommend it as a day cream or is it better to get two products, the cream and the sunscreen separately?
As for the night time routine, do use the moisturizer before or after Retinol? And do you leave it in your skin till next day?
Thank you in advance.
What’s your opinion on using a toner ?
Dr.
I have oily skin . Can I use carave hydrating cleanser normal to dry skin?
Or I have to use oily skin cleanser?
Cerave and Cetaphil really have best products i ever tried .
