When you try to do it yourself you realize how difficult it is. I have a piece of track but that lump of timber would be difficult to source. Fair deuce to him, he has talent.

Sin lugar a dudas... la destreza de éste artesano es destacable, pero lo mas admirable es que apenas cuenta con muy pocas herramientas para conseguir fabricar un tubo de escape con ésa complejidad. --- Mis respetos, reconocimientos y saludos para el artesano, desde España.

They keep the cost of manufacturing down by taking away the work tables. My back and knees are already beginning to ache just watching them work on the ground. LOL

Skillful hands. Which bike this silencer to be fitted with ?, But, it must produce much louder sound as it is merely a tube , no flap or steel or glasswool inside to reduce sound. Besides, it's exit is welded. How could one clean it when carbon deposited ?

w 1978 roku też robilem tłumiki do avo simsona komarka WSK no i wszystko ręcznie no oczywiście cała wioska miała tłumiki do swoich motorów czasami dawaliśmy do niklowania albo czarna farba i też ładnie się prezentowal

That is not a muffler😁 its a sound multiplier😂. I'm impressed that despite the facility he's working in, he still can produce products to support him self and family. I've been a welder, and I've welded oxy/acetylene quite a bit, never used a wick to start my torch, once I tried to start it with a sigaret,..but that wasn't really successful😁 but that is an other story.
Its amazing how many MUPPETS thing this is craftsmanship 🤣😂🤣 be as well sticking a bean tin on... And try having a lighted rope in the dockyard 🤣😂🤣 people just show they're ignorance by saying its "great quality" !!!... (rant over) 😴

Amazing work for sure, I see the completed exhaust in the pile seem to have some type of muffler packing so I assume its added at somepoint. The only thing that doesn't look up to par would be the mounting flange that bolts onto the exhaust opening of the head, way to thin and will easily bend when tightened down. Just increase this to a 1/4 inch thick plate instead of the thin sheet metal and it would be fine..
Nope, he welded it shut without packing it at 7:20
In india/pakistan noone cares abot the silencing (or the enviroment), and there is a strong belife that the more sound and smoke you generate, the more power you generate
