I'd like to design one in miniature form for a small engine like a motorcycle and go karts and mini bikes. It'd be interesting to hear what kind of sound they're possible of making on a small engine.

I built a muffler,exhaust system using some of your design for an ADV Sportster that I am building with the SS pads with a 2 into 1 header pipes.I am hoping it is not too hot.Thanks for the insight.....Bob@@GPGarage1

Looks good ,sounds good.Why did you use fiberglass packing instead of the SS scouring pads like in other muffler builds?
Thanks, I use it because I don't want the case of the muffler too hot. Perfect solution is first ss pads and than wraped in fiberglass.

Why are you using perforated parts(conus shaped)? Do they add to the sound or what?
