Добрые ребята, от Вас идет положительная энергетика🙂🙂🙂, уважаю таких. На корточках, на коленке, бац бац и готово.
Причёски у них у всех просто шикарные.)
in the time it took them to make that one muffler some machines stamped out and welded 100 of these things in some big automated factory. But.... It is good to see people that still understand how to do things by hand. I hate that so many people have forgotten the skills of our grandparents.
Even an apprentice sheet metalworker could make one of these…and considerably better. This is just third world bodging.
@@annoyingbstard9407 Yeah well they are doing it with the most basic tools and likely only on the job training. Not to mention i am sure they make all sorts of other stuff. Not just the same thing every day. These are people that are making due with what they have and getting the job done. You have to have at least some respect for that.
@@plaid13 No. I have little respect for a nation of people that knocks out children purely to provide them with ongoing cheap labour. These are all little family businesses that employ kids as young as nine and no, this business will make just these exhausts and the people working there will have no experience of anything else in their lives that’s until they lose a hand eye or worse when they will be left to beg or starve. Until Pakistan actually takes some action to stop this sort of misuse of its people it will always exist in the Stone Age.
@@annoyingbstard9407 LOL I see you base your view of everyone off what their country does. A simple template for the big holes would make the job a whole lot faster, easier, and more accurate.
You should be the Main Engineer in this factory!
@@wlasov He is. Recently has become! They invited him
**FARTS LOUD AF**
"make the job a whole lot faster" is not the goal. The goal is to keep workers having work to do! If you make the product too fast, you will not need so many workers. As is they already using too many tools such as the sheet metal rolling machine to make the tube!
Да, тоже подумал про шаблон вырубки.
Mad Max manufacturing processes. This way of doing things is about 100 years out of date.
So how does the custom manufacturing happen now ,have people started using nose instead of hands. For bulk manufacturing there are different cheaper solutions. This is an order to make factory where the parts that have gone obsolete or are on long back orders can be quickly produced as an alternative and fyi the same guy can make 20 different steel sheet made parts in his own workshop not just custom mufflers .
Как не посмотришь- сколько труда вкладывается , только такие вещи не долго ходить будут. Вот такой глушак на год- два, не больше
Their skill aside, there are many easy, cheap ways they could make this work much more efficient. That's the part about these videos I don't understand. These guys are hard-working and patient and don't try to improve the production process but they easily could.
They are set in there ways of doing without new technology
The idea is to keep as many people as possible employed in some way.
In the early '90s, I worked for a company that wrote software for small phone companies. In one of the sales meetings with a potential new customer, we were listing all the time-saving features. The potential customer, a county-owned telephone system, asked if these features could be disabled. Why? Because they viewed their role as one of not just providing phone service to the county, but employment as well. Sometimes it isn't about efficiencies.
Para FS monster. .pienso igual que usted .me imagino que sí automatizamos el taller eso traería que varios de los integrantes del equipo quedarían sin trabajo
They're lazy. It's a culture of laziness. In America, our culture of laziness leads to amazing innovations in the name of making things easier and taking less time. In their culture, they're too lazy to change. Also, poverty. But there comes a point where poverty is no longer an excuse. Like, everyone and their dog in these videos has a stick welder. This guy does not. I'll grant, there's probably some merit to oxy-acetelyne welding thin sheet metal. But why cut holes with a chisel? They already have a drill press. Would a couple of hole saws really break the bank? Doubt it.
