It's the only things every single spaniard agrees: eat churros is the best way to begin the day
Thank you for the very nice video about why churros are the most popular street food in Spain 👍
Thanks for watching
Las porras with typical Spanish chocolate is the ultimate.
Others may come up with different variations but there's nothing like the original.
Nothing matches a churtos o porra better than that hot hot chocolate
Aww I miss churros, gonna get one again sometime. Thanks for uploading 😋
Thanks for watching! :)
Churros ; buñuelos ; porras etc is delicious 👍.
It recently become well known in Indonesia, since we have street food fever in this country
I hope it was because of me 🙏 I’m the owner of “Churros Jimenez” in Jakarta. We have become viral so many times and since then many Indonesians are now selling churros. This month I’ll open my first 3 franchises and are planning to expand to all Jakarta.
Cool, what other kinds of street food are becoming popular in Indonesia?
I want churro NOW!😊
👍💪❤️.
Spain ❤.
Oh I miss Chocolateria San Gines!!!!
The hot chocolate is served in a cup because you are meant to DRINK it, not only dunk your churros in it. So you can also just ask for the hot chocolate without the churros. I have one at least once a week. Ocassionally I'll ask for the churros too. Also you can eat the churros accompanied with a coffee. Just sprinkle sugar over them. A lot of Spaniards eat the 'big brother', porras, with coffee for breakfast. It's very typical in Spain too.
😋😋😋
❤
I wish there were restaurants in Nairobi that serve churros
Is there something similar to Churros you can get in Nairobi?
we have a tapas bar at Lavington Mall Nairobi@@DWFood
Churros with brown sugar & cinnamon a killer yum 😋
Yeah mexican style churros seem better but I'll be in Spain in Dec 2024 so I can compare both
I’m Mexican American and prefer the Spanish version, but then again I prefer savory foods to sweet ones in general

ARRIBA ESPAÑA
it's funny that this is exactly the same dessert we have in Turkey called "halka tatlisi" or in my region we call it "kerhane tatlisi" which translates to brothel house dessert. Marketing is all that matters!
Wow siempre pensé que los churros se originaron en Mexico! Se comen solos con café o chocolate caliente líquido “hot chocolate” como merienda o como postre, se espolvorea un poco de azúcar morena o blanca
Didn’t realize that churros come in titanic size 😮 How come I’ve never seen such huge churros sold here in my back of the woods in Indonesia? I feel cheated! 😢
cause those are not churros, they are called "porras"
Porras are bigger and more delicious
En Cádiz se les dice igual, churros y porras
Chocolate 🍫 that they consume is not originally from spain but from sub saharan africa like ghana and ivory coast.
Chocolate originally comes from the Americas
Churros came from the Turkiye dish Halka tatlisi, not Chinese, well Idk if Turkiye back in centuries took inspiration from a Chinese dish 🤔, but churros more look like halka
Merhaba
Very nice
the shape is similar but not much more
Other than dipping in chocolate vs dulce de leche, what's the difference with the Mexican style?
There isnt really, we all latinos eat churros and it came from spain
did I miss when they used cinnamon sugar for their churros?
Mexican churros usually add eggs and butter to the dough and from the video the spanish ones do not.
The dough has eggs, milk salt and sugar in Mexico.
Only ,3ingerdients most people using sugar eggs
Latin Americans took it to another level already, way beyond the classic basics
Humm, no. Maybe in Madrid. Rest of Spain eat bread, tomatoes, salt, aove.
Suggestive thumbnail LOL
It's nothing more than an European version of youtiao
Rubbish. Chinese copied it via Portugese traders. Chinese copy everything. Chinese food is rice based not wheat🤠
❤EXACTLY❤👍
I still remember bac in the olden days my Grandfather👴 told me when he worked in Spain, there weren’t any Churros around until after the Sino- Euro tradin bac in 60’s many spains came to China & eat *youtiao* as Breakfast, that’s where they started found delicious Bread dough & brought it bac to Spain, years Later my Grandfather Found *Churros* started sellin on streets & slowly to Cafés!!

Your style of commentary is so cringe” us” “ ours” huhhhh

Muslims civilised spaniards and taught them how to cook.
You sound resentful, why is that? Do you envy the Spaniards? You obviously do, why wouldn't you?
Their country is beautiful, they're rich and their culture is wonderful, yours isn't anything like that.
Y el chocolate viene de MÉXICO , ASI QUE SIN EL CHOCOLATE esos churros sabrían a medias.
❤ Mexico! I miss it so much!
The writing in this one from the perspective of the food itself was weird and unnecessary.
Thank you for your feedback. Would you'd prefer a standard narration instead? We wanted to try something new with this one.
plop plop fizz fizz Oh what a relief it is@@DWFood
I thought churros is Mexican food.
Mexican churros are better
