    Careful with the scaled demo. Scaled is jumping chest to bar pullups, not just chin over bar

      The correct standard is jumping chest to bar and not jumping chin over the bar for scaled in the first 5 rounds. The tips and form still apply just with the lower contact of chest/bar. Moving the hands slightly wider for the chest to have room to reach bar will greatly assist as well. Thank you for catching this and we greatly apologize for the oversight

    For scaled, it is 10 jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups in the first round not chin over bar

    What do you suggest for someone who has done only 3 MUs in their Crossfit life? FULL SEND the first portion to get killer score and see what happens? Or pace slower in the first portion and see if MUs really gonna happen?

      In your case I would do it twice. Today and maybe Sunday. Full send on one of them on part 1 and see if you can get 1 MU on part 2. And the other take it a lot easier on part 1 and see if you can get as many MUs as possible on part 2. Maybe start with the more conservative one today. And Sunday go all out on Part 1 and see what happens. Please report back :) Every MU will be a huge score increase on this one.

      @@WarriorStrengthFitness thanks for the feedback and here it goes! Decided that one 'n' done is enough hah! Did Thrusters in 2 sets of 5 and C2Bs 4, 3, 3. Got a couple no reps on C2Bs once fatigue sat in but funny enough Thrusters were not bad at all! For me it was all lungs and grip. I ended up with only 7 Thrusters in the 135# and 5 MUs attempts that did not happen. Tiebreak time was 10:13. Post 24.3 thoughts of improvement, I got a date with lungs capacity and MUs 🤣

    what if you cannot do any MU? Should I go full gas till round 2 Thruster number 7 ? and then just look around? LOL

      Yes. Tie break is the time you finish the first 5 rounds.

      Many people will be in the same spot. But generally, for people who struggle getting a muscle up, 10 thrusters at 61 kg will be very tough. You might not get to BMU's :D at least that's where I am. :D

      I think someone at CrossFit accidentally published the workout on UA-cam before the official announcement and some people saw it before they realised the mistake and took it down

    My advice is to pace the first half more than you want to so you can keep moving in the second half.
