Yeah, it was a pretty dumb entry to put on this list. These Top Tens are so half-assed. We all know there are objectively much worse completion bonuses than most of whats shown on this list. Also, number one being "nothing", which is NOT a completion bonus. Rolling my eyes hard.
When I saw this bonus I thought "wow thats pretty cool, this has to be the intro to an entry which does not do this" but it was the entry and I was shocked. I mean its a new character, the idea is funny and its a tribute to a team member of the games. In which world is that bad?

Mokap inclusion definitely felt the most like it was on this list just to fill a slot. Didn't seem deserved at all to be mad at Mokap, cause what else would have even made sense? Would he really want the coolest or most story relevant character to be the hardest to unlock? The logic is pretty shaky even just following Jirard's own words, let alone my own personal feelings on it. In fact, if I remember correctly, wasn't that the game where each fighter had three fixed combat styles to switch between, but with Mokap you could custom pick any three to use? That's pretty awesome and fun if you ask me.
Besides, in a world where Johnny Cage is legitimately one of the most powerful fighters in the multiverse, even without involuntarily drawing on the powers of his Ancient bloodIine, I don't see why since other showbiz martial artist have also trained to that level.
Same, plus I think it's cool how they managed to turn a real person, an often thankless mocap actor (unless your names are Reuben Langdon, Johnny Yong Bosch, or Kane Hodder), into a playable character.
If you make the completion bonus too good, you'll have people complaining that it's too hard to get. If you make it less good, people complain that it wasn't worth the effort. Finding the right balance is extremely hard and you'll never please everyone.

Yes, if a completion reward is amazing, there's not really a reason for people to complain about it, because it is a good reward. However, we've seen an incredible amount of examples of people complaining because other people are able to get that one amazing item or ability for 100% the game or completing an ardous task but they just don't have the skill or are not devoted enough to the game to earn it, so they blame the devs for gatekeeping the game's content, so idk... Completion rewards are very hard to pull off, and probably that's why they're so rare nowadays
I remember I was the first kid in my elementary to get all 150 pokemon. All the kids circled me at recess as I got the last pokemon and the hype was real. "I'm going to get mew now!" I exclaimed as all the kids were jealous. I got a diploma and everybody thought it was lame and almost seemed glad they didn't bother catching them all.
I feel like his reason for Mokap being a bad reward was really contrived and unexplained I genuinely can't see the issue with a joke/tribute fighter as a reward he didn't explain in any way what's wrong with it other than "it looks weird compared to characters like scorpion" which is the point??
I imagine that MoKap wasn't a highly requested return fighter. I think the point of the entry was to say that because the fighter was just too silly, it wasn't used nearly as much, especially when you have to earn him and then compare him to every other character.
But he showed up in Smash! You know what happened after Mega Man and Cloud showed up in Smash 4? MEGA MAN 11, AND FF7 REMAKE. I know it might be unlikely, but hey man, definitely not impossible, especially today.

Hyrule Warriors had the worst completion bonus ever -- a sequel. A loved one decided that, since I spent so much time on HW, I must really like it... so they bought me Age of Calamity. But I thought I was done with Warriors games forever... don't make me do another one! My heart sank like a rock when they gave me that gift, and I haven't been able to make myself play it when they're not around.
@@ToyKeeper Age of Calamity isn't a sequel to Warriors though, it's just another warriors game. And to be a completion bonus would mean you'd get it for free after completing the first one.
I love the Korok thing so much, because the game makes it abundantly clear that there’s no reason to seek 100% of them out. They’re just all over the place so you’ll find enough to get the inventory spaces you need.
@@Olhado256 Might be worth noting, the golden poop is an actual thing in Japan and is a symbol of good luck. I'm guessing it was more of a double meaning. Also, as someone who just recently completed the korok hunt, I quite enjoyed it. There's no reason to do it if you don't want to explore and see more of the world of Hyrule, which is what I wanted. If you go into it just wanting to get that completion tag it's almost certainly not going to be fun.
I remember me and my friend specifically forced ourselves to do the pits in super paper Mario as early as we could because we knew the rewards (which along with infinite flip time also grants all characters double damage) would only be fun to use if there was still game. We managed to beat all the pits by the time we started world 7. Still late game but that meant we had the entire underwhere/overthere (a pretty lengthy world for those who don’t know) and castle black (which isn’t as long but is easily the hardest world in the game) and all the post game stuff (minus the pits) to play with the new abilities. I don’t think it’s a bad completion award because you can get it whenever you want. It’s only bad if you get it after you’ve done everything else and have no more game.
My thoughts on Hestu's gift is that it was actually trying to say something specific about the way the koroks are designed. They were designed with the idea that there'd be koroks in every single place, so that no matter where the player is, there's something to discover. That's the reason there are so many of them, and why they're just a bunch of random puzzles: it's to make sure the player always has something new to find. The player wasn't meant to find them all; they were there for the discovery, not for the hunt. I think Hestu's gift was actually meant as a discouragement from going overboard; the only way you'd collect all 900 seeds is if you're actively hunting them down, and so having the rewards stop relatively early and the final reward be a pile of crap was meant to discourage that mentality. Breath of the WIld was, I think, designed to be explored, not hunted. So in a way, I think it was actively meant to discourage completionists. Doesn't exactly excuse it from being really satisfying and alienating people who wanted to complete it, though.
I agree, the 100% completion reward feels 100% (pun intented) accurate for what you did. You didn't find all 900 by pure happenstance, you actively looked up answers, taking away gameplay and exploration just to get a number. You turned this open world game where you were supposed to run around and have pure freedom into a list, "Ok, got Korok number 73 in Akkala, onto 74 and once I have that done I will go onto the next region. I sure hope I didn't miss one on my list cause that would mean I would have to reread someone else's guide on how to 100% complete the game to compare my completion list to their's". The reward is both literally and figuratively crappy cause you on your own free will, decided, "I don't want to play a game, I want to do a spreadsheet". Well congrats, you completed your spreadsheet and the best reward in life for completing a spreadsheet is actual money, but that usually contributes something to others. If they had even a slightly meaningful reward after it, many more people would complain cause now they HAVE to do the boring spreadsheet too in order to give Link a new selection of 4 poses in his camera or something. To put it simply, you didn't stop and smell the roses, you counted how many roses there were while walking.
The reward for finishing all shrines is different, because then you can get all 20 hearts, like in every other Zelda game, so it makes sense that such an integral part of the game is treated with a unique reward of the classic costume
@@A-Spoto no I didn't because even early on I knew that there's not a single reward that's worth collecting 900 of anything. But even then, in a game where collecting shit and undergoing the Ubisoft tango is still the entire game's identity, having to collect a bunch of something for no real reward is a complete pisstake. At least when The Stanley Parable did something similar with Ultra Deluxe, it was still in keeping with the point of the game. @@AkameGaKillfan777 i always use Young Link in Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition, he's great for farming rupees because of his technical infinite magic, which is why whenever i need rupees, i go to a "win the rupee competition" mission as Young Link, i also made sure to max out his attack badges for three special attack gauges, and a longer lasting focus spirit so i won't have to worry too much about running out of the magic meter
Not getting a reward for completing a Warriors game? You must be new to the franchise, I can count on one hand the installments that reward you for one hundred percenting them. And yes, I've done probably about a third of them at this point, and plan on doing all of them. Even maxing the item values, which isn't even a requirement for most of them. Which is pure rng hell in the earlier games. Also, yes, all of them are about as grindy, if not more so, compared to Hyrule Warriors.
I mean you DO get a new ending but technically the real bonus would be the land of storms if you do every pantheon with all bindings. I think the lore from the land of storms is cool but also not exactly enough to warrant the pure pain that is getting there
In defense of Super Paper Mario's infinite flip time completion bonus, once you have access to the areas where the Flipside Pit of 100 Trials and Flopside Pit of 100 Trials are located you are able to tackle then whenever you want. You don't need to wait until the end of the game.
And it isn't even a 100% completion reward when I think about it as you can technically get this reward without filling up all the Catch Cards (which had no reward for completing that).

@@poetryflynn3712 and the controversial "own religion" homebrew-mod let's you have any completion reward you want. Though it comes with a huge debuff on the "being taken serious" stat during your first playthrough.
There are so few worthwhile completion bonuses in games that I have to wonder if there'll even be enough for a "top 10 best", lol. I'd be surprised if he could even list 20 decent ones.
My favourite part about BoTW is that under certain circumstances you don’t even have to complete all of the shrines to get the shrine completion costume. If you get the DLC that adds more shrines, the shrines there add onto the normal shrine count, so you can reach 120 shrines, without having actually beat the original 120 shrines

Yeah I never got all the Korok Seeds, but I did beat every shrine, and I always felt that was the better & actually end game prize. Love the Tunic of the Wild Costume!
the devs did not intend the player to get all the seeds which is why theres such a big excess of seeds than what is needed to get all the upgrades, so that the player would not need to comb to just get the upgrades
Insisting on getting all Korok Seeds for 100% Completion is like insisting on collection every single coin in every single level of a Mario game for 100% completion.

Yeah, once you unlocked all the weapon and shield slots, Hestu should just say "you're done, you can collect more, but they won't do anything". That way the player knows they do not need to comb for more. That way, putting in more than necessary is a smart design choice, so that you don't have to literally scour every inch of the map in fine detail.
I feel like a good completion bonus is something that gives you an excuse to play the game for a little longer. There's very few games I've completed mainly because even the best games become stale when you try to exhaust every single piece of content.
This man who was a kid/teenager turned completing game for a hobie to a living is also being sponsored by one the most popular gacha games that looks so good that can be mistaken for a game that can run on modern console. Let this sink in for how much of an achievement this is.
I have to heavily disagree with you on number one. It's not that I don't think that getting nothing is a bad thing, it's the fact that you shouldn't expect a completion bonus every time you 100% a game.
The reason Jak & Daxters ending felt unsatisfiying was because the game was supposed to pick up immediately as you open the precursor doors in Jak 2, but plans changed and they decided to do something else for the sequel instead

I disagree with SPM. You can technically get the eternal 3D mode before the finale iirc and it makes you feel really powerful to be able to bypass most enemies, dodge them into 3D space and generally get rid of that annoying timer. And as a completionist I am surprised you don't appreciate the freedom of exploration and movement this grants you.
I actually loved Hyrule Warriors, and got super excited for both re-releases. As a Zelda fan, the costumes, weapons, even the hearts and Skulltula photos were their own reward. I don't see the point in 100% completion bonus for a game like that, and that it made it to number 1 seems weird.
Hyrule Warriors, to me, was at it's most fun when you were working towards the next unlock. Going through the maps and levels getting costumes, weapons, characters, and skulltulas. Mind you, I haven't even tried to max level every character, only farming rupees to get them all to level 100 minimum. I kinda feel completing every last little thing (especially the challenge modes) is a personal challenge for sheer stubbornness. But then again, completing literally everything in a game is your big thing.
I love the golden poop. Not only do you complete your equip expansions way before you get even close to capping out, it's a way to tell you that not all completion expeditions are worth it. The seeds were there so that people could curate their own journeys. Even for those who wanted to max out their equipment slots, you'd likely never run into someone who unlocked exactly the same seeds in exactly the same order.
For me, my most painful experience is with Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion, all you get for beating every level with every weapon, is a golden toothpick, and a slightly different map
That's not the 100% reward... the real 100% reward is the Max Awesomeness rank. Which requires a very long time of grinding Weekly Challenges for Trophies.
I was pretty underwhelmed by the Yharnam Stone you get for beating the "final boss" of the Chalice Dungeons in Bloodborne. It'd be nice if it unlocked something or gave you some bonus like maybe increased bloodecho drops in NG+. Any kind of benefit would have been nice instead of it just being a paperweight, even if all it did was unlock another boss fight.
Breath of the wild isn't meant to be completed by getting all the seeds, there are far more seeds to get just because the devs wanted to be able to give players rewards.
It really depends on replayability for me, if i'm worn out by the time it's over then i leave it at that If i find the gameplay loop still fun and i want more i keep playing to get everything, the issue is that with these games there is bound to be a completion requirement that's frustrating or unfun, so i usually avoid those I remember beating Resident Evil 4 in all difficulties and once with at least each suit, but in mercenary mode i only tried to 100% certain characters and stages, the ones that seemed unfun i just left aside

I genuinely enjoyed the korok seed hunt because it was the very last thing on my checklist, and I was treating it as the one last good combing over of this game world I'd already grown to love, which I knew I'd have to leave soon. Catching the koroks was less important than the simple act of covering miles on the Master Cycle, losing myself in thought, drinking in the soundtrack, and watching a few more gob-smackingly gorgeous sunsets along the way. It may have overstayed its welcome by the last 200, but when I finally got Hestu's gift it was bittersweet because I was really, truly done :(
I can't wait to complete Sonic Battle and get the same prize I got for playing it to any%: The ability to fight on Green Hill Zone after having watched my robot son die in my arms while asking if he's about to perish
I love how in Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga you get an infinite money fountain but only once you’ve already bought everything in the game. When I’d completed it and realised that was basically it, I was quite disappointed so that’s probably the worst reward I’ve got for completing a game.
Worst part is TT games still has that as their completion bonus even today, I’ve completed every single LEGO game and even DC Supervillains from 2 years ago kept the stupid useless stud fountain.
rdr2 and botw are my favorite games of all time. I really loved the 100% bonus scene because I wasn’t expecting it. A final send-off to Arthur/the game itself. Hestu’s Gift was hilarious but also cruel and annoying tho.
you'll pretty much be ignoring all the korok seeds in BotW if you find the Hylian Shield, because the Hylian Shield has the best durability in the game
@@Alpha.Phenix Eh, they're pretty popular but I dunno if they are that well known. A few million copies sold is amazing for a small team like Arrowhead (developers of Magicka 1, but not 2), but I'm sure any one of the co-op mario games released over the last decade has got it beat.
For me it was completing Mario 64 and Sunshine as a modern player I really struggeld with some parts of the game, but I at least I had the internet to look up things (like blue coins and stuff) but I cant imagine collecting everything without it (especially with the camera often activly working against me) and getting a Postcard or a visit of Yoshi who gives you lives you wont need anymore and vanishes... Especially the vanishing of Yoshi would be so heartbreaking to me if I was still a kid.
honestly, hyrule warriors' completion bonus shouldve been to let you play as hylia herself like for the first time let us see her in person and play as this mythical deity
the issue with a completion bonus is i always want it to be more gameplay, but then i need to complete the completion bonus to really complete the game, and at some point it's gotta stop the chain.
I was disappointed you didn’t really get anything for 100% completion of World of Light in Ultimate, outside of some spirit. There are some cool things they could have done. Perhaps allowing you to unlock a version of multi-man Smash where you play as Master Hand, like you can one time before the true final boss. Or maybe let us unlock the light and dark versions of the characters you fight as skins.
I am definitely not a completionist, but greatly appreciate what you do and respect your drive to continue to complete games! I greatly enjoy your jokes and point of view on games. Thank you for what you do.
You can complete xenoblade 1 in less than 200 hours. Xenoblade 2 on the other hand took me 600+ hours and I still have the challenge mode to complete. Granted, that was during launch when the game didn't really respect your time. The DLC updates really speeds up the grinding now.
The worst part about Hestu's gift is that it could have been really easy to make it worthwhile. The golden poop is a traditional good luck charm in Japan, so they could have made Hestu's gift actually affect your luck in the game by having you find better treasure in chests, for instance, or having enemy attacks randomly miss. But nooooo...
My Number 2(The banner for winning, like the pokemon diploma) was the Congratulations Screen you get for beating all the hard mode maps in Grim Grimoire. I figured, it's a Nipoon Ichi title, they're known for insane tasks, followed by insane rewards(Favorite being the God Armor items from Guided Fate Paradox, as they were basically infinite super mode, along with stat ups), but here? You had a grand experience, beating maps that sometimes took the absolute focus, and then, it unlocks hard mode versions, that can take hours to beat each one due to retries and the like. Your reward? Some imps bring out a banner that says Congratulations in a few second cutscene, that you will never see again, and can be skiped.
I was surprised when you had pokemon on the list because I think the shiny charm is one of the best completionist items ever, but then I remembered they didnt do that in gen 1-4 (and half of 5)

Hyrule Warriors had the worst completion bonus ever -- a sequel. A loved one decided that, since I spent so much time on HW, I must really like it... so they bought me Age of Calamity. But I thought I was done with Warriors games forever... don't make me do another one! My heart sank like a rock when they gave me that gift, and I haven't been able to make myself play it when they're not around.

I love the Korok thing so much, because the game makes it abundantly clear that there’s no reason to seek 100% of them out. They’re just all over the place so you’ll find enough to get the inventory spaces you need.

Also, as someone who just recently completed the korok hunt, I quite enjoyed it. There's no reason to do it if you don't want to explore and see more of the world of Hyrule, which is what I wanted. If you go into it just wanting to get that completion tag it's almost certainly not going to be fun.

I remember me and my friend specifically forced ourselves to do the pits in super paper Mario as early as we could because we knew the rewards (which along with infinite flip time also grants all characters double damage) would only be fun to use if there was still game.
We managed to beat all the pits by the time we started world 7. Still late game but that meant we had the entire underwhere/overthere (a pretty lengthy world for those who don’t know) and castle black (which isn’t as long but is easily the hardest world in the game) and all the post game stuff (minus the pits) to play with the new abilities.
I don’t think it’s a bad completion award because you can get it whenever you want. It’s only bad if you get it after you’ve done everything else and have no more game.

My thoughts on Hestu's gift is that it was actually trying to say something specific about the way the koroks are designed. They were designed with the idea that there'd be koroks in every single place, so that no matter where the player is, there's something to discover. That's the reason there are so many of them, and why they're just a bunch of random puzzles: it's to make sure the player always has something new to find. The player wasn't meant to find them all; they were there for the discovery, not for the hunt. I think Hestu's gift was actually meant as a discouragement from going overboard; the only way you'd collect all 900 seeds is if you're actively hunting them down, and so having the rewards stop relatively early and the final reward be a pile of crap was meant to discourage that mentality. Breath of the WIld was, I think, designed to be explored, not hunted. So in a way, I think it was actively meant to discourage completionists. Doesn't exactly excuse it from being really satisfying and alienating people who wanted to complete it, though.
I agree, the 100% completion reward feels 100% (pun intented) accurate for what you did. You didn't find all 900 by pure happenstance, you actively looked up answers, taking away gameplay and exploration just to get a number. You turned this open world game where you were supposed to run around and have pure freedom into a list, "Ok, got Korok number 73 in Akkala, onto 74 and once I have that done I will go onto the next region. I sure hope I didn't miss one on my list cause that would mean I would have to reread someone else's guide on how to 100% complete the game to compare my completion list to their's". The reward is both literally and figuratively crappy cause you on your own free will, decided, "I don't want to play a game, I want to do a spreadsheet". Well congrats, you completed your spreadsheet and the best reward in life for completing a spreadsheet is actual money, but that usually contributes something to others.
If they had even a slightly meaningful reward after it, many more people would complain cause now they HAVE to do the boring spreadsheet too in order to give Link a new selection of 4 poses in his camera or something.

The reward for finishing all shrines is different, because then you can get all 20 hearts, like in every other Zelda game, so it makes sense that such an integral part of the game is treated with a unique reward of the classic costume

Not getting a reward for completing a Warriors game? You must be new to the franchise, I can count on one hand the installments that reward you for one hundred percenting them. And yes, I've done probably about a third of them at this point, and plan on doing all of them. Even maxing the item values, which isn't even a requirement for most of them. Which is pure rng hell in the earlier games. Also, yes, all of them are about as grindy, if not more so, compared to Hyrule Warriors.

In defense of Super Paper Mario's infinite flip time completion bonus, once you have access to the areas where the Flipside Pit of 100 Trials and Flopside Pit of 100 Trials are located you are able to tackle then whenever you want. You don't need to wait until the end of the game.
And it isn't even a 100% completion reward when I think about it as you can technically get this reward without filling up all the Catch Cards (which had no reward for completing that).
I think you can beat the Flopside Pit as soon as you enter Flopside.
I did it after beating world 4, and then doing it the second time after world 5. I wouldn't really call it post-game content.

My favourite part about BoTW is that under certain circumstances you don’t even have to complete all of the shrines to get the shrine completion costume. If you get the DLC that adds more shrines, the shrines there add onto the normal shrine count, so you can reach 120 shrines, without having actually beat the original 120 shrines

the devs did not intend the player to get all the seeds which is why theres such a big excess of seeds than what is needed to get all the upgrades, so that the player would not need to comb to just get the upgrades

Yeah, once you unlocked all the weapon and shield slots, Hestu should just say "you're done, you can collect more, but they won't do anything". That way the player knows they do not need to comb for more. That way, putting in more than necessary is a smart design choice, so that you don't have to literally scour every inch of the map in fine detail.

I feel like a good completion bonus is something that gives you an excuse to play the game for a little longer. There's very few games I've completed mainly because even the best games become stale when you try to exhaust every single piece of content.
i find one of the best bonuses are god modes and cheat type modes cause messing around is so different and a bit refreshing after being challenged

The reason Jak & Daxters ending felt unsatisfiying was because the game was supposed to pick up immediately as you open the precursor doors in Jak 2, but plans changed and they decided to do something else for the sequel instead

I disagree with SPM. You can technically get the eternal 3D mode before the finale iirc and it makes you feel really powerful to be able to bypass most enemies, dodge them into 3D space and generally get rid of that annoying timer. And as a completionist I am surprised you don't appreciate the freedom of exploration and movement this grants you.

Hyrule Warriors, to me, was at it's most fun when you were working towards the next unlock. Going through the maps and levels getting costumes, weapons, characters, and skulltulas. Mind you, I haven't even tried to max level every character, only farming rupees to get them all to level 100 minimum. I kinda feel completing every last little thing (especially the challenge modes) is a personal challenge for sheer stubbornness.
But then again, completing literally everything in a game is your big thing.

I love the golden poop. Not only do you complete your equip expansions way before you get even close to capping out, it's a way to tell you that not all completion expeditions are worth it.
The seeds were there so that people could curate their own journeys. Even for those who wanted to max out their equipment slots, you'd likely never run into someone who unlocked exactly the same seeds in exactly the same order.

For me, my most painful experience is with Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion, all you get for beating every level with every weapon, is a golden toothpick, and a slightly different map

I was pretty underwhelmed by the Yharnam Stone you get for beating the "final boss" of the Chalice Dungeons in Bloodborne. It'd be nice if it unlocked something or gave you some bonus like maybe increased bloodecho drops in NG+. Any kind of benefit would have been nice instead of it just being a paperweight, even if all it did was unlock another boss fight.

If i find the gameplay loop still fun and i want more i keep playing to get everything, the issue is that with these games there is bound to be a completion requirement that's frustrating or unfun, so i usually avoid those
I remember beating Resident Evil 4 in all difficulties and once with at least each suit, but in mercenary mode i only tried to 100% certain characters and stages, the ones that seemed unfun i just left aside

I genuinely enjoyed the korok seed hunt because it was the very last thing on my checklist, and I was treating it as the one last good combing over of this game world I'd already grown to love, which I knew I'd have to leave soon. Catching the koroks was less important than the simple act of covering miles on the Master Cycle, losing myself in thought, drinking in the soundtrack, and watching a few more gob-smackingly gorgeous sunsets along the way. It may have overstayed its welcome by the last 200, but when I finally got Hestu's gift it was bittersweet because I was really, truly done :(

For me it was completing Mario 64 and Sunshine as a modern player I really struggeld with some parts of the game, but I at least I had the internet to look up things (like blue coins and stuff) but I cant imagine collecting everything without it (especially with the camera often activly working against me) and getting a Postcard or a visit of Yoshi who gives you lives you wont need anymore and vanishes...

There are some cool things they could have done. Perhaps allowing you to unlock a version of multi-man Smash where you play as Master Hand, like you can one time before the true final boss. Or maybe let us unlock the light and dark versions of the characters you fight as skins.

the reason episode 400 is taking so long is because it's Xenoblade chronicles 1
You can complete xenoblade 1 in less than 200 hours. Xenoblade 2 on the other hand took me 600+ hours and I still have the challenge mode to complete. Granted, that was during launch when the game didn't really respect your time. The DLC updates really speeds up the grinding now.
The worst part about Hestu's gift is that it could have been really easy to make it worthwhile. The golden poop is a traditional good luck charm in Japan, so they could have made Hestu's gift actually affect your luck in the game by having you find better treasure in chests, for instance, or having enemy attacks randomly miss. But nooooo...

My Number 2(The banner for winning, like the pokemon diploma) was the Congratulations Screen you get for beating all the hard mode maps in Grim Grimoire. I figured, it's a Nipoon Ichi title, they're known for insane tasks, followed by insane rewards(Favorite being the God Armor items from Guided Fate Paradox, as they were basically infinite super mode, along with stat ups), but here? You had a grand experience, beating maps that sometimes took the absolute focus, and then, it unlocks hard mode versions, that can take hours to beat each one due to retries and the like. Your reward? Some imps bring out a banner that says Congratulations in a few second cutscene, that you will never see again, and can be skiped.
