The difference is Tech changed his life from when he was banging. Phil Anselmo was 50+ and shouting White Power to an audience. Coulda kept that post to himself.
The thing is Tech is a pretty good judge of character and I have seen many interviews with Phil he was raised by a African Family he is a smart man and isn't in my opinion a raciest people need to wake up and realize it's always about divide and conquer never fall for the medias bs

Phil hasn't been relevant in decades so I have no reason to disbelieve that considering he's been recorded going on white power rants since the 90's. Doesn't serve Flynn to lie. Multiple other entertainers, Phil's peers have similar accounts. They can't all be lying. His label selling albums with swastikas on them? That's real too. His reaction to being heckled was to siege heil and yell white power? Phil is racist and I don't need the media to come to that conclusion. The evidence is in my face.
Tech's head is up His ass on this regard. Just because Phil has black friends and is pleasant to blacks who entertain him, doesn't mean he's not a vile bigot and total Neanderthal.
