The 24-hour news cycle seems like it’s been pretty well established in the MCU and J. Jonah harasses Peter throughout NHW.
The screen doesn’t say “Breaking News” it says “Daily Bugle Exclusive” which could just be the specific clip they’re using for that news segment that day

I always thought that the reason for the symbiote the got left behind is a set up for Secret Wars since Spider-Man used the symbiot suit in the comics, so Marvel doesn't have an excuse as to why Spidey isn't in a black suit like in the comics for their secret wars project.
I just assumed what Eddie was watching on TV was a recap of what was happening like it wasn’t live footage
616 and 19999 could be where the points intersect in the tree and the webs. Could also be two parallel universes that have (as Reed Richards mentioned) created an incursion.
Which means it could either be a way to describe coordinates within the Multiverse or that the Sacred Timeline is split in two in a way. I don’t think the incursion was with 838 but with a neighboring parallel universe nearly identical. Could explain Ed Norton and OG Rhodes.
Thor could be the next big sacrifice and join Loki in a way.

Not for nothing, you keep saying Eddie is watching a live broadcast at the end of far from home... cable news runs 24/7, and Jameson would want that on blast constantly. For you to say venom came into the mcu at the moment Peter's identity was revealed is really a stretch.
If this EVER even BEGINS to all tie together coherently on the big screen, I will be, well, AMAZED.
it could for secret wars if they set up for it in this film (madame web) and the few leading up to secret wars.

It would make sense honestly. The tree Yggdrasil does have creature on it that help it grow and nurture it. Loki may have planted the seed to create it but the spiders could be like the ratatoskr of the MCU and keep it stable. Kinda like support beams or glue
I think that the MCU is on the tree as 616, but on the Spider-Verse web hung on the tree it's recognised as 199999.
I'd imagine the Marvel Comics 616 is there as well, somewhere. But the Spider-verse web wouldn't just be 199999. I'd envision the web as pathways that connect between localized points in the timeline branches where there exist spider characters (not all heroes) in each of the universes.
I like how when we first see the tree it has nothing but when we saw it in what if it look like the tree was starting to grow leafs I thought that was a cool little detail

Could the Venom universe jumping be written off as a product of the collider anomalies? Similar to how the vulture in the beginning of across the spider verse, same can be said about the Micheal Keaton vulture? They both could have be targets for Miguel now 🤷♂️

I just hope the piece of venom left in the mcu isnt just used so we can get an evil venom to face spiderman i want the more complex antihero venom we get in the venom movies

In the actual comic run of Spiderverse (that doesn’t get referenced enough tbh 😅), Miles, Silk and Peter 616 are the most important (and one that gets brutally murdered by a spirit vampire).
I wouldn’t be surprised if the MCU brings in Anansi who controls the web of destiny and made Miles 1610 happen on purpose for something

Is it possible that golden flash was when Loki destroyed the loom? And then when Loki brought the timelines together it crossed that timeline with the MCU. If that makes sense
As much as I love Marvel, they stretched thin with the Multiverse. They added lines with too many possibilities and Sony wanted their own stuff without asking what's happening at the end of all of these plot lines.
I’m just confused about how the cinematic multiverse will connect to the comic multiverse. Especially since live action and animated characters have appeared in comic books

Kevin Feige working overtime to try to make the unintelligible Sony Universe work with his Marvel Multiverse. Thankfully I think Sony animation and the MCU are working Better Together than the live action Sony universe.
I believe Sony could actually make a better spider movie- Not saying the ones (Venom, Kraven, Morbious, Madam Web) are bad but..they could use a little more shazam feeling.
Wouldn’t the symbiote from another universe cause an Incursion based on the logic established in DS:MoM?
It’d be interesting to see a, now unknown, Peter Parker being a source for MCU’s Incursion point - akin to how Steve Roger’s was one for the ‘What-if the Avengers formed in 1602’?

@@LHollan I get that the movie is like maybe 2003 ish but where does is actually fit in the Sony verse like is it before the creation of the Spider society cause remember there were rumors saying that Spiderman 2099 is supposed to be in the movie so does that mean there was a early version of the Spider Society in the 2000s
"we need to share resources with other dimensions" sounds like Kang's rationale, which makes the parallel more interesting
I still find it stupid that MCU venom is from another universe. Was it to difficult to just say it was from space, save it for secret wars, or did they really want to trick people in thinking venom made the NWH roster?

They should have had Helen Merrin or Glen Close play a blind/ crippled Madame Web and went with a comic book accurate approach.

I never took spidey-sense as magical, thats an interesting way to look at it. I always associated it with the way you can be watching a movie in a dark room and just spot a spider on the floor out the corner of your eye, and before anybody has moved a muscle, it knows its spotted and freezes in place.

I'm not sure if I read the Secret Wars, or just read about it. So if I'm wrong, I hope someone tells me. I thought it was r5evealed in Secret Wars that the symbiote actually bonded with Deadpool first. Again, I want to know if I'm wrong.
It's an adorable idea and all but what if...the grand idea is for Sony to cause the Multiverse to collapse? Think about it. It's meta as heck. MCU was doing their own thing, Sony was doing their own thing...then BAM a sandwich in Feige's face caused the incursion of these 2 companies to come together? It's an IRL multiversal incursion.
This video can be a prime example of how the fans know more than the studio. If the answer is right there in our faces but the movies do something completely different that can really just be a buzz kill and our faith in superhero movies doing multiverse stories can be shattered even more. Like broken mirrors and realities in Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness

Venom could have also been thrown into the MCU because of the same reason why different villains were going to different universes in Across the Spiderverse. Since events of No Way Home precede Across the Spiderverse (Going by how Miguel oHara acknowledged it.)

No! Kang explained this and HWR explained this . There are stacked universes and they all have an infinite amount of branches making them trees in a forest . The 616 is one tree out of an infinite amount that the Kang variants manage . 😊

If the tree in the MCU is connected to the spider web, that means the bugs those spiders are catching are from Star Ship Trooper. the enemy cannot push a button if you disable his hand.
I think that eddy transferred to the exact moment when peter’s identity was exposed due to the daily bugles broadcast may be all of the cameos involved in the movie transferred to the no way home verse at the exact moment as eddy as it is not shown in the movie when they arrived
Madame Web also cameo is the finale of No Way Home although it was the older version.
or the reason of venom being left behind was that the universe was taking venom as part or a tool that's needed here because venom doesn't exist yet
The true identity of Peter Parker was revealed during the summer. Peter go see Dr.Strange in November. Do you really think Eddy/Venom stay at that Hotel for 3 months? That make no sense, don't you think?.

Nobody remembers when Red skull searched for the blue gem, he came across a tree with a serpent on it.
Venom came into the mcu when all the other villains appeared in no way home. He was just in Mexico. And at the end of no way home he was sent back just like the other villains.
Thanos was cursed with knowledge too 😂😂 he told Tony Stark that too

Nothing proves that what Eddy/Venom saw on TV happening before Spiderman reach Dr. Strange for help. That's only a TV skip.
