Hi Greg, Great way to start the day! I fish almost every day when I’m home for striped bass, roughly 5am to 7am. Been getting a lot of keepers (28-35 inches) and larger. I’ve been wanting to try for flounder and larger cunner and have waited patiently for this video ever since I watched you tie the rigs. Thank you. Have a great day!

It is a great way to start the day. I do something like that sometimes, but on a local pond and there sure be no flounders : ) But it is relaxing anyways.

That was fun! Now you have to do a video on how to clean and cook it. You know if you want to 😁

There aren't size limits - just catch limits. You can only keep 10.

    Nice interior on yr ride!
Hey since I'm not a fisher women why do u keep yr fish alive in a bucket and how does one kill them humanly when u decide to?

Keeping them in water in a bucket keeps them alive - which keeps them fresh. In fact they were still alive when I got home - totally freaked out my wife :) Fastest way to kill them is to hit them hard on the head with a blunt object.

Flounder fishing is different here. The bite isn't soft at all, they slam it. We often use tandem rigs trailed witb soft plastics or live/cut bait.
Also our minimum size is like 16 1/2"

Hey thanks. Yes sorry, it's been a busy summer and every weekend I just can't seem to squeeze in time to get out by myself to shoot video. Every time I go fishing I'm either with a buddy or with one of my kids :) Hoping to do more in the fall. Bought a boat over the summer (14' aluminum) - so I'm hoping to get it out in the bay here for some fishing and stuff. It was a real piece of junk when I got it - so I should have filmed the work I did to it - but I was so busy this summer I was only able to work on it in little bits of stolen time. I also had covid in may, and it really shut me down for about 2 months - just no energy. Anyway, enough excuses - I'll be filming soon I promise!
