CycleCruza Just wanted to say congratulations on the new bike, it looks sick! Props to you for having the discipline to save for it rather than financing too. I'm currently working on saving for my first bike (other than dirt bikes)--thinking most likely it'll be a CBR500R. The higher gas mileage and lower initial cost and cost of insuring it really do appeal to me. Not sure when I'll have enough saved as I keep hitting bumps in that road, but hopefully it won't be too long. I live not far from Cleveland (Vermilion) and plan on riding mainly on country roads myself, so maybe I'll see you out and about someday! Enjoy your new ride, and stay safe!
Hi a quick n simple way to make her louder..under the tail unit is the servo for the butterfly valve, just remove the 3 screws to the servo cover and rotate the servo to open the valve and remove the cable. AND not havein' fuel gauge sucks...
CycleCruza you were dead on with the review of your new bike. I recently bought a pearl white 2014 CBR 1000RR and its by far the best bike I've ever owned. The bike is extremely smooth and very easy to ride. I did have to change the exhaust as the bike is very quiet as you mentioned. I went with the Taylormade full race exhaust. I'll add pics, video and soundcheck. The power is linear and the weight of it does feel like a 600cc bike. I couldn't be more pleased with this machine. Thanks man. Your channel is awesome. Keep it up!
Ahmad Harris Thanks! Congrats on the new bike! I heard they made the ergos more aggressive on the 2014, what is your thoughts on that? The taylor made exhaust is sick but very costly. Did you put a PC or Bazzaz unit on it?
Thanks! They are aggressive but still very comfortable considering its a supersport. I went with the PC-V. It comes premapped with the Taylor made as a package deal.
It actually went up since i drove it off the lot. 41mpg on the first tank and 57mpg on the third. Of course I'm still breaking it in so i havent really opened the throttle up yet. 700miles to go to get to that magical 1000miles.
It is a very interesting first impression. I stepped up from Kawasaki ZX6 (no R, just ZX6) to ZX11 back in early 2000. Those two looked a lot alike but completely different beast. ZX11 was a monster and much difficult to ride. Also, it runs hotter.
Congrats on the new bike. I just bought 2012 Zx 10 with zero miles on her. I previously had a 2004 GSXR 600. I'm glad I got a 600cc bike first because it makes you respect the BIG BOYS (1000 cc's). I do have ABS on my bike as I commute 30 miles to and from work in dallas.
I'm going to check out two '06 Honda Hornets tomorrow and I hope I select on of them. It's basically the F4i, 15k and 19k Km on them so they should be good to go. And if you say Honda is good then i hope that the quality is still there for a used bike that is 8 years old; I am very excited to see how they are.
I got the 07 cbr600rr as a First Bike, Reason is, is i have to drive Hour & Half down the Highway at 85mph to work, Very Nice Bike Man! Love It! Cant wait to get Mine!
Congrats on your new bike, westsider, LOL!!! Your nighttime riding video was in a real familiar area to me. I need to step up to a 600 supersport myself.
so it has all of this: "Other instrumentation includes gear position indicator, five-level shift indicator adjustable for sequence interval, clock/four-mode lap timer, coolant temperature, speedometer, trip meter/fuel efficiency/fuel consumption, low-fuel warning light and odometer/numerical tachometer." but no fuel gauge that's crazy...love the color....good to know you completed the CBR TRILOGY
Congrats on ur bike cruza, may u ride safe and don't ever scratch that beauty. I have the very same bike, also in red. In regards to the stock exhaust however, though most ppl would disagree with me, I LOVE the sound and how passive aggressive it is!
At least somebody like the stock pipe. lol I do like the look of the stock pipe but not the sound. However, I guess Honda has to follow the noise emissions guidelines. All stock bikes sound quiet though, nothing new there.
Yeah..smooth, effortless, linear, quiet...no muss, no fuss, just rushing..Honda's been doing that for a while and it exactly describes my '97 CBR1100XX Super Black bird..I've got a full micron 4-2-1 system and it's still quiet! That's a hot bike you have there luv it!
Very similar if you have a turbo 4/6cyl car and move to a V8. It feels slower because the power doesn't suddenly hit hard, but it's not. I always thought liter bikes have a place...even Hayabusas and ZX-14s have purpose for the right rider.
Josse MudKipz Meh. I think he was just trying to talk himself out of spending the money for the literbike. Trying to convince himself he didn't NEED one. But I knew he would get one eventually. It's hard to resist the urge to go big. I was surprised at how easy this bike is to ride. I expected it to be a real handful, but it's not like that at all. You have to respect it, but it is just so smooth and easy to control. It does what you tell it to do. If you crash it, it's your fault. The bike isn't going to crash itself! I'm glad Cruza finally got his literbike. It will be fun to watch all his upcoming videos about the new bike.
Love the Vlogs. As a new rider, you inspired me to start on a Ninja 300 and master the fundamentals. I'm glad that you stepped out of the box and move up to a 1000cc.
Happy for you CycleCruza, awesome bike and I agree it is quiet! Good tip about saving to buy your bike, I am saving for a ZX14R myself...I like owning my ZX10R and not having to make payments.
Great video!...im looking into getting a 14 cbr 1000..I hope I will be happy with it. I like to feel the power..I just got rid of my 02 cbr 954. That bike was a beast..brutal raw power in every gear.
@CycleCruza Inove with your videos and now both CBR's you own. I recommend the Leo Vince SBK carbon exhaust for the fireblade, such a nice sounding exhaust down low and it screams up high in the RPMs, and it's not too dollar either. Congrats on the new bike and ride safe as always
Congratulations on the new bike man hope you enjoy, I want to get your opinion on the CBR 600rr am 6"3 and I find the gas tank right in line with my nee! Can the foot rest lowered?
CycleCruza Thought u said no more white? CC and just a head's up. White rims get dirty on each and every ride, my F2 has white wheels looks nice but it's a mission to keep them clean.
The Two Bros is mint! My buddy has this exact bike/color and put the slip-on TB's and it is super f*cking loud now plus compliments the thought of a 1K should sound like! and looks way better with less of that crap grey stock pipe on there! Cudos Cruza!
I'm thinking of getting a bike for next spring . I know my knowledge and plan on taking the Motorcycle Safety Course in PA . My question is , what's your thoughts of me starting off on a 04 yamaha r1 ? Online said it's a crazy idea. I just love the bike .
Congrats on your new cbr 1000RR. I have the same bike but 10' model. Consider the Taylormade slip on, you will like how clean it looks on the bike and perhaps even the sound!
Taylormade and Jardine looks the cleanest but I'm going with hyperflo which was specifically designed for the 12+ cbr1000rr and has the s-bend so I don't need to add a PC. Hyperflo has the best sound imo.
CycleCruza I like the red too, I think if you throw some black decals like a tank guard and possibly the exhaust in black, minor details to compliment the other black on it will set that off for sure.
Ok, so I am not real surprised about the seating position being almost exactly the same, that's great for you, but the other stuff like the smooth power delivery is quite surprising. I would have thought the torque curve would be noticible, so that's a real shock to hear, I watched Riding with Toms review on the S1000RR and he shows that thing just ripping his arms off at about 6,000 rpm, I was really expecting you to say simlar things. A quick look around at figures on different websites and I think it's a great bike, I'm hoping you are happy with it for a long time buddy, congrats and ride safe.
Believe me this thing has power, I'm breaking it in so I haven't been able to get at it but the torque is definitely felt. Today i ran the cbr1000rr and cbr600rr back to back and realized my problem with the cbr1000rr is the sound of the stock pipe or should I say lack of sound, When I put on the hyperflo slip-on it will sound like the beast it is. BMW s1000rr is more of a top end beast from what I hear. The cbr1000rr supposedly has the best low end power and midrange of the supersports.
Not gonna lie was getting impatient for this video to be uploaded.. I have been checking every day for this video! Nice bike! Amazed at how quiet it is to! Anyways nice bike! Keep the videos coming and be safe out there!
100% agree with you about purchasing with cash over any form of loan unless you get something SERIOUSLY low % wise. Buying a depreciating asset (any vehicle) with a loan that has added interest is just counter-intuitive, you lose money while you lose more money from the interest payments.
congrats cruza, finally u have ur fireblade. have fun and congrats again. well done :) and 0 miles 2012, great, even better 4 the $. on a one like that j.mc.guiness won many times the isle of man TT. i´m happy 4u and will keep on following ur inputs about that new monster u have. please don´t put decals on it, let it as shiny red as it is, but the header issue or slip on is definitely useful. thanks 4 sharing, i feel ur happiness riding a brand new honda 1000, and glad 4 that.
great bike man, glad 4 u and i wish i could. one question cruza, how long do u have to wait till u can do a flat out? i mean ´cause of being 0 miles. and do u have abs? thanks and enjoy that super beast. cheers.
agree, u don´t need abs, is better to have ur own braking feeling and press as u want. mine (the 650) doesn´t have it neither. will keep on watching ur new vids., please make some nice walkarounds. cheers.
Hey man new subscriber right here! Congrats on the new bike! A lot of people have the same thoughts when they buy a new 1000 compared to their old 600cc bike. So don't be disheartened just know there's muppets like me still on a 125cc lol! Keep moto blogging mate
I took the MSF course. There I rode some of the Harleys and I rode our relatives Harley a couple of times. I'm thinking about getting the 600rr but I don't know I may just get the fire blade. It'll be my first bike but based off what you're saying as a 30-year-old mature man it sounds like I could do fine on the 1000. What do you think man? By the way I dig the videos I watch yours every day G.
My 2003 Sv1000 rides normally around 188-195 degrees while riding on normal days and 85+ days stays in the upper 190's. Good thing it is liquid and oil cooled though. These litre bikes put out some serious power and heat :p
I enjoyed your thoughts on the 1000. Looking forward to more reviews and upgrades. One thing I do wish is that you'd stop with the annoying pop-ups during the video. Ride safe.
Hey congrats on the new addition to your family CycleCruza!! Looks really nice. Have you felt a difference in how the 1000 rides at highway speeds? Would you say it's more stable or feels more "grounded" compared to the 600? Just wondering
What I don't like is there is no originality with the newer small honda bikes, they look like mini fireblades (cbr300r and cbr500r) except for the cbr650r. lol
2008 Honda CBR 600 RR, 2008 Honda CBR 600 RR, 2008 Honda CBR 600 RR, 2008 Honda CBR 600 RR, 2008 Honda CBR 600 RR, 2008 Honda CBR 600 RR....... Hey bro, congrats on having two bikes. I am jealous, but you can refer to your 2008 Honda CBR 600 RR AS "My other bike". I stop counting/watching after hearing it 30 times
If you didn't have a place indoors to store your bike would you feel comfortable storing it in a fold over motorcycle enclosure during the regular season and double up with a full zip cover in the winter? And do sport bikes have more problems being stored outside vs cruisers?
Just get a tent and you wll be fine. In the winter, make sure it's in storage indoors. Just make sire your bike doesn't get stolen. lol If you live in an apt bring it in the apt.
is the seat more comfortable than the 600? true it needs a slip on , you probably get in more trouble with a quiet muffler, the other cars will not hear you passing and you may speed without hearing anything. I my self am considering getting a fireblade, will be watching all your upcoming videos with interest. You may consider selling the 600 for a duel sport ?
Actually, I went sat on the 600rr and the 600rr feels just a touch more cushy and comfortable but the cbr1000rr seat is decently comfortable too, I rode close to 4 hrs straight with a butt problem. lol If I sell the 600rr I might consider another bike but it won't be a dual sport, we have no trails here, that's where the real fun is on those bikes.
Cruza,...I came across a new 2008 CBR1000RR. Would you know the difference between that year and the 2012? I can get a new 2012, but the 2008 is at a better price point. Thanks man, keep the vids coming.
MrDLRu Some of the 2008 cbr1000rr's had some oil burning issues. They made a few changes to the 2012+ cbr1000rr such as adding a balace-free rear shock, big piston showa fork, digital display and a few other changes.
CycleCruza Thanks Cruza...looks like the 2012/2013....just those two years before they changed the seat padding and footpeg location? If you wouldn't mind, what price did you pay OTD? Would like to know just how low I can bargain. Seems some cycle shops still want big dollas for those leftovers. Ok,..just watched another video which pretty much answers all my questions...Ride safe Cruza!
I remember a reply from you a year or so ago when you was talking about getting another bike and I mentioned maybe possibly trying a cruiser for longer ride comfort, especially keeping your Honda CBR. Just curious did you check out the Ninja 1000 for the upright position? I hear those are really nice for power and more comfort. I can't remember if you liked Kawasaki or not, although you still would have two sport bikes, but generally used for different rides/purposes. Of course if your a Honda guy then that makes sense. Nice bike either way.
Surely a World Record for the most times "Double R" is used in a 20 minute period? :-) I did my bike training on a standard CB600, and I think the Fireblade is easier to ride than that was, I do understand how some can say it is so good it feels dull, but for me it was fantastic. You bought it without a test ride?
Now you need a two brothers exhaust =) . I just bought my 14 zx6r and before the first oil change the oil temp was like yours, now my bike at almost 700 miles with oil change runs 160s . my fuel light turns on roughly 132 miles... I can predict when I need the fuel, I find it overall more accurate than a fuel gauge. Does the cbr 1000 have a instant mpg meter on it? and overall mpg?
Hey CC, always enjoy the vids man. Can you explain some of the benefits of paying cash? I am probably going to upgrade to an FZ-09 in 2015, can you negotiate more paying cash on a bike that new? I also know if buy it outright I don't need full coverage insurance, but with a brand new bike I would probably want it anyways.
Hey thanks for watching! Cash is king. I did a video with my buying tips, here is the video: Motorcycle Buying Tips Also, here is a video where I talk about the importance of OWNING your bike outright: Do You Own Your Motorcycle or Does it Own You? A Slave To Banks? Materialism
so would you recommend someone to upgrade to a 1000rr or 600rr now? try to distance yourself from your attachment with your 600 haha. ive been torn between the two, im leaning towards the 1000rr since it will last a little longer and theres zero chance i can get bored of it... am looking to buy a bike to last a decade not just a couple of fun years
You will be curious like me and want to know what all the hype is about the liter bike, so you should probably just go liter bike, however, I can only speak about the 12 fireblade, it's an easy bike to ride but I'm coming from a 600 so that could be the reason. When I went from the 250 to the 600 it was a HUGE JUMP and took some getting used to. It was a little scary at first on the 600rr but the more you ride the more you get to know the bike and what not to do. lol
Hey CycleCruza, great video. Kudos on recommending paying with cash and never financing anything ever. Great advice in general, but especially when it comes to toys like bikes.

freaking awesome cruza !!
Nothing better than the one payment system. Grats on the new bike CC.
AMEN!!!
Digitalbumpin Your advice is going to put someone in the poor house or on skid row. lol You cannot get rich blowing money away.
Digitalbumpin Yeah I do the same thing, although a lot do let it get out of hand, and ruin credit. I have a few friends that damaged their credit over a balance under a 1000 bucks, and I would just smh. I always had what I wanted and maintained excellent credit to this day. It's good and bad especially when your younger starting out. You want to establish credit and you can only do that by using credit responsibly. I'm curious as to why you're selling your 600rr.
oh man its called a Liter bike? I must be heard of hearing I always thought your saying "Leader Bike" :)
cc=milliliter. 1000 ml in a liter, therefor 1000 cc= 1 liter.
Handsom Dave when i first started in Bikes I actually made this mistake also.
Cyclecruza! Thanks for sharing your experience and keeping it 100
Liking that new red rocket of yours ! I drove my son's CBR1000 last year. Had high perf exhaust and was dyno tuned. He told me to drive it like it was stolen...so I did. Been waiting all day to see you riding the One thousand DOUBLE R ! So excited for you and cannot wait for the reviews and see the mods! You sound happy!
Very happy! Thanks! Ifeel very lucky to have gotten such a nice bike at a sick cheap price. I saved about 4-5 grand from regular pricing.
CONGRATS CC! Happy to see you enjoying your new baby. Have fun and keep being safe....
I love ur description of the linear power band vs the 600 feeling like it's got a turbo. Also, use the trip meter to gauge ur fuel level. You'll get used to it quick. When my trip meter reads about 120 miles and I know the fuel light is gonna come on.
I always use the trip meter on my 600rr b/c I track my fuelings vis Fuelly, so it's automatic for me to reset the trip timer.
Maaaaan, I can only imagine how happy you were that day... Brand new, paid cash and first liter bike! Life rarely gets better than this!
the msf class teacher told me that the loud exhaust has no proof of safety and said to use your horn......but i had arguements that i can hear a loud exhaust when i am driving a car !!
have you heard the horn on a motocycle i cant even scare a rabbit off the road
What a beauty! Can't wait till I get my Cbr 600rr before advancing to the 1000rr!
Congrats my friend. Looks like your on the way to your own stable collection. Safe roads ahead....
Thanks!
Ahmad Harris Cool, how much has your fuel efficiency gone down?
Congrats as well! zx10's are great looking bikes.
Nice! Congrats on that 1000... Can't wait to hear the new slip on!
Thanks for your videos, I do enjoy them. "Deuces!!"
Cool! Stay safe!
Thanks you to
Brian Rucker just got that bike too
I got this too, not sure when is the right time to move up
Beautiful bike and congrats on the new addition. Can't wait to see your future rides and how she performs.
Thanks! A TON of videos coming on this bike just like I did on the cbr600rr.
Congrats on your new bike, westsider, LOL!!! Your nighttime riding video was in a real familiar area to me. I need to step up to a 600 supersport myself.
so it has all of this:
"Other instrumentation includes gear position indicator, five-level shift indicator adjustable for sequence interval, clock/four-mode lap timer, coolant temperature, speedometer, trip meter/fuel efficiency/fuel consumption, low-fuel warning light and odometer/numerical tachometer."
but no fuel gauge that's crazy...love the color....good to know you completed the CBR TRILOGY
Great looking bike, I wish someone would do reviews like you for cruisers. Getting my 1st bike when I return from Korea
Man I just love your videos and congrats on the new bike, it's beautiful man!
Congrats Cruza for your new ride. Cheers
Congrats Cruza! I'm glad you enjoy.
Thanks!
My newer video: Honda CBR1000rr vs CBR600rr 0-100 mph 0-60 mph Hyperflo vs Two Bros Exhaust
Congratulations on your new bike:) Agree with you on buying a bike with cash. I'm looking forward to your videos on the 1000 RR.
First Time Riding a 2012 Honda CBR1000rr - Compared to CBR600rr - First Impressions!
I think we need to have a talk about this.. I'm shaking my head .
Zone Television
same.. i remember a different opinion from him.
I knew you would like it. Its butter smooth power on demand without the whined up. For street use the cbr1000rr is hard to beat.
Oh and BEAUTIFUL bike by the way, congrats, and welcome to the red & black club! :)
Congrats on the new bike man! I just received my motorcycle licenses and currently looking at a 2006 600rr a shop in my town has
it gets about low 200s for me as well. Great bike buddeh! stoked for ya
Cool to know that temp is normal for these bikes.
next bike on my list is the zx10r a 1000 cc bike and I'm glad your loving your new liter bike
I'm getting the hyperflo, specifically designed for the 12 cbr1000rr, no PC needed and will even produce 2hp without one.
Congratulations on the new bike man hope you enjoy, I want to get your opinion on the CBR 600rr am 6"3 and I find the gas tank right in line with my nee! Can the foot rest lowered?
Thats a beautiful bike in red. Congrats on the new addition to the family! :)
Thanks!
I think the Taylormade exhaust is gorgeous on that bike
Congratulations CycleCruza! I really liked the color you have picked. Red is hot. I think its awesome. Looking forward for your future videos.
Thanks but it won't be red for long. Getting custom painted sunbeam pearl white fairings! I might be powder-coating the wheels white as well.
CycleCruza Thought u said no more white? CC and just a head's up. White rims get dirty on each and every ride, my F2 has white wheels looks nice but it's a mission to keep them clean.
Thanks man. I’m grabbing my 1st cbr1000rr this week.
Nice one mate, drive safe and stay safe, wife and I are also just starting in motorcycle waters and vlogging.
Best of luck to you both! Thanks for watching.
Red is a great color. Quiet is good, cops notice less. Congrats!
That's true but boring sound.
CycleCruza I like the red too, I think if you throw some black decals like a tank guard and possibly the exhaust in black, minor details to compliment the other black on it will set that off for sure.
Louder is better so other stupid drivers know where you are.
Welcome to the big leagues. Imagine what it will sound like with a new pipe. Drooling
Thanks!
100% agree with you about purchasing with cash over any form of loan unless you get something SERIOUSLY low % wise. Buying a depreciating asset (any vehicle) with a loan that has added interest is just counter-intuitive, you lose money while you lose more money from the interest payments.
congrats cruza, finally u have ur fireblade. have fun and congrats again. well done :)
and 0 miles 2012, great, even better 4 the $. on a one like that j.mc.guiness won many times the isle of man TT. i´m happy 4u and will keep on following ur inputs about that new monster u have. please don´t put decals on it, let it as shiny red as it is, but the header issue or slip on is definitely useful. thanks 4 sharing, i feel ur happiness riding a brand new honda 1000, and glad 4 that.
Thanks! I'm anti decals on a bike. lol No free advertisement here.
great bike man, glad 4 u and i wish i could. one question cruza, how long do u have to wait till u can do a flat out? i mean ´cause of being 0 miles. and do u have abs? thanks and enjoy that super beast. cheers.
zamahaeba No ABS, adds more weight and the regular brakes bite hard. I guess I'll wait until the after the first service, which will be at 600 miles.
agree, u don´t need abs, is better to have ur own braking feeling and press as u want. mine (the 650) doesn´t have it neither. will keep on watching ur new vids., please make some nice walkarounds. cheers.
ur specs www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/model/Honda/honda_cbr1000rr%2012.htm
Congrats CycleCruza....
Hey man new subscriber right here!
Congrats on the new bike! A lot of people have the same thoughts when they buy a new 1000 compared to their old 600cc bike.
So don't be disheartened just know there's muppets like me still on a 125cc lol!
Keep moto blogging mate
Thanks for the sub! Appreciate it. Best of luck to you!
LOL
Ride safe.
Take a shot every time he says HONDA CBR 600 DOUBLE R
He does he says 1000
It is so smooth and fun, enjoy your new ride!!!!
Thanks!
Hey congrats on the new addition to your family CycleCruza!! Looks really nice. Have you felt a difference in how the 1000 rides at highway speeds? Would you say it's more stable or feels more "grounded" compared to the 600? Just wondering
hope you enjoy it!!! have a nice rides!
You will always experience more heat with a brand new bike. Everything is still breaking in
Knights2theEnd Now it runs about the same temps as my 600rr.
You should do one last video of us beautiful 600rr to give it the proper send off it would b awesome
Congrats on ur new bike !!
Thanks!
Time for a new intro on the new ride!
Also, any thoughts on Honda dropping the 250r for a 300r to compete with Kawi?
What I don't like is there is no originality with the newer small honda bikes, they look like mini fireblades (cbr300r and cbr500r) except for the cbr650r. lol
Just bought my first bike a 00 triumph tt600 love it just learing how to ride it
Just wondering.. how do you buy new 2012 bike? Was it standing in the store for 2 years?
yep
CycleCruza how much did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking
Really excited to see what the Fireblade has to offer! Can't wait to hear that baby scream with a slip-on!
LMAO.....I know right!
Smooth and linear. Smooth and linear. Smooth and linear. Smooth and linear. Smooth and linear. Smooth and linear. Smooth and linear.
TheVilouboy it's a 600 "DOUBLE R" and 1000 "DOUBLE R"
Congrats man...it's a beautiful machine
If you didn't have a place indoors to store your bike would you feel comfortable storing it in a fold over motorcycle enclosure during the regular season and double up with a full zip cover in the winter? And do sport bikes have more problems being stored outside vs cruisers?
Just get a tent and you wll be fine. In the winter, make sure it's in storage indoors. Just make sire your bike doesn't get stolen. lol If you live in an apt bring it in the apt.
That's a beautiful bike man. :) All the best.
is the seat more comfortable than the 600? true it needs a slip on , you probably get in more trouble with a quiet muffler, the other cars will not hear you passing and you may speed without hearing anything.
The red is cool. You should keep the color.... Great vid!
Congrats on the new bike. Ride safe... be free!
congrats brother, safe riding
Cruza,...I came across a new 2008 CBR1000RR. Would you know the difference between that year and the 2012? I can get a new 2012, but the 2008 is at a better price point. Thanks man, keep the vids coming.
MrDLRu Some of the 2008 cbr1000rr's had some oil burning issues. They made a few changes to the 2012+ cbr1000rr such as adding a balace-free rear shock, big piston showa fork, digital display and a few other changes.
CycleCruza
Thanks Cruza...looks like the 2012/2013....just those two years before they changed the seat padding and footpeg location?
Thanks. I don't like upright position, I prefer a more aggressive riding position like a road bicycle.
i must watch ur vid twice, gorgeous liter superbike !
LOL. eargasm. Hahaha I love your videos
Hope u enjoy your new bike bro
Thanks! So far the more I ride the more I like it, just need to get a pipe pronto.
I knew you would get the 1000 eventually. Looks great! Probably the best CBR ever!
I said I would in my earlier motovlog, I just said I don't need one. I STILL say a 08 cbr600rr is all you need for the streets.
Maybe when you get a slip-on or full-exhaust it might be less boring then, but hey I like the bike, great choice!
Had to contradict yourself on a couple things in reference to the 1000. Glad you're enjoying the new bike.
The reason I bought the bike is so I can speak from experience.
Surely a World Record for the most times "Double R" is used in a 20 minute period? :-)
I did my bike training on a standard CB600, and I think the Fireblade is easier to ride than that was, I do understand how some can say it is so good it feels dull, but for me it was fantastic.
You bought it without a test ride?
Wow! Very nice bike. Wish im on my full licence now :) currently riding a yamaha r125 slow but fun.
Keep up the good vids ai
Now you need a two brothers exhaust =)
. I just bought my 14 zx6r and before the first oil change the oil temp was like yours, now my bike at almost 700 miles with oil change runs 160s
. my fuel light turns on roughly 132 miles... I can predict when I need the fuel, I find it overall more accurate than a fuel gauge. Does the cbr 1000 have a instant mpg meter on it? and overall mpg?
hyperflo exhaust coming soon!
jetfuel545 Hyperflo was specifically built for the 12+ cbr1000rr.
Never thought I would ever see the day you riding a 100cc bike lol good job :)
Me either. lol However, it seems like it was meant to be. I had to complete the cbr trilogy.
how much did you pay for a new bike that was 2 years old?
Love ur videos brotha
teamv1ru5 It sat for two years but had zero miles :) My pink slip said it was new. Let's just say it was nearly half the cost a new bmw S1000rr.....
I did a video with my buying tips, here is the video: Motorcycle Buying Tips
Also, here is a video where I talk about the importance of OWNING your bike outright: Do You Own Your Motorcycle or Does it Own You?
It was a little scary at first on the 600rr but the more you ride the more you get to know the bike and what not to do. lol
Damn he took the Red Pill.. Congrats on the new bike man.
i agree about changing the exhaust, awesome bike cycle cruza!
Hey CycleCruza, great video. Kudos on recommending paying with cash and never financing anything ever. Great advice in general, but especially when it comes to toys like bikes.
Beautiful machine must feel like heaven
Congrats dude, Honda red is nice.
