Just finished installing the upgraded cable bushings to finish off the entire shift setup and boy, the short shifter does wonders when paired with the upgraded bushings. Absolutely love it.
@Mikie Jones everything is included with the stage 3 kit. All acuity every thing. As far as what a shop would charge, not worth trying to take it to one. I'm telling you right now this is a much easier install than what you think it is. Save your money on labor bro.
Good review man... seriously thinking about installing on my civic. Just hesitating on the install and adjustments. Looking forward to more of your videos.
Thanks for the review! Just one thing, I heard a lot of drone from the cabin even with your window up, so just wondering if you had muffler delete at the time? Or what’s the exhaust… I would definitely avoid this myself
hey man loved the review just insatlled mine how long would you say it took to "break in" definitely really stiff and just hope it loosens up just a bit any info would be great.
@@ChrisLowpes thanks for the info man yeah right now im really working to shift compared to stock :D but also doesn't help i have it at the shortest throw so that is also gonna take time getting used to lol
planning to get that acuity whole shifter. i have before the shifter adapter only and the spring. Would you mind if i need help can i contact you? thanks
@@R1dg3l1nE23 Same here dude. The rev match from 3rd to 2nd was almost just not possible. It still has a little bit but I’m also not as seasoned as some with manuals but I’m definitely getting pretty good.
@@ChrisLowpes i personally went with the HKS hi-power exhaust. no drone if you're in the right gear for the speed you're going. plus it matches my HKS coils. :)

Phoenix nice! I can’t wait to get the cable bushings!
@Mikie Jones short through shifter with upgraded cable shifter bushings, shift knob and upgraded shift boot collar.
@Mikie Jones just gets rid of the crappy plastic OEM one, mainly for looks but also makes everything thing look flush from the shift knob to the boot.
@Mikie Jones that's correct

EM1 king PRL catless FP/DP with a muffler delete
Hi Sir Chris, I’m just wondering what’s the difference of a catless vs catted? I’m planning on the same setup as yours
I really want that shifter but I'm saving up for wheels. its such a hard decision to make on what to buy first lol
Jarrett Murray both are great buys!
love the acuity shifter but not a fan of your exhaust. :P
Chad Miller yea, it’s too loud. I’m looking for a exhaust soon!

Chad Miller yea I was looking at HK-S also, the only thing I don’t like is the space it leaves in the bumper.
