Hello Nikko! Watching from Shiga-ken Japan. Can i just say you sound like a radio DJ 😊 (in a good way). Do you have podcasts on kaigo words (english meaning and japanese meaning) that are often in the national board exam? Also, may I ask what website or books of kaigofukushishi mock exam did you use?
Hi! Thank you for that. I don't have a podcast, though. But I did make a video about some 介護 words ---> ua-cam.com/play/PLauTrJcFAG1H8si61vRjDC9k6Bgd65MVn.html&si=UTQCFJP5tQ9F3OKl and some books I used to study for the exam ---> ua-cam.com/video/uPlhCCK4XrE/v-deo.htmlsi=ztVfzgbLmLKPVpPr Thank you for commenting! 😁
Hi! I haven't tried it myself. But you can. Just add “PDF” in your search box and go to this website www.sssc.or.jp to access a PDF and printable copy of previous exams. 😊
Yes. They're different. 介護福祉士 may mean a “licensed” or “certified” caregiver. 国家試験 means a national examination. Put them together (介護福祉士 + 国家試験) means a national examination for caregivers. Thank you for commenting. ☺️
Konnichiwa, I am planning to go to Japan as a caregiver under the SSW program for a 5-year period. After my initial visa term, what steps do I need to take for renewal, and is it possible to continue my stay?
こんにちは。Provided that you’ll not work as a caregiver, after your 5-year contract as an SSW1, you can transition to SSW2 or find other means to extend your stay here in Japan. As far as I know, you cannot renew your SSW1 contract. Hi! I don't know what's an MCA. But if your country offers a program that allows people to work in Japan and if you have the right qualifications, you may have a chance for a job opportunity here in Japan. ☺️
No, a fee must be paid to apply for the exam. To know more about the exam, check this out --> ua-cam.com/video/GMT4o03Owto/v-deo.htmlsi=QH5rFVgTBMVnNnxz
Hi Sir. Based on my experience and as far as I know, there are no long vacations for caregivers. Hospitals and most nursing homes are open 24/7, 365 days - even on long holidays. But you can apply for a paid leave depending on the company’s policy. Thank you for watching my videos and commenting. 😁
