5 minutes into my research for men's skincare and already, I'm bombarded by countless products that I know nothing about. I'll stick with your products mate, thanks!
Back in college I'm extra skinny because of stress and lack of sleep, now that I have a job I'm always finding ways to improve on how to take care of myself, thanks for the tips man, appreciate it alot. Love the video 💯
Great content. I reduce my dairy intake, increase vegetable consumption, and manage my cortisol level by going for long walks at the park and that greatly helped improved my overall health including my skin. Thanks for the video mate!
The only video I could find that didn't feel like it was complete BS and I hope I have the correct judgment of character because you seem like an honest guy
Great channel. I suffer from dry skin and showering less alleviates a lot of my skin issues. Showering twice a day could be doing more damage than actually help. Your body needs to retain some of its natural oils for healthy skin. Every time you shower you wash away these oils. Give it a try. Cheers!
It definitely does and I suffer from eczema too and showering makes it worse. Where I live, the water is really hard, which dries out my skin. Showering less would definitely stop my skin being as bad but I definitely have a bit of ocd when it comes to keeping clean. I’d rather moisturise and shower twice than once if you get me. Thanks for the recommendations though man and you are right!
@@crunchyblade6829 there are relatively safe alcohols that are used in skincare, but since sunscreen is a leave-on treatment, I’d advise to use one without alcohol.
@@crunchyblade6829 If your skin is sensitive and gets easily irritated, you should probably avoid ethanol in sunscreen. Also, most of the ethanol evaporates within the first minutes after application, so no need to stress about ethanol in a product. In general, ethanol allows for a more lightweight finish in sunscreens. Hope this helped
Stress gets me a lot too and it really can mess things up. Thanks mate and you have been first about 5 or 6 times in a row now haha. Maybe more. Good going 👊
@@HarryHas I know man! I love your videos just can't stop watching it. I guess this is not just me but most of your subscribers eagerly wait for you videos. Don't stop uploading 😁
There's another way to apply that The Ordinary, drop it straight into your face on 3 spots: forehead and both cheeks then you can spread it with one or two finger If you apply to your hand first and rub it, your hand will absorb it at some point and that's an inefficiency imo. Or at least dont rub too much
I do pretty much the same routine with almost the same product (I have oily skin), if you feel like adding something. Try out the ordinary "blood mask" which is a chemical peeling solution. It's quite strong, so it's a once a week treat. Amazing results(you litterly glow afterwards, in a good way)! Also add in some SPF in the morning to avoid long term sun damage. Cervave has a nice moistruriser with added SPF, which makes it less of a hassel. Love the videos!
Jens, so do you use the CeraVe Normal to OilySkin as against the Normal to DrySkin? Years ago I bought Neutrogena cleanser and it made my skin even more oiler minutes after use. 😅 - that pretty much ended my affliction to skin care routines. I only use a basic face wash and nothing else.
Very good routine, although I would also use a sunscreen in the morning. That is absolutely essential. But good work. It's an easy routine, affordable and it works so yeah. Thanks
I also had the ordinary niacinamide, for me it didn’t work out since the 10% is too strong for my skin It’s recommended to have a percent of 2% and 5% at least.
Great advice Harry! One thing I’d recommend though is easing your way into the naicinamide if you have acne prone skin like me. I immediately started using it every day and broke out pretty bad so just be patient and start out every other day or every 3 days. Great product though!
Thanks for the info man. I’ve been using it for about 4 months now and all good so far. My sister used it for ages and then it suddenly disagreed with her. As I said, I’m no expert and I’m just sharing what has worked for me.
You can simplify it even further by using CeraVe Cleanser & CeraVe PM (has niacinamide, lightweigh, fine for the AM lol!). Consider this if you wanna switch it up! 🤭 Just a cleanser and a moisturizer with niacinamide as an active. Its gentle... and almost no cons unlike with other active ingredients (RIP to peeps allergic to niacinamide)! Anyone going for a similiar routine as yours won't really miss out on much besides the "gold standard" (sunscreen and tretinoin).
Yh I can improve all of the above, but the sleep part I don't know, because I am a light sleeper, I wake up to any noise, so except the sleep part I can do all the above, unless I move into my own house, and live with very quiet neighbors 👍
I did that but I’ve had the best results from this routine. I have spf moisturiser from Cerave too. Use it more when the sun is out, which is not happening anytime soon in the UK
@@HarryHas If it works for you that’s great, although it is important to note how damaging the sun can be on skin. Up to 80% of the sun can go through clouds, so I like to reapply sunscreen every two hours as that is how long it normally is effective for.
Not to plug anyone’s specific channel but look up dermatologists views on sunscreen and you will see what I mean. I did not know how important it was until the past couple years.
Thanks, and yes I do. It definitely works for my skin. I stopped using them for a week while on holiday and ate like crap and my skin really suffered. As soon as I got back, I went back to this routine, a week later I'm all good again.
Finally a simple skincare routine that will cut my hair, shave my face and give me a spray tan. Jokes aside it's a great, simple routine for men. But that serum has now nearly doubled in price!
A few weeks to a month I think. I still have bad days but this routine definitely helps a lot. Any routine is better than none at all and a simple washing and moisturiser daily will help you a lot
The niacinamide I apply is directly dropping to my forehead, left and right cheek. Then I gently massage in a circular motion as written on their product page. Hope its safe.
Gosh it was looking quite rough before! (Don't mean that rudely, it looks really nice now). Stress is definitely bad for your skin- and no alcohol can improve it dramatically

Amazing how straight to the point this is. Nice one Harry. One thing you may want to add is a sunscreen; with an SPF of 50+ preferably. 👍🏾

Yeah, I use the products made for oily skin

Glad you enjoyed it mate
You’re such an awesome bro, you deserve the best gf or bf you are looking for.
i pretty much use the same but use a diff cleanser from cerave and instead of the the ordinary niacinamide 10 + zinc i use the lactic acid 10%
This is perfect exactly what I was looking for
Listen to the guy. You can even skip the second product at first and test out cleanser and moisturiser. Simple and effective.
Agree with you. The Niacinimide has really helped me out personally but just washing your face and moisturising will do wonders
