thank you for the video my father in law die letting a klr almost like yours with some disassembled parts, i didnt know how to assemble the hose tubes of the carburetor maybe i can start the bike seeing this video congrats for the video .thank you:)

Buenisimo, pero por favor ¿Dónde va cada manguera? tengo el mismo carburador y tiene dos orificios de entrada de nafta uno arriba y otro abajo, si tiene una manguera de desagote debajo de la cuba ¿para que es el tornillo ? muy lindo el video..porfi que alguien me responda en español. tengo el mismo carburador

Although.....
I've disassembled and upgraded most of my klr....tank and plastics, caliper rebuild, brake lines, clutch cable,wheels off, exhaust removed etc.
Why didn't you remove your tank before this project ? (2 bolts, one vacuum line, one gas line)
It looks like it could have been WAAAY easier.
Anyone ??
I haven't done any engine or carb work, but it seems like you made this a little harder than need be.
