Misunderstood Even by Myself

Being misunderstood by even myself.
I know this is not a foreign experience for anyone. Being able to take the time to really take in those emotions and work through them is something everyone is capable of.
Putting yourself first in the process and really giving yourself time to become clear is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
