Always stay safe people. Stay away from alcohol and ventilate any space you are painting, as some paint chemicals ruin kidneys too. These are the things that ruin kidneys and cause cancer. Keeping aware of environmental poisons and banning them is how we save lives in the bigger picture. Charles I love your desire to just sit to listen intently with plenty of time and space after someone speaks. There is an ancient cultural practice of deep listening like this you speak of of some nations of Australian Aboriginal people. It is called “dadirri” or something similar, describing a process of deep respectful listening where many minutes of silence may pass after someone speaks before a response is given by another. I love that you seemingly picked up this deep listening process intuitively, and you too Dr Kevin Preston, in learning to listen deeply (for deeper emotional well springs of physical pain?) without jumping in too early - as a Dr or other mode of healer. Yes “building a tower to heaven” is all about putting one’s ego aside while helping another, as we all might be able to intuit the reasons for our own “dis- ease”.

Keeping aware of environmental poisons and banning them is how we save lives in the bigger picture. “Playing catch” is a beautiful symbolic phrase about going outside and “grounding” ourselves and by doing so aligning ourselves to the earth’s natural electro magnetic polarities. This is best done without shoes on by the way, to really align one’s electrical polarities to allow our blood and our lives generally to run more smoothly. Tai Chi barefoot in the morning sun is another way to do this, that doesn’t involve balls or children necessarily. Go forth and multiply that beautiful morphological field in the baseball field too! 😀
