Loved this one Kay Kay!! I'm divided on my favorite circuit. I love your hiit sessions especially the plank jacks with donkey kicks and burpee/ranger variations. But the 24 minute upper body was a great thorough short session. I like Zottsman curls a lot and they are very much underused. I also loved the 65 minute length. You should have a million subscribers. Everyone must be too scared to be challenged by you. That's their loss. Glad you're feeling better too!!

Amazing, I chose to do this on my free Saturday and went hard, there are times my weight doesn’t change even for weeks but when I can go through a whole set of burpees and tuck jumps and do full tucks instead of the high knee variation (where I started) and I’m lifting more weight, this puts a big smile on my face and my waist is still going down, I am motivated to keep at it so thanks Kay. I’m healthier and stronger because of people like you 🥰🥰🤙🏾🤙🏾

Oh boi Kay!! Did this workout this morning. My whole verdict to this 65 min workout is it is absolutely challenging physically, emotionally and mentally. I was scared to even tried it out. Once I finish the whole circuit, What can I say. I absolutely love and hate it. ( hate it during the beginning as it was a struggle). But mostly love it when I get through all. At the beginning it was a struggle but after 15min, My body starts to move along with ease with the workout. I honestly love all 3 circuits as it targets every part of the body. However for today I particularly love the 2nd circuit -Upper body-. Reason being, I was heavily dripping sweat with this circuit and somehow felt I needed this challenge. I used 5kg x2 dumbbells. It was a absolutely on fire especially on the rainbow raises. One of the workout which was eye opener to me was the Bent over tricep kick . I don feel much back sore compare to the usual dead row. The other 2 circuits is also a burner. Thank you so much for this workout though. It challenges one self on physically, mentally and emotionally.

honestly one of the best workouts ive ever had . i had so much freaking fun , i havent felt that in a long while with my workouts ( probs a plateau ) that hiit part brought me back to life . I really appretiate you for posting this workout . love youuuu
WOW! Another AMAZING and CHALLENGING workout-for 60 minutes! An “aha” experience for me: I was able to keep up with only a few extra, short pauses…AND I used 10 lb. weights for every weighted exercise, except for two when I used 18 lbs. I am getting even stronger. Thank you Kay Kay for my daily dose of online strength, agility and cardio workouts. I notice this strength in my swimming and bicycling workouts (takes longer to fatigue). Thank you, thank you! ❤️🥵💪🔥🏋️♀️

Love your workouts. I love most of all, that you are combinding pulse exercises and strength exercises. I love the feeling after a session with pulses and strengthening exercises! I love when you make new exercises, ranger with cross boxing, plank jacks and donkey kicks.

Mir hat circuit 2 am besten gefallen, weil ich so langsam mehr Kraft in den Armen entwickle und jede Übung sauber bis zum Schluss durchführen konnte🥰 besonders die Übung bent over triceps kickback war mega...hab meinen Trizeps noch nie so gespürt😅
Liebe KayKay, deine 60-minütigen Workouts sind immer klasse, die vergehen trotz aller Anstrengung wie im Fluge. Mein Lieblingsabschnitt in diesem Workout war der Upper Body Teil - am besten fand ich die Zottman Curls, hab ich vorher noch nie gemacht, kannst du definitiv öfter in die Workouts einbauen.❤️

I don't know about my most favorite. Specific parts of my body probably had a least favorite circuit 😂, but that's what challenging oneself is all about, which is what you motivate us to do with every amazing workout. I personally cannot pick a favorite because I loved every moment of it. Thank you for another awesome workout!

YEAH 🥳 I made it true to the end, still struggling with getting back in shape after I had corona in April 2020, 1 year I could not work, now working normal , but working outwits weights is not on my old niveau yet, used the same as you do in your workouts, now 2 and 3 kg, but I am positive i am possitive getting back there, thanks to you ❤️

Ich liebe die Abwechslung durch die 3 circuits und das Gefühl alles in einem Workout trainiert zu haben! Lieblingscircuit: Upper body, lieblingsübung: zottman Curls - vorher noch nie gemacht, war neu, liebe neu! Das macht deine Workouts so besonders. Immer wieder neue Elemente, nie Langeweile!! Super durchdachtes Workout! 1. Einheit mit Fokus auf Unterkörper, 2. Sequenz mit Fokus auf Oberkörper und im 3. bodyweight Abschnitt war dann der gesamte Körper aktiviert und jeder Muskel spürbar🥰 danke!☺
Wie man sich morgens um fünf Uhr völlig aus dem Leben kickt? 🥵 Mit genau DIESEM Workout 🤩 Es war einfach der Hammer und die Kombi aus den 3 Zirkeln einfach perfekt, wobei ich besonders den Lower Body Zirkel und am Ende den HIIT gefeiert habe 🔥 Und ich muss sagen, dass mich die Double Heel Tap Ranger nicht nur aus der Puste, sondern auch richtig begeistert haben...liebe ja sowieso Rangers und das war eine tolle Kombi 😍 Tausend Dank für dieses mega geile Workout, insgesamt für deine ganze Power, sowie Mühe, Arbeit und den Schweiß, den du in deine Videos und deinen allgemeinen Content für uns steckst 🙏 P.s.: ich trainiere jetzt tatsächlich bereits seit einem Jahr mit dir und kann dir nie oft genug beschreiben, wie stolz auf den Menschen bin, der ich in dieser Zeit geworden bin! Mir hat circuit 2 am besten gefallen, weil ich so langsam mehr Kraft in den Armen entwickle und jede Übung sauber bis zum Schluss durchführen konnte🥰 besonders die Übung bent over triceps kickback war mega...hab meinen Trizeps noch nie so gespürt😅
So ein tolles Workout super Mischung, am Ende mit dem Hiit einfach spitze

Mein Lieblingsabschnitt in diesem Workout war der Upper Body Teil - am besten fand ich die Zottman Curls, hab ich vorher noch nie gemacht, kannst du definitiv öfter in die Workouts einbauen.❤️

I don't know about my most favorite. Specific parts of my body probably had a least favorite circuit 😂, but that's what challenging oneself is all about, which is what you motivate us to do with every amazing workout. I personally cannot pick a favorite because I loved every moment of it. Thank you for another awesome workout!

Liebste Übung war Push up reach, weil ich es wirklich zum ersten Male geschafft habe, die Drehung und Arme nach oben mit Hanteln geschafft habe 👍🏼
Definitiv meine Liebste Circuit war Nr 3
weil es Hit war kombiniert mit Bauch was ich eh schon mega finde , weil für mich liebe Kathrin immer noch die mega Herausforderung ist Deine Ausdauer durchzuhalten und es mir auch zeigt dass ich stolz drauf sein kann dass ich über 60 noch so eine Ausdauer habe um alles mitzuhalten💪🏼

YEAH 🥳 I made it true to the end, still struggling with getting back in shape after I had corona in April 2020, 1 year I could not work, now working normal , but working outwits weights is not on my old niveau yet, used the same as you do in your workouts, now 2 and 3 kg, but I am positive i am possitive getting back there, thanks to you ❤️

Mein erster Gedanke: oh mein Gott 60 Minuten kaykay5 power und das um halb 5 morgens 🙈 aber Zeit verflog, es hat so viel Spaß gemacht. Ich liebe die Abwechslung durch die 3 circuits und das Gefühl alles in einem Workout trainiert zu haben! Lieblingscircuit: Upper body, lieblingsübung: zottman Curls - vorher noch nie gemacht, war neu, liebe neu!
Das macht deine Workouts so besonders. Immer wieder neue Elemente, nie Langeweile!! Daher kann ich all denen nur zustimmen, die schreiben: du hast millions of followers verdient

Super durchdachtes Workout! 1. Einheit mit Fokus auf Unterkörper, 2. Sequenz mit Fokus auf Oberkörper und im 3. bodyweight Abschnitt war dann der gesamte Körper aktiviert und jeder Muskel spürbar🥰 danke!☺

Wie man sich morgens um fünf Uhr völlig aus dem Leben kickt? 🥵 Mit genau DIESEM Workout 🤩 Es war einfach der Hammer und die Kombi aus den 3 Zirkeln einfach perfekt, wobei ich besonders den Lower Body Zirkel und am Ende den HIIT gefeiert habe 🔥 Und ich muss sagen, dass mich die Double Heel Tap Ranger nicht nur aus der Puste, sondern auch richtig begeistert haben...liebe ja sowieso Rangers und das war eine tolle Kombi 😍 Tausend Dank für dieses mega geile Workout, insgesamt für deine ganze Power, sowie Mühe, Arbeit und den Schweiß, den du in deine Videos und deinen allgemeinen Content für uns steckst 🙏 P.s.: ich trainiere jetzt tatsächlich bereits seit einem Jahr mit dir und kann dir nie oft genug beschreiben, wie stolz auf den Menschen bin, der ich in dieser Zeit geworden bin!
