Wow, just wow... this was challenging, but I had the best time doing it. I almost skipped working out today, but my inner self said Get Moving! 😅 sometimes, when you are older, this kind of workout can scare ya a tad. At 58, I still have that mentality of don't give up! Lol thanks again for a great workout!

Kreativität, Motivation und High Level haben für mich eine neue Dimension heute bekommen.🙏 Kathrin was du da gezaubert hast war schon der oberhammer. ❗45 Sekunden können nämlich echt lang werden je nachdem welche Gewichte man nimmt. 🙈es gibt Videos die macht man und es gibt Videos die machen mega Spass. dieses hat mir mega Spaß gemach🙌t , hätte ich am liebsten noch mal gemacht. ich kann nicht sagen welchen Zirkel ich am liebsten gemacht habe, jeder auf seine Art war toll wobei den letzten Teil habe ich auf dem Trampolin gemacht, weil mir das zu viele Sprünge waren danke für diese Zeit und Mühe die du wieder mal für uns investiert hast. und jeden Tag zeigt mir es war eine super Entscheidung Dir und Dom zu Folgen 👏🔝
