The political spin is too much to bear!! Miguna was entitled to enter the country as a Kenyan not as Canadian applying for a Kenyan VISA yet he is a Kenyan..his papers were asking for a Kenyan to state he is Canadian applying to be Kenyan!!!! Otiende he is not a belief..he is a Kenyan he applied for his Kenyan passport in 2012 and was issued a Kenyan passport as a Kenya.... this passport was perforated by Kenyan government officials and then he was deported!! He is a Kenyan and his removal/ deportation from Kenya was unlawful..the Kenyan government spin is to cover their own wrongs!!!
What's wrong with this man Wamatangi? Dr Miguna did not lose his passport, it was taken away from him by your government. Miguna does not need to present his Canadian passport to re-enter Kenya because he's a citizen, whose passport was damaged by the government and the court ordered them to facilitate his re-entry. Everything is clear as day light, but some penelist foolishly choose to defend impunity. Governments eat their own children, tomorrow it will be you, watch the space.

The panelists except Amollo are trying to be smart by not talking about the deportation process that was illegal according to the high court.
Justus Asiago there was no deportation as it is now getting clear. It was removal of undeclared, unestablished individual, the lawyers know that and are just playing with us.

I wish Kenyans understood the economic and security implications there would be if the state allowed entry of miguna without a passport. Firstly in the mind of a terrorist this would be loop hole and secondly all international flights would just cancel their flights to Kenya as it would be a flight risk to them consequently international business would collapse.
