I think people are not interrogating the candidates, thus the 'truth about other candidates' that you are referring to as attack. Truth is always bitter and not easy to handle, Miguna says the truth and that comes out as arrogance or an attack. If he doesn't say the truth, no one else will ... the media doesn't say the truth, they don't interrogate issues, they practise envelope journalism!

It's objective interrogation that would yield any useful evidence, how smart are majority of our journalists like for real - intellectual and otherwise? How objective and strategic are they in digging deeper on issues? How well do they verify issues/ allegations made? What means of verification do they present in their defence? How credible are the MOVs they present? Analyze the primary focus of majority of these journalists and you will have many reasons to start reading books and enriching your own mind.

Sonko's English and expression as far as questions are concerned are very questionable. He has no capability to run the county and should therefore just remain where he is best placed, i.e. the streets, heckling and hawkers business which best suits him.

I think people are not interrogating the candidates objectively. Many viewers/ listeners are always finding Miguna's approach as combative, at times referring to his sentiments as attack/ arrogance/ pride. Truth is always bitter and not easy to handle, Miguna says the truth and that comes out as arrogance or an attack. If he doesn't say the truth, no one else will ... the media doesn't say the truth, they don't interrogate issues, they practise envelope journalism, they are seldom objective! Miguna articulates his agenda strategically like a visionary, it will take us another 50 years to get to where developed nations are if we vote for mediocrity.

Do you as a person only vote so that you can say that the person I voted for won? If so, then go ahead and give it to the dogs. However if want your vote to count as an element of change or at least a trial, then you know who deserves it.
Three years down the line when the wolves still have control of the city and you have less job prospects, less disposable income, inability to access quality medical services and living in a slum, or slum like area, that ownership of victory will not feel like it anymore. Not forgetting that everybody who lives outside the city comes here for opportunities while the current dwellers have nothing to show for living there.
