In third grade I got suspended for bringing an orange cap gun to school because I'd been playing games with my backpack and I forgot it in there. I gave it to my teacher immediately in the morning when I noticed it and I got suspended for three days. My mom laughed, took me to get ice cream and said this country is going to shit.
reach to your pocket take your wallet open your wallet take the credit card knife close the wallet put pack the wallet in to your pocket remove the security from the credit card knife flip it the knife up close the flaps lock the flaps so many steps.. just start to run instead
+TheRussianGenius Did the same exact thing with my "ink pen" idk if thats the right word in englisch. He freaking cried and talked about it 3 days later. definitely worth it!
I used to get bullied, Like chocked and mentally fucked with, so one day in class while I was next to him he was bitching about my mom and how I had no friends, So I turned around a jabbed a fucking compass point into his thigh.
Kid in my class was called on his phone during class by the school office. The kid asked the teacher to go to the office and she said yes, so he went to the office. He asked the office why they called him and got his phone taken away for having it on in class. Moral of the story: Never give the school your number
SuperPsycho 720 principles have tried that with me, but when they saw they weren't getting it without a fist coming at them, they'll usually back down or put you in ISS which is basically in school vacation.
When I was about 14, the principal of my school asked me and a friend to carry some boxes to her office. When we got the boxes there she wanted to open one but couldn't because of the overly ambitious wrapping. She then asked if we had a knife to cut the box open with. We said we didn't have one because they were/are not allowed on school property. She said everyone should always have a knife handy for reasons like that. Even during school. Just leave it in your pocket and don't make a big fuss about it.
USPATRIOT96 In the US maybe. Not in Germany, because we are way more sensible when it comes to stuff like this. Teachers in Germany would confiscate that knife and keep it until a parent picks it up. And that's the worst case scenario.
Well unfortunately in America we are extremely political correct and we believe that just taking things away from people instead of teaching them the proper use is the best way to do things. If one mother doesn't want her kid to be taught or be around something. No child will be.
man it took me forever to find this video to clarify earlier. now I look like a tool. not this kind of tool but... nevermind. I don't care about gun or knife regulation, the comment was just a joke....b...because I said PEOPLE are tools. eh? eh? comedy gold right here. but I'm a UA-cam commenter so I need to put my life story here. it all started when I was a young boy. I digress. now I look like a douche
Fuck I found a screw/large bolt in my school hello shank you could unscrew a screw and easily kill someone with them the fuck people don't realize that
I almost got suspended for bringing a butterfly trainer to school. Its bullshit you have a better chance of stabbing someone with a dull pencil than with the trainer
A kid at my school used a SCHOOL landline phone as a weapon in a fight once. Never seen a knife used though. Landline phones are more dangerous than knifes.
everything has the POTENTIAL to be a weapon but banning EVERYTHING is completely unfeasible and illogical, so why not just ban the things that are explicit weapons instead? you don't really lose anything and you potentially gain a lot of safety and peace of mind for parents.
Got suspended for 5 days for forgetting a 2 inch folder in my backpack from the day before. Its the weekend, I carry a knife, I forgot about it. Needless to say I'm an Honors and AP student who has never been in the office one time and I got 5 days OSS for an accident. They said I should have gotten expelled. There are people who sell drugs in my school and never get caught but I forget a TOOL in my backpack and get the boot. Now I have to carry this record like the kid in the story.
kids at my school cut people from broken scizzors with the handle wraped in duct tape. and nobody bats an eye. you bring a baby 2 inch blade amd everybody loses their minds
That's not too bad...my daughter is an avid shooter..her and i went to the pistol range one weekend and she used her school bag to carry ammo to the range..when she got home she cleaned out her bag and re-loaded her books into it..she apparently missed an empty shell casing and when she pulled out her folder it had come out and fell onto her desk and rolled into the floor..they searched her bag and i got called at work about the ordeal while she was being treated like some sort of criminal despite me explaining WHY there was an empty shell casing in her bag...she got suspended for a week for an EMPTY shell casing! school is getting a bit too ridiculous..
2 school shootings within more than 20 years of each other and guns are now for some reason the ultimate weapon that should be feared by all. Seriously people need to stop living in this fear mentality. Some people just don't realize that a very rare thing to happen and the Blake needs to be put on the shooters mental state, not the piece of metal he was holding.
+oliverrevilo10 Very true, same with guns. But it still expands people's options if they wanted to hurt someone. Not the gun's or knife's fault, it's the person's. But it gives you a pretty ez way to kill someone.
Here in Austria Guns are illegal to carry. It's even hard to own one. As for knives, we all had them in highschool. Literally everyone had a butterfly or even automatics. Not once, not a single damn time did anyone even come close to getting hurt.
I honestly don't know how many knives kids or youth carry these days. Although I can imagine they are pretty common among scouts and such. It's been a long time since I was that age. I rarely if ever hear of any knife related crimes. It's the same as with guns. People who collect knives or anything of the sort are rarely involved in any shootings or stabbings.
I got called to the office for wearing a grim reaper mask in the 5th grade because it was too scary for the little kids. Another year, I had a nerf gun toy from McDonald's by accident in my bag and I was almost suspended for a school year for having a weapon.
when i was 12,for Halloween i dressed up as a hunter. i got all camouflaged up and i had asked if i could bring my bow*with no arrows duh* i was stopped by the parking police, stared at by almost every supervisor like i was gona kill sombody at any sec. all the time thinking am i gona pull an arrow out of my ass or somthing bec idk where they think im gona get an arrow.
you know what is more dangerous? a hardcover textbook. those are heavy enough to cause some serious damage, and has an instant unfoldable feature to double it's striking range.
@Tactical Turd A really close friend of mine actually was tripped by a guy in class and her pencil went right into her throat. She lived but now she's terrified of pencils, she hates the guy, and she's got a big ugly scar on her neck.
asleepyinsomnia Knoking your Head with a Hardcover Big Book had been one of the Venezuela's Police Interrogation tools since founded in the '50......very much answers talked out..... and crushing skuls by this "Books"
Imagine the school administrators going through your records. Administrator 1: "Samuel was suspended for a week" Administrator 2: "how come?" Administrator 1: "he beat a kid with a book about medical care"
asleepyinsomnia i got a tooth cracked by a book thrown at me at school... nothing was done about it. instead i got kicked out a bunch whenever i defended myself.
True, it be that harder part, it have to be set by what you perceive as a lie to get out of trouble, Say they didn't intend on harmful use. but they have a record for causing trouble. Ask them to empty out their bag and pockets, and say. We are holding on to the knives and will have your parents pick them up, Rather then strait up suspend or Expel them. If its a repeated offence, then set that line as a possible outcome if they continue to bring unwarranted Tools to school.
I would have to get my backpack, take out the multitool, open up the multitool, then basically break my thumbnail getting the knife out, and get within 2 feet of someone to pierce two inches in.
The Fireturtle I had a fossil megalodon tooth in my bag after going on vacation once and I almost wasn't let on an airplane because they were scared it might be used as a weapon. Only my logic that literally anything can be used as a weapon and the tooth wasn't really that sharp and my military Id card got me onto the plane.
Any thing can be a weapon, a fucking fire extinguisher can be a weapon. Trying to get rid od everything as a danger is stupid, schools should juat teach kids not to fucking fight and use weapons.
Being suspended is no big deal. If anything it's like a free vacation for the kid. I was suspended many times in school and I laugh that they consider it a punishment. I enjoyed the few days away I got from school from suspension
But if you're on a sports team, and they have a big game coming up, that you were looking forward to, you wouldn't be able to go to it... Also, depending on what classes you take, and how long the suspension is, you'll have a lot of work to catch up on. Is it the worst punishment? No. Is it an inconveniencing punishment? Definitely.
My cousin got suspended over a 2 inch blade on a multi tool after he forgot it when we were building a fort in the woods. He had no trouble with the school or police before that. They actually took him down to the police station with hand cuffs. That's ridiculous, that blade was a tool not a weapon.
+Anonymous Spiderman Sounds stupid AF, is legislation on knives that bad in your country? In the UK of all places, if a knife is 2 inches and doesn't lock then it's perfectly legal for an ordinary person to carry
It's because we have stupid nosy soccer moms that think that their "sweet innocent" children are in danger, when those kids are the ones fucking shit up
After a day of hunting I wore the same pants to school, I left a 12 gauge shotgun shell in my pocket. No one noticed and I told my friends once the day was done. We thought it was funny as hell.
tmw you've seen kids with actual guns and/or using school supplies as weaponry running around a school yet kids with money, broken credit cards and packaged, unopened CAP GUNS get suspended and expelled.
+Douglas Gardner couldn't agree more, sadly we can carry a pair of scissors to school in most schools ie the ones without metal detectors and them in half and now you have a pair of knives, athlete's carry there equipment to school, from baseball, softball, field hockey to even lacrosse sticks. I remember that schools used to even teach archery during physical education, some even fencing and we know japan teaches it since they have school clubs. Even the janitors closet is a treasure trove of potential weapons mop and broom handles don't get me started on the chemicals and sprays, putty knives and scrapers are easy weapons. Your right people really need to wake up
Thank you for sharing my family's situation with your viewers Jeff, Joseph, (my brother) received a 5 DAY SUSPENSION (not expulsion but still pretty bad.) Anyways thanks for the kind words you did a great job of explaining the knife too, my whole family appreciates that you took time to make this video. Thanks - Julian Wahl (My name says Julian Volare because that is sort of the stage name for my violin covers and such)
when I was in school everyone had pocket knives or clip knives , they didn't care , not one stabbing or act of violence ever , it was a county school in a rural area pre 9/11 though , r.i.p. good ole days
every true I live at in a hick town and everyone has a knife and if a teacher sees the clip outside the jeans no biggy. lol even I had a shotgun in my truck and they were doing vehicle searches and I ran across the street to someone I knew house and took It there. a coach seen me and he said he had no choice but to sent me to the office. the principal just said that next time tell him and he'll hide it it it ever happens again good thing I went dove hunting and it was dove season😜😜
+Deez Nuts there's just things you don't do. bringing a weapon to school is one of them. it's literally the same as people getting upset for a guy getting arrested for bringing a gun to a bank. the reasons may be completely altruistic, but damnit, stupid will be punished!
Cloud White Whats also funny, I changed school sophmore year and that year, a girl died there as well. search up "Howard High school of technology fight". I live such a weird life
Re: pot in school... when I was in school it was only the guys with jean jackets with Metallica patches that smoked pot. When I was a Navy Recruiter in '99 I discovered... they ALL smoked pot. I had to pre-drug test EVERYONE to make sure they were clean. Didn't matter if it was a straight-A's female. That was in 1999! I wouldn't be surprised if they had it ON them now... Back in high school I commonly had knives, air guns, Fireworks... you name it. Gotta love the Nanny-state.
I was in school 4 years ago I carried a pocket knife every day pretty much everyone did as far as guys went anyway I don't see it as ant big deal especially a plastic one those things don't seem dangerous in the least
and the pot they smoked is and was infinitely safer than the legal drug alcohol. We need more decisions based on facts and not hypocrisy. Remember science? Test the theory and make rational decisions therefrom...
Dylan Epperson I was in school a couple of years ago, I always had a swiss army knife on me. The teachers knew about this, but noone cared because they knew who i was... They knew i would never use it for violent actions. I used it regularly during breaks to open stuff or cut food, noone really even cared. I live in the Netherlands and it's not all that bad here... Seems like Americans are very psycho about knives while guns are really everywhere... Weird isn't it?
I brought tweezers, I repeat, FOKIN TWEEZERS to remove a tiny glass shard from a girl's finger (she was my crush). Teachers freaked out on me because "it's not something you bring to school" and it got confiscated. I don't know what would happen if they knew about my edc lol
***** well, comparing a gun with a pair of tweezers is a bit weird, but if you live in a dangerous area you should have the right to carry it. people usually freaks out because they think that we aren't responsible enough because "we are too young". anyone can be responsible enough with a good education, for exampe, I have a powerful laser pointer and when somebody wants to use it I always tell him to not point it into aircrafts or people. I already had some arguments with morons who pointed it at the sky or at windows, (some of them were adults telling me that "its not dangerous, calm down"!). the best part is that nobody taught me what to do and what not to do with a laser, its just common sense
I carry one everyday to school. My middle school didnt give a fuck. I'm in highschool rn and they still don't give a shit. My school is an A school so its not like its a bad school.
I forget where I heard this, but 1/3 students regularly carried a knife in school and 70% have broken that rule at least once. I carried a knife in school regularly, I openly admit it. There was times I carried two or three. For a while in high school I would carry a boot knife on and off. I eventually just stuck with a credit card knife, because its far easier to hide than most other knives. I only ever got caught with a knife once, and I didn't even know I had it on me. I was in 4th grade and had gone on a camping trip the weekend prior and I stuck my hobo tool in my pocket, and forgot it was in there. I was talking with the teacher, and she made me empty my pockets, because she wanted to know what was in them (something she couldn't do, and caught hell for it). I pulled out the hobo tool, and shoved it back in my pocket when I realized what it was. She, loudly, asked me if that was a knife, and I said it wasn't, that its a camping tool for eating. I took it out and let her look at it, and when she opened up the blade, it was confiscated. I was taken to the principles office, and was talked to like I was going to run through the halls and start slashing peoples throats. What pissed me off the most about it, was a potentially 5 minute conversation lasted for an hour and a half.
00:30 do it 01:00 fucking do it! 01:30 CAN YOU PLEASE JUST FOLD IT?!!! 02:00 I CAN'T TAKE THIS SHIT ANYMORE FOLD THAT DAMN CARD KNIFE 04:00 DASDAGO%H$OYJ$#ROQWJFGSDGFUADS=IFV=BFGNIYRJ%=UEYKTREF=SCDVG NHYUJR&UE%YRSEXG 05:25 OMFG YES IT FEELS SO GOOOOOOOD! OMFG HAHAHA
When i was in middle school, i brought a folding knife of my dad everyday. My dad had so many knives, swords, batons and stuff that he didn't notice it went missing... I played with the knife every class, showed it to my classmates. During the lunch break i often practiced knife throwing on the soft board in the classroom. Whenever i succeeded, AKA not hitting the board with the hilt. We'd scream and applaud. Teachers never caught me, cause boys think it's cool, and girls just don't give a shit about it. Nobody reported me. Ah the good old days. Later my parents found out. My mom got freaked out, but surprisingly my dad was okay with it, and taught me how to use the knife properly without hurting myself. As it had turned out he was into knives, archery, and hunting equipments just like i do. Later the folding knife disappered. I've never seen it again. I firgured one of the boys had stolen it, never get to find out.
@@chucklesdeclown8819 It's probably not so much about where he/she went to school, but WHEN he/she went to school. Cos in case you didn't know, the world wasn't as ridiculously strict back in the day, as it is now. To put it in perspective, you could bring a water bottle on the plane. Can you do that today, without it being confiscated? Probably not. And there's your answer. The world sure has changed quite a bit since those days, sadly, I might add.
Give me all of your money!!! Oh wait let me just do this -grabs wallet- -takes out credit card- Wait this will just be one second -assembles knife a few mins later- Oka- wha?? Where is he... and where is all my money ?!
Thank you jeff. Your so calm and collected when it comes to these matters. Thank you for showing people the truth of knives as tools and defensive weapons.
I got suspended in high school once for talking to another student who was pissed off. I bumped into him as i was walking out, then he beats the shit out of me. I get suspended for apparently "fighting" him when i did nothing.
***** Watch what you do, if you do damage to someone, even in defense you could face some serious jail time. You should check your local self defense laws.
The fact that knives are banned at school is silly. If a kid wants to cut up someone he'll just sneak it in the day he actually wants to do it and its very unlikely he'll get caught until after he does it, and by then he's already got in far more trouble than "bringing a knife to school." Hell I've heard old people say how they used to be able to bring real hunting knives and firearms to school, and guess what it was perfectly safe.
Knives aren't bad. Guns aren't bad. People are bad. You can make the same argument with propane tanks or belts. It's the fucking societal view of all of these things that makes them bad. Of course society never accuses the main bad thing in the world to ban, and that is the human race. Every bad thing done with weapons is committed by people (maybe the occasional chimp), but they never tackle the source of the problem. If you have chicken pocks, do you slice off the bumps, or try to get healthy?
+harry stone Well yes I agree with you your not supposed to being weapons in school. But I have a knife that I bring to school everyday and no its not to hurt anyone but most people use it for protection like me.Cause I live in a rough neighborhood but kids that are 11 or around that age don't understand the consequences of caring a knife to a school.
Aviael Sanchez yeah its fine if you do that but in middle class white neighborhoods bringing a knife to school is a bad idea since they are only doing it to 1. look cool 2. stab smeone
A similar situation happened to me last year, I was wrongfully put in ISS for having a knife while everybody else had switchblades and 8 inch blades open on campus. My knife was in my backpack and a teacher searched it without consenting me first.
Zyllyst Actually, they do not need to have warrants, but they have to have a valid, concrete reason to search his things. So, the court thing may backfire depending on why they searched him, but even then he would be at a disadvantage regardless because they did find a knife on him.
In my stem class we use exacto knives but that's fine. Some kid in my class had a pencil and tried to step over a chair and his foot got hooked and the pencil poked him right under his collar bone and it went in a little more than the tip of the pencil, he could have easily stabbed his neck artery and got seriously hurt or died but does anybody think pencils are dangerous? No
Pmoney 1243 I also had exacto knives in school, but also I always had an extendable 8 inch box knife in my bag when I went to school. The used to make me take it out and put it with my phone/watch/etc when I put my bag through the metal detector. one day I couldn't find my box knife so I packed a small simple liner lock knife. the blade was like 2 inches and I ended up getting suspended for it when I took it out to go through the metal detectors.
I was suspended for 10 days for having a key chain Victorinox. I carried that Victorinox every day at school, but one day someone had a problem with it while I was fixing one of the overhead projectors with the tinny screwdriver, something I did 100 times. The school was too cheap to hire a repair man so they let me do it. Anyway I carried that knife for the last few months after I came back anyway.
Alpatriod yeah, I agree with you, but I'm sure most colleges won't care, as long as you're mature which pretty much we all are. I know for sure I'm going to start carrying in college.
Alpatriod I am out of collage already. They did not like the knife. I did not care and they never pressed the issue. They REALLY did not like my handgun but again, did not press the issue...maybe because I had a gun, ha.
+Light Yagami Its not that hard if theres no metal detectors. Hell, a friend of mine used to bring a big ass butcher knife to school. I would like to note that he was a gangster and somehow was never caught with it, despite the fact he had it with him all the time.
+Paul Hollowell Why would you need an axe with you? A knife can be used to cut many little things like paper. Scissors are a tool that can be used to kill. Actually scissor would be more effective than a credit card knife. But I'm pretty sure you don't get expelled from your school for bringing scissors in your pocket.
my opinion is its honestly just a knife people need to learn how to defend themself i mean if we keep babying younger genorations they wont beable to live on their own besides its a safer pocket knife to me would you rather have a thin credit card knife or a big ass pocket knife
My dad has that same nice, love it....I was suspended for a knife that was just as small (This was 1 year after columbine so to say there was a witch hunt going on would put it lightly). Already troubled and riddled with autism and PTSD from severe sexual abuse and physical assault....I had a silver, decorative Navajo blade that was no good as weapon, my bic pen? oh yeah, this or the credit card knife? c'mon! Anyway....this happens all the time, it really fucked my life up. I got sent ot Central High for troubled kids and was given heroin and crack within the first week, I was dumb, 14, surrounded by 18 and 19 year olds, thrust into a world I didn't understand and spent the next two years getting in more trouble and digging myself into a deeper hole with no supervision and no discipline and no concept of what that shit was all because of a ridiculous policy done purely for political gain. I can't imagine how many millions of kids have been fucked by these policies.
You are right. I strongly believe that knives are tools and would love to get a high quality fold knife to have in my backpack for every day use. But sadly I live in the UK where knives are the item of choice for thugs who want to threaten, wound or kill, so laws are becoming ridiculous. The best I can get away with carrying is a small box cutter with a blade not even an inch long
In Canada a man jumped the wall of are Prime Minister house made his way inside the house and was then caught before being able to murder the Prime Minister. His weapon of choice.... a plastic KFC knife. LMFAO.
This knife saved my life once. I was 15 years old and an guy ran at me with a club, then I remembered I had this knife and as he swung threw the knife at his leg and as it stabbed his leg I ran away. The guy was later arrested for attempted murder and robbery.
Guess what! A screwdriver is also a tool. Let them catch a kid walking around with a screwdriver and see if he doesn't also get suspended. You can't make any excuses to make what he did right.
I wouldn't be surprised if you were to say that archery is a sport so kids should be allowed to walk around with bow and arrows in FUCKING SCHOOLS! Schools where you shouldn't have to worry about if little jimmy has a knife and decides to go mad and kill someone in the bathroom
+RollingxBigshot well if it's a sport that's hosted or endorsed by the school I don't see the issue there. archery was a thing at my school and all the students involved carried them around, but I got the point you were making.
You guys don't understand that defending yourself shouldn't be something looked down upon, and having tools used to cut things that just so happen to be capable of cutting people shouldn't be feared.
+Oliver Amorim well, its kind of ridiculous he was suspended because he brought the knife on accident, was a really good kid, and the knife was ridiculously flimsy and dull. scissors would be a much better weapon.
I carried all throughout highschool. Everybody that needed to know...knew. Did I ever use it as a defensive weapon? No. And believe me there was a couple scraps and hostile situations. I used it as a tool and a tool only.
I respect you for that, but however not everyone can be as trustworthy as you. Unfortunately there really are some pretty messed up kids out there in the world we live in.
This is rediculous I will def be calling. I myself got suspended back in high school for 5 days when a shitty Chinese knock off swiss army knife fell out of my pocket in gym. It was seriously retarded how big of a deal they made of it.
there was a story not too long ago of a 1st grade boyscout that was arrested or taken out of school for using his spoon on his swiss army knife to eat pudding at lunch because it had a blade in it too...WTF...
Wtf that's so rediculous!! It seems like the schools are the ones that paint the picture of what a "weapon" is and isn't. Clearly that kid in particular and many others just see it as a tool. That analogy with the scissors is spot on and the same with a butcher knife, pencils, and pens. For some reason people see that and instantly think hey a tool I can use to complete a task. Then they see a spyderco clip from a delica protruding out of your pocket and automatically assume that you are about to stab someone it's just asinine.
cutlerylover I have a teacher that uses a swiss army knife at school for the screwdriver. Yet id get expelled if I use a nail file on a swiss army knife.
i brought a practice balisong to school.... and i was flipping it in every class. the worst i got was put that away. and some teachers asked if it was a knife and i said no it is a trainer.
What do I think? Well, I think the kid should just be told "You know, It's against school policy to bring "Weapons" which I realize that this you know its not open and dull but just can you not bring it to school next time?"
I agree that it's a bit silly that he got expelled for having one of the least offensive weapons short of a textbook. However schools in general usually have a zero tolerance when it comes to bringing knives and other such implements. A student would not require a leather man or a pocket knife as its not the students responsibility to maintain school facilities, hence they don't require the use of tools. (aside from metal/wood working classes and possibly apprenticeships)
+fatfuq those are high capacity tactissault Cheeki breeki that can "spray" insulting swings at people at a rapid high rate per minute Don't bring dat monster to Cali you'll get rekt by Diane Feinstein and her semi retarded advisory squad
yea i had this in my wallet and i was at school, i dropped my wallet, i got called to the office, i was sweating really bad. they handed me my wallet and i went to my math class, to close. i dont carry it anymore.
DoodleBob in fourth grade, I found a knife in a field near my house (a swiss army knife), the next day i brought it to school along with a bible and i have no idea why, but the knife stayed in the back of my desk the entire school day, it was moved untill we were leaving, not a single teacher knows
Jose Ahumada where do you live? XD
Яна Василева in Russia
FEETERKESE possibly, but his name doesn't sound very Russian XD
Яна Василева iam Russian and my name doesnt sound russian either
FEETERKESE what is it?
reach to your pocket
take your wallet
open your wallet
take the credit card knife
close the wallet
put pack the wallet in to your pocket
remove the security from the credit card knife
flip it the knife up
close the flaps
lock the flaps
so many steps.. just start to run instead
JUGG Fire just think it was funny... there is so many steps that you need to do
Zubzubzub k
Zubzubzub again, knives are tools, it isn't meant to be used on a person, it's a compact convenient knife if you need to cut stuff.
There is a flaw on step #2 the next step after that is
wallets gets stolen OMG lol
:
I was a new kid in school where another kid was almost bullying me, so I stuck a sharpened pencil in his arm, didn't get suspended.
Heh. Hehe. Hehehe. HAHhahahahahhahahahahahahhahah. MUAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA
DrSlurps Your creative!
Yeah. I wasnt sure whats the real name for it. But fountain pen is probabaly the right word.
Kid in my class was called on his phone during class by the school office. The kid asked the teacher to go to the office and she said yes, so he went to the office. He asked the office why they called him and got his phone taken away for having it on in class.
Moral of the story: Never give the school your number
Lol what a shit school.
SuperPsycho 720 principles have tried that with me, but when they saw they weren't getting it without a fist coming at them, they'll usually back down or put you in ISS which is basically in school vacation.
lol I just play the Soviet anthem if the school tries to call me
*hands over phone*
Jokes on you bitch I have 2 phones
Oh I almost forgot that phone is a remote bomb
ISS is only in middle school and below
why are you threatening to beat up your teachers in middle school hahahah
Oh wait hold on guys let me assemble my knife
Sam Games lol.
Ya that person need to get fired for telling the student to open up the nife when it was safer closed
lol
Sam Games
you missed the point
I got in-school suspension because I brought a plastic butter knife for my toast at lunch... smh
itsKeeei lol... I got suspension for a metal fork
INSANE_BANANA
itsKeeei your fault everyone knows that the most used knifes are plastic butter knifes
Lol i got 3 days suzpension for crushing a coke can so that it cracked open and the school thought i was making a weapon.
itsKeeei
Wtf America???
When I was about 14, the principal of my school asked me and a friend to carry some boxes to her office. When we got the boxes there she wanted to open one but couldn't because of the overly ambitious wrapping. She then asked if we had a knife to cut the box open with. We said we didn't have one because they were/are not allowed on school property. She said everyone should always have a knife handy for reasons like that. Even during school. Just leave it in your pocket and don't make a big fuss about it.
if only if only
Ya don't do that in school because then you will be this kid and probably have a criminal record.
Its true unforntunately we are extremely political, if only we where more political where we actaully should be.
*Brings an rpg launcher to school*
Yeah, this? Don't worry, it's just a key to my home.
Lol
It sexually identifies as one so why not?
knives are tools
hammers are tools
people are tools
screwdrivers are tools
Dangerous intention is the only issue
Smoking well a gun is a tool too though. It's also a deadly weapon.
TreZ/GFX that's my point. just keep things in check because people are um.. very good at making anything a weapon anyway
it's probably more simply put, keep the tools away from morons and psychos
man it took me forever to find this video to clarify earlier. now I look like a tool. not this kind of tool but... nevermind. I don't care about gun or knife regulation, the comment was just a joke....b...because I said PEOPLE are tools. eh? eh? comedy gold right here. but I'm a UA-cam commenter so I need to put my life story here. it all started when I was a young boy. I digress. now I look like a douche
I see many weapons at school that could be used as a weapon hell you could knock someone out with a book for god sakes
Fuck I found a screw/large bolt in my school hello shank you could unscrew a screw and easily kill someone with them the fuck people don't realize that
Southern Survival I found a random big nail in my science lab, just sitting on the floor, no reason to be there.
Now I have to carry this record like the kid in the story.
kids at my school cut people from broken scizzors with the handle wraped in duct tape. and nobody bats an eye. you bring a baby 2 inch blade amd everybody loses their minds
that's hapend to me
I remember one day in art I was flipping a pair of scissors around my fingers and I got in shit for suggestive behaviour. What the actual fuck?
I sell all the time in school😂😂 and carry knifes
that's the kind of bullshit that makes me sad
It's a transformer for adults
Yeah, schools are too paranoid. Their logic:
Empty shell = OMFG CODE RED CODE RED EVIDENCE OF .22 COLT MAGMA (I made up the name) EXPELL HER NOW!!!
You can thank the social justice warriors for that.
Sorry about the grammar errors, I'm using mobile so I have to use auto correct, I meant blame not Blake.
Maikin Chaikin Nuggets Colt Magma sounds fucking sweet.
a pen can be a weapon
Vikstar Doom the pen is mightier that the sword
verax spem I'd like you to try that theory out with me in a gladiator pit
shashwot kc give me a reply big pen, that has a lever on it so when you pull it it makes a bang an then throwes lead at you then yeah sure
Vikstar Doom I would not say that or that will be illegal in schools to
pencil too
Knives doesn't hurt people, people hurt people. very cliché. but true
Facts.
+oliverrevilo10 Very true, same with guns. But it still expands people's options if they wanted to hurt someone. Not the gun's or knife's fault, it's the person's. But it gives you a pretty ez way to kill someone.
***** Do you get what he is saying? The knife itself is not dangerous. Its how you use the knife.
+oliverrevilo10 what if you slip on your knife does that count as suicide then even though it was accidental?
Hahaha :) Then I guess its the knife's fault :)
Scissors are basically two knifes so why can we not just have 1
Nick S because scissors aren't knives, knives are way fucking sharper
crafting mac idk, ive seen dull knives and scissors that are sharp as fuck
lmao, I heard someone got suspended for bringing a plastic knife to school so he could cut his lunch why aren't scissors banned then?
Nick S I am dead
I'd bet a firm pairof scissors would cut you up way more than these flimsy 2 inch credit card knives
Here in Austria Guns are illegal to carry. It's even hard to own one. As for knives, we all had them in highschool. Literally everyone had a butterfly or even automatics. Not once, not a single damn time did anyone even come close to getting hurt.
Yea i had a knife when i was there as a transfer student and visiting my uncle, they dont really care
I'm under 15 and have 5 knives and do not intend to use them as a wepon
+Gmrads same tho
Some of my friends that are in scouts have 5 just in there camping back pack
I honestly don't know how many knives kids or youth carry these days. Although I can imagine they are pretty common among scouts and such. It's been a long time since I was that age. I rarely if ever hear of any knife related crimes. It's the same as with guns. People who collect knives or anything of the sort are rarely involved in any shootings or stabbings.
I got sent to the office for bringing a fake LIGHTSABER to school for costume day!!
no dude it was a real light saber lol
Blake Stallsmith of the matrix a real bow?
+Ethan Cadle yes a real bow
you know what is more dangerous? a hardcover textbook. those are heavy enough to cause some serious damage, and has an instant unfoldable feature to double it's striking range.
Those sharpened pencils are lethal as well. One minute you're doing trigonometry the next minute you've got a pencil in your jugular.
@Tactical Turd
A really close friend of mine actually was tripped by a guy in class and her pencil went right into her throat.
Administrator 1: "Samuel was suspended for a week"
Administrator 2: "how come?"
Administrator 1: "he beat a kid with a book about medical care"
asleepyinsomnia i got a tooth cracked by a book thrown at me at school... nothing was done about it. instead i got kicked out a bunch whenever i defended myself.
All found knifes or any sort of utility tool, in school should be judged by intent of use. Not for having it.
I got suspended in 4th grade because I had a multitool with the world's tiniest knife.
Rhett Having a Vietnam Flashback I love your channel's name and picture. Top ten.
Best. Username. Ever
Rhett Having a Vietnam Flashback I was suspended in second grade 'cus I flicked a pice tape and it got someone in the leg
Don't mock the size, size doesn't matter, it's how you use it that counts.
I would have to get my backpack, take out the multitool, open up the multitool, then basically break my thumbnail getting the knife out, and get within 2 feet of someone to pierce two inches in.
Anything is a tool, only in the wrong hands can it be used as a weapon. Hammer, cell phone, pencil, anything.
The Fireturtle rock broken glass hands tables clothes
Nine's And AK's Gaming Channel ME
The Fireturtle a UA-cam channel (cough cough keemstar cough cough)
At my school we get sent to a different high school for those days and get sent back afterwards they are really laid back at that school though.
Definitely.
Doesn't a suspension go on your record?
Mik H. if your getting suspended your not caring what goes on your record.
Agreed.
In Russia we all carrying knives in High School
Butch DeLoria In soviet russia. Knives carry you.

Knives dont kill people, its what people do with them
pinakabudlayngapangalan ngamapaminsaranko same thing for guns
The knife is not the weapon the person is by abusing it
A gun won't fire unless someone pulls the trigger. You don't blame a pencil for mistakes.
pinakabudlayngapangalan ngamapaminsaranko Just like guns or bombs so lets take them to school!
Sokol ...Actually guns have fired without someone pulling the trigger.
I got suspended for dropping my mixtape at school, it gave my friends 3rd degree burns.

Lain Daley but shouldn't school be baned because anything can happen
School make me wanna kill my self stay at school make me hurt why dont we ban school?
+glen d I had a whole 50 round box of 45 ACP. Try hiding that noise in your bookbag
+Jimmy Lousier damn. Bet that was fun.
tmw you've seen kids with actual guns and/or using school supplies as weaponry running around a school yet kids with money, broken credit cards and packaged, unopened CAP GUNS get suspended and expelled.
I. Love your. Videos.
knives are tools that can be used as weapons. Pencils and scissors are tools also that can also be used as weapons. People just need to wake up.
Your right people really need to wake up
+SlayerVH my school still does
so very true joey
I agree
Pencils and scissors have uses in school... What are you going to use a knife for?
Thank you for sharing my family's situation with your viewers Jeff,

PREPAREDMIND101 you were a navy recruiter ? you should do a video on your military background.
Kevin Levu
why should pm101 do that video?
don't you believe himn, dude??

Dylan Epperson I was in school a couple of years ago, I always had a swiss army knife on me. The teachers knew about this, but noone cared because they knew who i was... They knew i would never use it for violent actions. I used it regularly during breaks to open stuff or cut food, noone really even cared. I live in the Netherlands and it's not all that bad here... Seems like Americans are very psycho about knives while guns are really everywhere... Weird isn't it?
I got suspended for bringing in a spoon so I could eat my chocolate pudding
r.i.p
OH MY GOD HE HAS A SPOON!
I brought a metal butter knife to elementary school and it got confiscated
I already had some arguments with morons who pointed it at the sky or at windows, (some of them were adults telling me that "its not dangerous, calm down"!). the best part is that nobody taught me what to do and what not to do with a laser, its just common sense
lol its not meant for killing people... it's a survivor knife
"YEA, U WANNA GO BRO?!"
"YEA BRO!!!"
"LET'S DO THIS!"
"Wait, hold on. I just gotta put my knife together first"
oh, i dont think- im still grievin- GIVE HIM TO MEj
how can he hurt people when it takes 10 seconds to fold and lock this knife
juraj anđal He could secretly do though. It's really not that hard.
Someone had an in-school suspension for having a trainer balisong (with a comb instead of a blade or a practice blade.)
That happened to me but i had a full suspension
I had one with a pen and was playing with it at recess and got it taken away at school.
+.RAR File lol I sold those at my school for $20 each
I carry one everyday to school. My middle school didnt give a fuck. I'm in highschool rn and they still don't give a shit. My school is an A school so its not like its a bad school.
I Spend Money On Drugs I guess my school is just very strict :|
One time a brought a switchblade comb, then i got suspended and had to talk to the police lol
00:30 do it
01:00 fucking do it!
01:30 CAN YOU PLEASE JUST FOLD IT?!!!
02:00 I CAN'T TAKE THIS SHIT ANYMORE FOLD THAT DAMN CARD KNIFE

***** i know right? so much torture.
+João Sampaio it was I had to o pull out mine just to satisfy myself
+AK Milli it is true for me too
When i was in middle school, i brought a folding knife of my dad everyday.
I firgured one of the boys had stolen it, never get to find out.
wow, where did you go to school?
@@chucklesdeclown8819 It's probably not so much about where he/she went to school, but WHEN he/she went to school. Cos in case you didn't know, the world wasn't as ridiculously strict back in the day, as it is now. To put it in perspective, you could bring a water bottle on the plane. Can you do that today, without it being confiscated? Probably not. And there's your answer. The world sure has changed quite a bit since those days, sadly, I might add.
Give me all of your money!!!
Oh wait let me just do this
-grabs wallet-
-takes out credit card-
Wait this will just be one second
-assembles knife a few mins later-
Oka- wha?? Where is he... and where is all my money ?!
Thank you jeff. Your so calm and collected when it comes to these matters. Thank you for showing people the truth of knives as tools and defensive weapons.
The knife isn't Dangerous at all. The person holding the knife is the danger.
Delerio lmfao hahahaha
Oructuro How is that funny?
Delerio Because its true
BlueFlamingoTiger its kind of funny -.-
Yes, but the knife only makes it a lot easier for the person to hurt someone.
I got suspended in high school once for talking to another student who was pissed off. I bumped into him as i was walking out, then he beats the shit out of me. I get suspended for apparently "fighting" him when i did nothing.
Wow that's harsh
i imagine you tried to become a titan. stop watching anime which is why u got your ass kicked and couldnt defend yourself
i imagine you tried to become a titan. stop watching anime which is why u got your ass kicked and couldnt defend yourself
Omg I love this guy his explanation of the world scared of everything and knifes as defensive and tool is exactly what I think THANK YOU
Don't bring any kind of blade to school. Kid made a mistake. The expulsion is debatable.
imo: it's too extreme here.
yeah I agree, I think in most cases its justified but in this case things are a little different, opinions can go either way
***** Watch what you do, if you do damage to someone, even in defense you could face some serious jail time. You should check your local self defense laws.
I carried a knife (or two) throughout high school. Not openly, but I carried them in my bag.
The fact that knives are banned at school is silly. If a kid wants to cut up someone he'll just sneak it in the day he actually wants to do it and its very unlikely he'll get caught until after he does it, and by then he's already got in far more trouble than "bringing a knife to school." Hell I've heard old people say how they used to be able to bring real hunting knives and firearms to school, and guess what it was perfectly safe.
i was in hs a few years ago and everyone had knifes on them, no one got expelled. we used them in shop classes ect.
Pox*
Alex Johnson cool, You're the guy who does infinity lists.
Refisher they could use guns, or use they're hands, we should cut off all of our hands and the world will be peaceful
THE-BIG-JP- REILS But with there hands they have a higher chance of living.
well, you're not really supposed to bring weapons in a school...
It's not a weapon... It CAN be, but a knife is just a tool.
ThatGuyChoro | TF2 and more! yeah, when its a swiss army knife multitool kinda thing, but thats just a knife
Aviael Sanchez yeah its fine if you do that but in middle class white neighborhoods bringing a knife to school is a bad idea since they are only doing it to 1. look cool 2. stab smeone
harry stone yess very true.In a middle class neighborhood you shouldnt expect anything to happen to you at all

A similar situation happened to me last year, I was wrongfully put in ISS for having a knife while everybody else had switchblades and 8 inch blades open on campus. My knife was in my backpack and a teacher searched it without consenting me first.
Legally they are not allowed to do that without your consent so maybe you could take this to court.
Thx for the support. I might use court next time
Zyllyst Actually, they do not need to have warrants, but they have to have a valid, concrete reason to search his things. So, the court thing may backfire depending on why they searched him, but even then he would be at a disadvantage regardless because they did find a knife on him.
I was sitting there waiting for 6 minutes for him to open the knife
i mean who would bring a knife as a tool to school? It makes no sense. Regardless of it not being used for that, it can be, so it poses a threat.
Actually in schools there is a knife: a Butter Knife...
nope

In my stem class we use exacto knives but that's fine. Some kid in my class had a pencil and tried to step over a chair and his foot got hooked and the pencil poked him right under his collar bone and it went in a little more than the tip of the pencil, he could have easily stabbed his neck artery and got seriously hurt or died but does anybody think pencils are dangerous? No
Pmoney 1243 they are all think but you need it in school
Pmoney 1243 I also had exacto knives in school, but also I always had an extendable 8 inch box knife in my bag when I went to school. The used to make me take it out and put it with my phone/watch/etc when I put my bag through the metal detector.
one day I couldn't find my box knife so I packed a small simple liner lock knife. the blade was like 2 inches and I ended up getting suspended for it when I took it out to go through the metal detectors.
except we need pencils
I was suspended for 10 days for having a key chain Victorinox. I carried that Victorinox every day at school, but one day someone had a problem with it while I was fixing one of the overhead projectors with the tinny screwdriver, something I did 100 times. The school was too cheap to hire a repair man so they let me do it. Anyway I carried that knife for the last few months after I came back anyway.
ha, thug life!
I hope colleges will let me carry a knife :)
I carry a cared sharp anyways who cares about fucking rules that are domb
Alpatriod yeah, I agree with you,
but I'm sure most colleges won't care, as long as you're mature which pretty much we all are. I know for sure I'm going to start carrying in college.
Alpatriod I am out of collage already. They did not like the knife. I did not care and they never pressed the issue. They REALLY did not like my handgun but again, did not press the issue...maybe because I had a gun, ha.
I love knives, I am a knife person, and I just want to say. THANK YOU FOR EXPLAINING THAT KNIVES ARE TOOLS!!! NOT WEAPONS!
"And it sucks as a weapon"
Hmm sounds like you're speaking from experience.
A axe is a tool too, but pretty sure you're not allowed to have those at school also. It's a liability, someone else could get hurt with the tool.
They haven't been opened plus how in the hell do you get a axe into school
Light Yagami you're missing the point.... You don't take them to school.
Edward Elric you missed my point. A knife and axe are both tools but you don't take them to school. I'm using an axe as a example.
I got suspended because i used a sharpener for my pencil
i was in trouble for using a pencil
dammit +Zombication just because you can use a sword to sharpen a pencil doesnt mean its a pencil sharper...
I get in trouble for writing in a pencil, because it's a "pen only" environment
I got lunch detention for sleeping during breakfast
I got in trouble for mentioning a trip to the shooting range at school.
thats bullshit i totally agree with you. Im def gonna do my part to send some feedback to this hellish hole of a school
My pencil sharpener broke and the blade fell out and I got suspended for having a weapon
my opinion is its honestly just a knife people need to learn how to defend themself i mean if we keep babying younger genorations they wont beable to live on their own besides its a safer pocket knife to me would you rather have a thin credit card knife or a big ass pocket knife
bad parenting and a shitty ass school there is a diffrence between a tool and knife
thicc
MariaCraft *themselves * and where are your commas and periods?
Probably a lot of good kids too...
LMFAO.
Lol
Lol he's an idiot I'm guessing he just had lunch
thanks for this 2 years later UA-cam
3 years later*
4 years later*
I know how you feel...
"nobody uses a plastic knife to kill someone"
Well no fucking shit, it's gonna fucking break.
+Alex “toast” Rascon thank you and I'm surprised that I'm not getting a ton of crap for my opinions
RollingxBigshot eh, it's an older video I guess.
Why wouldn't he be suspended? He brought a knife to school. Common sense would tell you that you shouldn't bring a knife to fucking school.
You guys don't understand that defending yourself shouldn't be something looked down upon, and having tools used to cut things that just so happen to be capable of cutting people shouldn't be feared.
FlashDemonic It should in schools.
+Oliver Amorim well, its kind of ridiculous he was suspended because he brought the knife on accident, was a really good kid, and the knife was ridiculously flimsy and dull. scissors would be a much better weapon.
I bring I pencil to school but I can do a trick where the pencil disappears guess where it goes into stupid people eye sockets :-)
Nick Tayler How old are you exactly?
Recently got expelled for having pocket knife on me after I forgot to take it out of my pocket. I'm a senior btw.
5:50 "they're not gonna just let you assemble your knife in front of them, I mean come on people" made me laugh so hard
I carried all throughout highschool. Everybody that needed to know...knew.
Did I ever use it as a defensive weapon? No. And believe me there was a couple scraps and hostile situations.
I used it as a tool and a tool only.
Honestly high school and adolescent boys just mean fights so i guess there is a base behind the expulsion HOWEVER extreme that is
I respect you for that, but however not everyone can be as trustworthy as you. Unfortunately there really are some pretty messed up kids out there in the world we live in.
I think even if he was a bully he shouldn't get a record what's that gonna help just ruin his life. Fucked up world we are living.
Agreed.
Yup.
+Miikka Nyberg It's pretty fucked up that they're so harsh, but schools are just paranoid that you were going to stab some kids
What if he stabbed a person with it tho.
+Kali Dreamz (Soda) that's a big what if
This is rediculous I will def be calling.
Then they see a spyderco clip from a delica protruding out of your pocket and automatically assume that you are about to stab someone it's just asinine.
cutlerylover it's especially bullshit due to the fact its a mess kit
knife fork and spoon, how else will the kid cut his pancakes
cutlerylover Wow.
cutlerylover I have a teacher that uses a swiss army knife at school for the screwdriver. Yet id get expelled if I use a nail file on a swiss army knife.
I was accused of having a knife at school and they searched my backpack and found nothing yet they still suspended me for 2 weeks
Jeez they did that to the FBI?
@@refrigeratorNO
Lol I forgot about this comment
When I was really young I accidentally brought my grandads pearl handled case knife to school. I was so nervous that I threw it away. Thanks society
did you ever get it back?
i brought a practice balisong to school.... and i was flipping it in every class. the worst i got was put that away. and some teachers asked if it was a knife and i said no it is a trainer.
yeah EXACT same thing happened to me
I had a lego balisong and my teacher took it for being dangerous
What do I think? Well, I think the kid should just be told "You know, It's against school policy to bring "Weapons" which I realize that this you know its not open and dull but just can you not bring it to school next time?"
hell yeah
fack
Brute just say it's not a weapon it's a tool
Brute honestly.
Actually my classroom has a full set of kitchen knives beside the sink
I agree that it's a bit silly that he got expelled for having one of the least offensive weapons short of a textbook. However schools in general usually have a zero tolerance when it comes to bringing knives and other such implements. A student would not require a leather man or a pocket knife as its not the students responsibility to maintain school facilities, hence they don't require the use of tools. (aside from metal/wood working classes and possibly apprenticeships)
Really? Wich zero tolerance do they have? Nah! The 0200 Combat!! Now that is awesome...
You said he was expelled, but you put suspended in the title. ; )
if your watching on pc, then you would have seen the text on-screen saying he meant suspended
He also pinned a comment correcting that.
I was going to comment that to
Excuse me, that's actually an assault knife
Ban all assault knives
+fatfuq those are high capacity tactissault Cheeki breeki that can "spray" insulting swings at people at a rapid high rate per minute
Don't bring dat monster to Cali you'll get rekt by Diane Feinstein and her semi retarded advisory squad
Sooo, a finger poking an eye out, can already be considered an injury inducing weapon for that school? LMAO!!!
yea i had this in my wallet and i was at school, i dropped my wallet, i got called to the office, i was sweating really bad.
they handed me my wallet and i went to my math class, to close. i dont carry it anymore.
DoodleBob in fourth grade, I found a knife in a field near my house (a swiss army knife), the next day i brought it to school along with a bible and i have no idea why, but the knife stayed in the back of my desk the entire school day, it was moved untill we were leaving, not a single teacher knows
