    Nice one Joe. Definitely doing this one again! 💪🏽
    With the up down plank, I find up (2 secs) down (2 secs), focuses the abs more rather than where I usually feel them on the arms and shoulders.

    Do I need a gym membership if I get your app and follow your workout at home?
    Perimenopause woman within desired body weight. I just want to be fit and lean, no ultra ambitions.

      Gym not necessary but you will eventually need weights or kettlebells the further you progress on the plan x

    What’s the correct technique for a plank? You keep your back rounded, most others do not. All of you claim to be correct so I’m confused.
