The comments here have been rough and whiny since S7. These viewers hated the show (last few seasons) so much, that they’re still here-whining and want you guys to hate it as well.
Who does that? There was a time I loved Prison Break or Stranger Things. But once I didn’t enjoy it anymore, I just stopped watching. Why would anyone try to be a bummer, or force their opinions to others? It’s been 4 years. Why are they still in every reaction video posting negative comments? Why not just move on? Just wondering.

The theory is when Dany burned the body of her first husband Drogo, he re-incarnated into the Drogon the biggest dragon and that is why he is bigger and more independent than the other dragons. So the drogon looking Jon as he kisses Dany is confirming this theory to be true and was angry seeing another man kissing his wife because Drogon wasn’t there for the relationship with the other guy. R R Martin said nothing is done by accident in these stories, like the dragon who is now with the Night King is the Dragon named after her brother who betrayed her.

@@jsnow5754did you live under a rock when a million petitions were signed to redo season 8 of the show? Also Dumb and Dumber AKA the writers lost their upcoming projects because even the actors for the show thought the writing was terrible. It’s an amazing show for 6 seasons then it’s garbage. I think D&D was kinda clueless about his character. He sat like a tree the whole time doing nothing. When he said, "why did you think I came all this way?" I was like tf!! That was his motive!? For the scene in which Qyburn is giving Bron his mission on behalf of the queen, there's a good reason she's not there to offer it herself. The actors who played Cersi and Bron dated IRL, and the breakup was so bad that their contracts stipulated that they'd never be in the same room.

Sansa’s question to Jon about Dany is valid, because Dany had already pledged she was going to fight with the North and Jon gave up his crown afterwards when he didn’t have to. So it wasn’t just he bent the knee because it was the only way to save the North, that’s actually an excuse. He bent the knee because he chose to do it, once again making a decision without consulting Sansa or anyone else in their family. They all spent all that time trying to get their home back, trying to get their independence, Sansa is understandably miffed that Jon gave it all up so quickly, especially when it really didn’t have to happen.

well wehre would all these magic wagons of food come from? In realirty medieval armies were not very big becuase they were very hard to supply. A medievel economy has susbistence levels of farming. There isn't tons of free food going around to supply large armies. It also takes an enormous effort to supply that food (in those wagons - whose mules/horeses/oxen also have to be fed). And we're in Autumn/Winter as well. So guess what, not quite as easy as one might think to supply armies with food.

They had to consolidate or cut a lot of storylines already like Jayne Poole & Sansa or Lady Stoneheart. All of those layers Martin is known for they would never have been able to do justice with just making up their own random convoluted side stories. So they focused on the main story. @@theredeemer1644 Since season 6 the whole pace changed. Since they reached the end of the book material they started mashing different side plots in one and started to focus more on "subverting expectations" formula than making the writing make sence and feel more "real". The reason why all the character arcs made sense by season 6 is the slow development. Danny's Arc will be same in the books. But it will make more sense why that happened and will feel more organic because it will be well paced. Bran's also. And I'm not the kind of fan that compares the books to the show fanaticly. I LOVED the show. Still do. I just feel like if D&D were not so posessive and gave the show to other showrunners we would still have GoT seasons airing. Instead they decided to smush and wrap up 7 years of buildup, side plots and character development in few hours. So yes it is very rushed and that is why the good momentswe all have been waiting for 7+ years feel underwhelming and unorganic most of season 8. I won't get deep here because of spoilers for them (I know they have mods but still)

@@lexieraven6239 Agree, they rushed it because they wanted to move on to Star Wars. The irony of that is they lost the Star Wars project after how disappointing the last season of Thrones was. Comparing the writing of the show when they had Martin's books to the writintg they produced themselves after they ran out of source material there is a clear decline in quality. It gives the appearance, whether true ot not, that they only produced good writing because they had Martin's books to go off of. It makes them look incompetent as writers. HBO offered them more money and more seasons. They definitely had the resources to give us a better conclusion. If they were ready to move on they should've just handed the show over to someone else as HBO was more than willing to continue it.

We cheered her on for killing the khals and the slave masters bc they were either arrogant misogynists (khals) or evil men (the masters) but the acts were always horrific and she went about them in ways that her advisors disagreed with. Just her facial expressions alone are worth a ton of dialog. And it's so crazy that irl she dated the actor who played Bronn, which didn't end well so it was written in her contract to not be in the same scene together. Too funny that Bronn went off to have a drink with Pod for that scene in the dragon pit.

I feel for Sansa the most. She had constant, daily torment & fear in kings landing. She discovered that her betrothed is a monster and she suffered his cruelty and threat to her person on a daily basis. She suffered Cersei's torment on a daily basis. She was under constant threat of her life.
She then finally gets whisked away to safety, to family. Only to find her aunt is jealous of her and tries to kill her in a terrifying manner. Then she gets sent home, only to have to live with the very man who betrayed and killed her mother and brother. Then she has to marry his son, who turns out to be more cruel and sadistic than Joffrey. She suffers at his hand, raped and physically hurt on a daily basis.
All the Stark children suffered. But I have the most sympathy for her. Her fate was the worst. And she bore it all with no magical help. No wonder she's incredibly distrustful and all she wants is safety. For herself, her family and the North. She wants them as far away from the Westerosi kingdom as possible. In Winterfell, she can feel safe. So yeah, she's pissed Jon gave up his crown and their independence.

Dany apparently has no idea that Jon and Sam are friends. From the way she greeted Sam in that previous scene, it looks like she only knows of Sam through Jorah. If Dany concealed her actions from Jon out of shame, that’s contradicted by the fact she told Sam the truth. (Nor is it consistent with various other actions she’s taken.) If Dany just didn’t give a thorough account of her actions on the field to Jon, and the Tarlys should have been included as significant casualties, that failing is shared by a whole bunch of people who could have told Jon, and isn’t any sort of personal insult."_

it makes no sense for Sam to be so emotional about it in the first place, his father quite literally was the worst person, we were shown and told so over the course of the show. And didn't seem like any of his family, including his brother or mother, ever really truly stood up for him either. Him mourning the loss of his brother and father so deeply, and further holding it against Dany, is extremely stupid writing.

Nah its the writing that informs the character's actions, emotions, and everything else in the story. It was out of character for Sam to act that way, given everything we know about his family. And that's exactly why I blame the writing and not the character. We've never seen Sam show any kind of great love for his father or brother, before this episode decided to make it an issue. It feels like the writers just wanted to throw something into the show to help build contrived tension against Dany.
