Probably. I read a book where a cogitator simply did its job and processed data. Tyranids speak to it and show it endless data related to hunger and it eventually realizes it is indeed hungry, though it not longer knows or understands what that means or feels like. It rebels and blows up a manufactorum
There was a mass servitor rebellion one time aboard a ark mechanicum ship named the Speranza, literally at once servitors all aboard the ship from the ones piloting & processing data to the ones performing simple maintenance tasks unplugged themselves from their respective machines or simple stopped moving and refused to take commands. Nearly brought the entire ark crashing down to a planet it was orbiting as there weren't nearly enough tech priests aboard to take over controlling the ship.
There's one moment early on you can find after talking to galeo for the first time, you can approach two marines in the armory while they are discussing favored bolter patterns, the one ultramarine preferring the 'macragge pattern' bolter over the cawl pattern bolt rifle, stating that the reputation of an older weapon must not be overlooked. The NPC in safe zone should at least have some routine but is it a game engine thing or something? The Guard flooded out in every war machine and vehicle that could still fight as the planet died around them to kill as many Heretics and Daemons as they could. When the Space Wolves, who had reinforced Cadia, brought some of the survivors to the Battle Barge, many of their Brothers started gesturing at the Guardsmen. There are two things we haven't seen in Space Marine 2 yet: Magnus the Red & Roboute Guilliman. Both were supposed to make an appearance towards the end of the finale, but if they weren't characters or models, they were supposed to have some kind of speech or line that the two Primarchs often said. If Guilliman was to make an appearance, it would likely be as a hologram in the base. If Magnus the Red was to make an appearance, it would likely just be as his red arm coming out of the Warp rift that was closing at the end. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see that, but it would have been awesome to see these two legends make a small appearance in the game.
Thank you. Most streamers just run past these interactions since they don't really love the setting. My pc can't run this yet but if I had the game I'd spend so much time just looking around and listening like this.
Something I found really interesting about this game. Aside from the occasional grimdark execution or servitor disrespect, not many of the humans or astartes treat each other unkindly throughout the campaign, despite all the hateful zealous rhetoric they're taught. Links really nicely into the narrative of Titus' faith in brotherhood being restored.
"Living for oneself is but a dim, wavering candle, its flicker lost amidst the roaring tempest. It is a self-constructed prison of fleeting pleasures and hollow ambitions, where shadows are mistaken for substance. One’s existence becomes a mere whisper on the winds of time, forgotten and formless. But to die for the Emperor, to lay down one’s life for the Imperium, is to forge an unbreakable chain of sacrifice and devotion. It is the quintessence of honor, the pinnacle of duty. Such a death is not an end but a transformation, a metamorphosis into something timeless and divine. In the grand symphony of the galaxy, the Martyr's final cry resounds as a triumphal crescendo, echoing through the ages. It is a radiant sunrise breaking through the impenetrable night, a testament to the eternal truth: in the service of the Emperor, the soul finds its ultimate purpose. Thus, to die for the Emperor is to transcend mortality, to become an enduring monument to devotion, a star etched into the cosmos, guiding humanity to its eternal destiny."

When is time for Space Marine: 3, I hope it ends with a Bittersweet Ending, and it could look something like this: After a millennium the Inter-dimensional Rift is final sealed, and with it all the 20 Chapters of the Imperium and Humanoid Aliens like the Tau, are finally reunited. With HOPE finally in sight. It would end with the Imperium and it’s allies gearing up, against the Tyranids finally ready to reclaim everything they lost, because for the first time they’re see the Light at the end of the tunnel. That’s how I believe 40k should end. 😇

Slice of life is 50% of the reason to buy this games. Also could use a bit more polish for this sequences.
2:00 Palpatine's influence is far beyond a 'galaxy far, far away' 😮
the first bastion of humanity?.... the Guard would say something about that!!
Looks like Infinite Warfare campaign after you return to the carrier
Spruce Marinades.
When is time for Space Marine: 3, I hope it ends with a Bittersweet Ending, and it could look something like this:
After a millennium the Inter-dimensional Rift is final sealed, and with it all the 20 Chapters of the Imperium and Humanoid Aliens like the Tau, are finally reunited. With HOPE finally in sight. It would end with the Imperium and it’s allies gearing up, against the Tyranids finally ready to reclaim everything they lost, because for the first time they’re see the Light at the end of the tunnel.
That’s how I believe 40k should end. 😇
It’s not in here but my favorite one is the magos complaining that someone gave him recaf & it bothered his organic bits
I absolutely love how they even give astartes pilots place in the spotlight 6:12
My only gripe is that they don't have the signature red pauldron all astartes vehicle crews should have.
Wh40k-real life
Realyti-do you believe in fate Neo
This is just Tuesday for the people of the Imperium.
