@@rimvydaszinkus5685 And I was a mere seventeen when I first saw him playing it live in September 1970 at the music hall in Aberdeen. That was some experience and I wanted to go and see Tull live at the Isle of Wight in July, but my folks wouldn’t let me go, but luckily I did get to see them a couple of months later. Happy days!
"my God" that was great PFM did a similar cover my nickname at school was Tully after JTull. I'm now 65 and just want to say thank you for this Bravo 🙏 happy Christmas in 2023 great cover glad to find it respect from Suffolk, England . XX
How I missed this video I don't know but it's found now and I say Bravo to you well done. I am a Tully for over 50 years. Glad to see another generation who recognizes the genius.👍
Best cover of any Tull song by a band? Probably. Great work, Naama you are a superb flute player! There's nothing to distinguish your playing and that of Ian, just brilliant.
Great job on that flute!!! That's pretty much SPOT-ON. I didn't think that could be done by anybody else but Ian Anderson. That takes some real talent to pull that off, I mean, that is the legendary sound of the greatest flute player of our time, Ian Anderson.
What a fantastic job covering one of the greatest Tull classics. Glad I got a chance to see this even though its been around for 6 yrs. I am sure Ian would be impressed. Great job by the entire band and especially the floutist
Flautist is quite good at capturing much of Ian's tone and primary riffs only missing the occasional and more subtle flourishes. Best cover of this song I've ever seen. Hope to hear more from them!
Really nice rendition - well done! I've been a Tull fan since this song was fresh and new. In fact, Aqualung was the first album I ever bought with my own money. I was very curious what you would do late in the flute solo when it gets to what I always called the "monks chanting part", and I absolutely love what you did there. A s others have noted, its great to see young people still appreciating prog greats from such an amazing era in modern music and keeping it alive, and Jethro Tull is one of the best examples of the creativity of that era (and far beyond, actually).
Wow, just wonderful...really great. I have every album and saw them in concert like a dozen times...don't remember ever having a Tull cover before, though...maybe cause I would have ignored it but this stopped me in my tracks. Way to go, all of you. You have done honor to Anderson and Tull. Thanks. Cheers.
Jethro Tull has been one of my favorite groups since they started and this is a great rendition of, in my opinion, their greatest song. Nice job indeed.
Nice version, I like that they did their own thing with it in the middle. The flautist is a lot more accomplished than Ian himself which I also liked. It would be great to hear something like this completely reimagined.
Excellent flute 👍❤️ best 👌 version...
Man after 50 years it gives me joy in my heart to see these kids doing this wonderful music! Cheers!
Excellent and the woman on the flute kudos kudos kudos
Excellent Ian flute transcription.....
Fantastic, the best JT cover I ever listened to!!
Great to see a young band taking on such a complex Tull song and, I might add, doing it the justice it deserves. Well done y’all.
Ian was 23 when played it.

Wow, it takes a lot of courage to attempt to cover Tull, and to have managed it this well is no small feat. Congrats!
Apparently, like this 2 years ago, and then again 1 year ago, and I'm still liking it. Awesome.

I agree, excellent
I think it is more the feeling people put into their covers ... and this is good ... that flute solo is absolutely passionate.
Fantastic. Very good. Playing Jethro Tull puts you in the genius category. Congratulations.
Beautifully done. Tull is not easy to cover. Esp that song.
Flautist is quite good at capturing much of Ian's tone and primary riffs only missing the occasional and more subtle flourishes. Best cover of this song I've ever seen. Hope to hear more from them!

The flutist really is good at Ian’s method of turning this classic instrument into another experience

I was skeptical but you FAR exceeded my expectations! Truly a work of art! Great job!
I was expecting her to throw in those " yeahs" in the middle of her flute playing

This is awesome! Please post more songs. This song and I Talk to the Wind are beautifully done!
Tull isn't easy to cover, specially this stuff at their peak. Great cover. Love the flute playing. Congrats!
Excellent cover of a classic Tull song
That's just amazing that a group of people could get together and do this. A " band " can be a tough thing to do man , I know.
Wow what a talented group. Loved it all, well done!
Blown away! Tremendous skill on display here
You didn’t just do this song justice, you hit it out of the park! 😮🤩🤯
Very nicely done, doing any Ian Anderson song justice is not easy.
Absolutely ace ,good to see that musicianship is not dead. A credit to Tull.
Wonderful. Had its own style but still a great homage to the original. And the flute part was superb.

Great job kids...follow your instincts...God Bless
Душевно рубанули, шерсть дыбом! ❤❤❤❤
I saw tull live- you guys are very impressive.
A beautiful woman that plays so well deserves better lighting and camerawork
And a denim jacket, or some other attire suitable for a rock flautist.
And a bra! :-) :-) :-)
Hello Prudeseville 2021!
Is she Ian Anderson's daughter? I know she learned flute...
@@indyjones1135 Bras are evil. Bless her for not wearing one.
