My Dad is from Warwick. I was born in West Warwick. Federal Hill was one of the safest neighborhoods in the country. The people that lived there wanted a quiet,pleasant place to live. They didn't tolerate clowns causing problems.

Not really I've been living around federal hills for 15 years now and it still 100% Italian population even though there are a few Spanish business but they don't live there
