    During this time i was lucky enough to be a regular at the Acorn Social Club
    on Acorn & Spruce St. Casa Christine was right down the street

    Beautiful! I remember as a boy being taken to a wonderful little restaurant in Boston's North End called Felicia's. Wonderful food and music from an excellent violinist.

    Providence was a better place back then . Buddy moved a river that back then wasn't even thought off ,federal hill was a spot ,classy,awesome food ,classy

    Acorn Tap was a place we all used to hang out there and play cards. I remember the old man tending bar with his
    German Shepard dog, Right after Richard was shot and killed there in 1997 things changed...a lot of memories there
    That bar was owned by Bobo Marrapese

    The honorable mayor Cianci did some much for Providence He was the perfect representative while the Paolino's organized the whole revitalization It's a beautiful city now

    I had taps at stores bars and always paid them honor your name ..it was so much better back in day

      Nope. He gave up the rug after his second stint in federal prison.
