Please be careful when giving health advice on the internet when you are not a professional. Anecdotal evidence like ‘it worked for me or John down the road’ is not a qualifier.

Well now that i come across your chanel ill get apple vinegar and mint tea, and will check for products i eat that have high glycemic index . I hope this would help to move the progress from dead point

Apple cider vinegar can be terrible for your tooth enamel. It's better if you dilute it... and it also helps minimize the burn.
