    I’m so weak wow, my core could hardly keep up! Everything you did in the video is what I was working on with my PT a couple years ago. I plan to do this video consistently so I can gain a strong core. I’m tired of my back pain! Thank you!

    Love this, but sometimes I'm confused when to breathe in versus out. Also, am I supposed to keep my stomach sucked in even when breathing in? Or to let it fill like a balloon?

    mira is it okay if i cant do some of this exercise even after trying? like im trying my best but i reach a certain limit and then i crash

    As a student i have always little time during the day, but this session really helped me. I really do workout frequently but not evertyday, so im not a really absolute beginner (i did this cause i didn’t workout during the last two weeks), but i felt every single muscle, i enjoyed so much and i was sad it was finishing 🥲🥲
