    This stretchs feels really good, and its a combination with pilates thats often missing.

    Thanks Miria this was a fantastic stretch I love how you stretch the whole body really loosen muscles areas up I will do this regularly especially after strong strength training days at the gym like today really felt tight but your technique and style help me feel great have a wonderful evening see you next work out keep up the great work see you

    Hi Mira! This is my second video with you and I really like it. I’ve been doing yoga for years but it was getting stagnant, so I really like how I feel after the Pilates. I also like the upper camera angle to make sure I am doing the poses correctly.

    That was an amazing stretch however the breathing is still confusing esp while trying to listen and focus. How do you keep the core engage right through. This is my very time doing pilates

      The best way to find my leg classes is to search for standing classes. The standing classes are generally a bit of a step up, depending on your fitness level they maybe challenging. From a quick search there are 8 classes on my YT.
