I can so relate to your story where you shared how much you vaped and how concerned you were about the harm you could have been doing to your body; I have the same concern. Also, I could relate to your share about making sure you had your vape with you all the time throughout the day and making sure not to leave it behind when you leave the house. Wow, you were telling my story! I vape and I am three days into the program. Today was a strong vaping day for me and hearing you say stay focussed on achievements instead of setbacks reminds me that I am still here, doing my smoking notebook and doing the exercises is progress towards my freedom from vaping. I truly want to be a happy non-smoker! Thanks for your advice and encouragement and a Super Congratulations to you!!!
Great interview. This has helped me so much. Today is the 6th day of no smoking. I keep telling myself I’m a non smoker. Everyday I watch another video. Love your guest today she hit on so many points. ❤

Thank you so much Katia! I feel like we are so much alike. I have done the same thing going from cigarettes to vaping. I am so happy my clothes and car no longer stink like cigarettes but now I am vaping all of the time. And you can't register how much you are taking in because sometimes it is just one puff, and other times it is 5 or 10. I love your cross stitching idea. I just took a rug hooking course.
I feel the same way. I hope we all kick this disgusting habit
