- Deanne was addicted to smoking. "I had a lot of stress and anxiety in my life and I needed the cigarettes to keep me going." In this Xpedition Glory testimony, Deanne says that God did something special when she decided to quit. What happened?
I smoked for 30 years & 2 years ago I gave my life too Jesus Christ & I continued to condemn myself for 18 months but God answered my prayers one morning 2 months ago & I smoked my last cigarette. I've had cravings from time to time but God is faithful to get me through it . I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. God bless.

@Jack T oh yeah the devil is mad I quit & sometimes it comes so hard I just go into prayer in my mind or aloud and call out for strength; God always provides a way out but I must stay in God's word and prayer or else i won't be strong enough. That goes for lust as well which was also a big one for me but God has taught me not to get lazy in this walk or I may stumble every now and then as I did when I first repented 2 1/2 years ago
Praise the lord. When we think everything is impossible. We are struggling, in the name of Jesus. Everything is possible.

The Lord Jesus loves you all very much and He is with you on your journey. He has never left you nor forsaken you.
I knew in my heart of hearts that I wanted to give up smoking, but it was a battlefield in my mind telling me just one more! It will ok.
The night I repented I remember really wholeheartedly calling out to God and saying "I so need your help." Please help me Lord. I surrendered it all over to Him as I knew I couldn't do it on my own. He is my strength.
I pray for you wherever you are on your own journey, that God will step in and take all of your cravings away that he will show you your own way of overcoming this addition. He knows your heart and I know that He will bring healing to you when you are ready. It's aligning our heart with his heart and not allowing our mind to get in the way of our heart. Keep on trusting Him. Keep on asking Him, keep on reaching out to Him, because He is reaching into you.
Proverbs 3:5,6 & 7.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishments to your bones.
I am still free from smoking. It has been 9 years. God is good.

Amen, I am trying desperately to stop smoking but it seems the harder I try the less I succeed please pray for me that I may be able to stop this very bad and unhealthy habit very encouraging testimonies thank you 🙏 ❤

I've been able to quit for 11 days with no issues but experienced a devastating event and couldn't cope.
I pray that God will deliver me again that I may totally live for Him in the name of Jesus!
UPDATE: I gave my addiction to Jesus every morning and prayed for strength. It's been almost a month since I smoked, and I don't miss them at all.
I just draw closer to my King every day.

Amen!I had a 5 pack a day habit. God helped me quit cold turkey. My arm got stung up & we had a revival that night. Those combined to help me quit for near 30 yrs now! Praise God!

running like 5-8 km(DAILY )or atleast 2 or 3 times for swimming in week

YOU MUST COMPLETELY AVOID THE SUGAR .U WIL RECOVERY FAST

Praise god. I’m struggling with smoking cigarettes and I want to quit but for the life of me it feels like I can’t but I’m going to repent and talk to god tonight. Although I’ve been praying for god to help me. I have to keep trying because our bodies is our temple and I’m abusing it by doing this. May god bless you all in the comments. Hearing her testimony helps me understand how to communicate with god. I hope I receive the same encounter or my own experience with god. I want to change. I really do.

Hi did you quite smoking? It really is a struggle. I quite over a month ago with gods help I couldn’t of done it otherwise praise Jesus 🙏
I've repented of all my sins gave my life to the Lord but I can not give up smoking I've been smoking for 20 plus years I've cut down to one cigarette a day but I still fill conviction from smoking please pray for me 🙏🙏

II’ve been clean since July 7 and I just picked back up 4 months later the cigarettes one day when I got angry I open the door a foot hall to the enemy and he came in and now I’m trying to stop again I can feel the spirit of addiction and I must be delivered again that’s how I stopped the first time with the vibe Bible verses and deliverance and cold turkey and to God be the glory he’s the one that really did it. I had been smoking for over 20 years. Oh my God please help me Jesus to stop 🛑 once and for all forever. I repent , renounce cigarettes and cigars , the horrible chemicals Jesus help amen ❤

WOW! Glory to JESUS CHRIST! I'm addicted to coffee. I want to down scale my coffee intake - sometimes I drink 8 to 10 cups of coffee a day. Now I am drinking more water.

My auntie had to get stints put into her legs because of smoking 🚬
The doc said that she's lucky that she didn't have to have her legs amputated😳. She and I give God that credit. 💞
In 2015 she and I quit drinking together 🍻 🥂 to honor God and our bodies. My auntie, my daughter, my little sister, and myself all got baptized together. My auntie and I are ....were avid smokers until yesterday. We made a pact that if one finally quit, the other will follow, and since God did save her legs we both decided to quit smoking together. She's on the patches...and I'm leaning on God... She's smoked for 46 years. I've smoked for 29yrs. Craving a little, so that's why I'm here watching your video, being inspired...and God's strength that surpasses all understanding is holding me up, holding us both up. Thank you for sharing this video. It helped a lot. However, I'm keeping my ☕ and so is she 😀 We'd lose our minds for sure 😊

Had 1 today so that was 20+ hours. Didn't even finish it, it made me feel sick. Can't believe I've been having more than that every day. 99% sure I'm done with it.

Does anyone who smokes want to have a competition with me? See who can last the longest? I cannot even stop for a day it’s been 30 years. I absolutely need Jesus and deliverance. The longest I have gone was when I competed with someone and made it almost a day up until I found out they had been cheating. Then I started up again. Anyone up for some prayer and a challenge?
