Zap probably only saw failure with that team, hence why he wasn't locked in. He took the only logical choice which was trailing with the Tsm boys, where he could potentially get a sponsorship and play with world class comp winners.
I truly do believe that all of e8 left because of the way the contest was handled. Sure e8 scored a 1st place placement and top kills in 1 game.
But going 0-5 also has its mental battles to endure. The way Zack was behaving at LAN finals was probably embarrassing for the team. That’s probably one reason, Zack’s behavior turned off the team.
I don’t think shooby and zap could muster being a teammate to Zack after that fiasco.

Think zap and Talmadge might have the mindset of trying something with higher risk but bigger reward. Reps and Verhulst have actually have winning experience. Yes, new IGL and pressures, but I think reps and Verhulst have a way higher ceiling than Zach and knoqd in tourneys.

I definitely appreciate the timeline and breakdown from Zach, but for him to say that none of this is his fault is kind of brain dead imo. You can not make consecutive bad decisions/take risks and expect everything to just fall into line at the end of the day.
So he chose to play with Zap and Knoqd/Sikezz which led to Shooby looking for other opportunities, now that Zap wants to go all of a sudden it's "I want to play with shooby", oh so now you want to play with him. LMAO. Think about it for a second, why would Shooby want to come back to a guy who wanted to ditch him?

But, it should have been absolutely evident o7 was 5x more prepared for that contest after 3 games, and Zach, should have dropped the ego and not gatekeep his two young demons from having a legit chance at winning something. It became Zach vs Gnaske, and both teams players were not happy about it. That's obvious. Either way, absolutely atrocious ego chal on the boy

According to Gnaske, when he confronted Zach in the LAN booth about E8 continuing to contest, Zach said he was making 7-9k to lose. If the coach is getting ignored and your IGL says that, why wouldn't both Talm and Zap switch to a team that want to win and get paid well?
@@jonathancarranza6046 I think he talked about their chemistry. Zap would be better with him and knoqd than Reps and Verhulst like Dezign is better with Timmy and Enemy than Reps and Verhulst.
