Yanni is fantastic, & incorporates many instruments & music styles from countries all over. Yes, he is very charismatic, & so fun to watch. They all have a blast at what they do.
I love Yanni's music; he has evolved so much; thank you for accepting my recommendation, Naina here. looking forward to see more reactions form you! :)
I really wish more who make "reactions" would have the guts to dive into this. He is totally charismatic and the music is his alone. Best musicians from around the world and he doesn't even read music. It is translated from his "shorthand" into what the professional musicians can use. See Niki Nana from his China concert! He wrote that as a child.
The fact that you discovered a musical ocean like Yanni excited me and also made me look forward to your reaction to the next Yanni video. Suggestion: "Keys to Imagination"
Love the digiridoo. Man that was amazing. So many elements. Yes I can see that this is popular on a music festival. TX for all your hard work and introducing us to so many new music . Greetings from South Africa
Whoa, now there's a name I haven't thought about in 25 years! Man, me and my friend used to listen to Yanni all the time. Our stoner music, sure, was all the normal Pink Floyd, Zeppelin etc, but us weirdos also loved Yanni, be it in a dark smokey room or in a road trip. Seriously, consider this for a moment...what you just heard playing while two seriously stoned bros were cruising up Pacific Coast Highway in California. The digirodoo was actually quite popular in the early 90s, kind of a fad. You would see them for sale at all of the music festivals and such.
Yanni lives in South Florida. I'm a part of what he calls his "test audience" ... we are where he does the first concert of any tour to get the musicians and music shaking for the travel. It took him two years in negotiations and building to create a way to play in front of the Taj Mahal. He carries 200 keyboards with him on any tour. Most of his concerts are somewhat like that. If you watch his personal discussions you will learn a lot more about his life and how this is done. It is truly magnificent, complicated and smoothed out in his personal studio or a larger one in Palm Beach. Yes, there is a personal studio on his property. There are ALWAYS SURPRISES in his stage presence. Magical!
A master❤❤❤& this concert is just more then amazing ...listen to all the concert ...i ve listen this concert more then 100 times & i still have goosbumps every time ❤❤❤
I've listened to Yanni since the 80's. He is a genius!

Hey, took you back to Nostalgia lane! Thanks for sharing that. I can see it in mind's eye! Awesome!
I love Yanni`s music. You should react to Nightingale, amazing vocals!!
If you want to hear another groovy one from yanni the storm live version❤❤❤❤❤
I second that.
This entire concert is great, but my favorite is the Prelude/Nostalgia section.
"... it's all about the feeling for me."
If you pay close attention to Yanni's movements they reveal it's all about the feeling for him as well. ;)
Beautiful to witness

Too bad you started the Yanni experience with this odd song. It's a a one off. Try a different song
Any recommendations?
