I did karate for years using static stretching and always struggled with balance and flexibility. I really can’t believe how far my balance and flexibility has come in such a short space of time following your dynamic style. I’ve gone from feeling like a hippo on one leg to a flamingo 😂 Thanks Ash.

Hamstrings were so tight waking up today and this was a nice way to loosen up, and be gentle with my body while still waking it up with a morning drizzle to greet me.

What a fantastic session! Thanks Ash for your presence on UA-cam. I couldn’t run this morn (thunderstorms) so did this session. It was perfect for a lower back that was talking to me (a 45 year old injury). Your voice is calming and moves smooth … neither jarring. My mind and body thank you!

This was a tough one on top of yesterday's run 😅 but it's so wonderful to feel how strong my body is becoming. I couldn't have imagined being able to do this kind of strength exercises just a few months ago

This stretch was perfect as feeling a bit sore and stiff this morning after running yesterday its really helped me and I'm definitely right sided dominant! Thank you very much!

Great vid. I'd suggest you to include the stretch on glutes as they are tight especially after the hip thrust exercise and speed workout.
I do mix up the areas I focus on in each video to keep things varied! I appreciate your comment, thank you 🙏😊

That was definitely easier on my right side but I would’ve thought I’d be left side dominant as I’m left handed! 🤔
Maybe you sit or move in a certain way that makes it less comfortable for your left side or sometimes we overwork the dominant side and thats why it feels tighter. Thanks for your comment Nicola!
