- I’m SO excited to announce I wrote a NEW cookbook!! Preppy Kitchen Super Easy is available for preorder today and I can't wait to start sharing all the fast, easy and delicious recipes from it with you. From breakfast to dinner, and dessert my new book is filled with dishes that are simple yet still feel special. With variations and tons of time-saving hacks for nearly every recipe, these recipes are easy to prepare anytime! I know a lot of us are beyond busy but still want to get something great on the table without the stress so I created this book to share recipes that are both practical to prepare and delicious.

The amount of work and care it takes to preemptively think of all the adjustments and hassles people might need to deal with when cooking, to troubleshoot all the biggest issues people have with consistently making and eating home-cooked meals and offer a bundle of solutions - it's just so on brand with your channel. Congratulations, John!! I found your channel a few years ago and it has been an amazing journey for me. Your videos always make me feel comfortable to learn the way of baking and cooking in the kitchen. I have always been scared to cook food but I LOVE BAKING and I am trying new things with cooking!! I love your cookies and cupcake recipes! My favorite is the concha recipe because it reminds me of home and my family. I got your cook book this past christmas and I have been exploring!!
