How to Add or Delete User Code on TEEHO/REVOLO Door Lock

In this video, you'll learn how to add or delete a User Code on a Revolo/Teeho Keypad Deadbolt (REVOLO RE001, TEEHO TE001, TE002). Each User Code can be 4-10 digits and you can add up to 20 codes.

How do I put in fake codes before and after my user code?

Hi there,
The process is straightforward. Enter the fake code (5 digits max) then enter a valid User Code and press the TEEHO button.
Or enter a valid User Code then enter the fake code (5 digits max) and hit the TEEHO button.
Or enter the fake code (5 digits max), then enter a valid User Code, then enter a fake code again (5 digits max) and hit the TEEHO button.

My teeho button turns red when I try to change my code

Hi there,
If the TEEHO button turns red, it means the programming is unsuccessful.
Here are some reasons this might be happening:
1. You are taking more than 10 seconds to complete the last programming step.
2. Your Master Code is incorrect.
Try again and make sure to complete the programming steps quickly -- using the correct Master Code.
