In this video, I go over how to create a master code for the Teeho Lock.
Below are the steps for adding a master code.
1. Click Teeho twice
2. Type Master Code (If you don't know here is factory reset video: • Teeho Lock - Factory R...
3. Click Teeho
4. Press 2 to add and 3 to delete
5. Add new code
6. Click Teeho
7. Type new code
8. Click Teeho

We were having difficulties understanding the instructions. Of all UA-camrs reporting on the Teeho Lock, your video is the BEST. My husband is cussing a lot less. LOL.

Thank you for the tutorial but I have a question how do you program more than 1 user code?
It would be through this same process to add another code
When you make a user code are you able to open the door with both the master code and user code? And can I put numbers in before the user code to confuse anyone who is lurking behind me?
The master code is to get to menu and the other code would be to open. I think what you discussed like a scramble feature would be beneficial for this lock

I have two of the TEEHO TE002 the one on the front works fine, however the one on the back door, when I push a button to lock the door it runs through three times of locking and unlocking finishing locking the door.... how do I fix this problem?
A coupe of things I might check:
1. See how smooth the deadbolt is going in. So are you needing to push or pull on the door to make it smooth. If so it could be weather or an alignment issue

When I press 0 it locks but after (locking/unlocking by itself for 3 times) is that normal thank you

Thanks for subscribing. So Teeho does not have an app to my knowledge. It all is manually done on lock.

When I try to hit 2 or any number to add a code or enable auto lock, it flashes red.

After i put in my master code and tap teeho it goes green but when i push 2 to change the code it goes red , what do i do ?

Won't accept new code. I did a factory reset, which worked perfectly. But, then I hit Teeho, Teeho, Master Code (green light), but when I press 2 to add new code, I get a red light. I can't seem to get past this.

I've looked around on the internet and can't find a definitive answer can you have more than one code to unlock the door?
I should probably explain I put in the master code then press 2 and when I try to put in a second code it flashes red when I enter it. It is a brand new lock

Mine I have one that has a code but when I hit the button twice it does wake up but when I type in master code and teeho again it goes back to sleep

Were you able to resolve the issue? I am facing the same issue. Master code is correct as it opens up the door. I reset the lock but still facing the same issue.
