- In this video, I've explained how to program the TEEHO Keypad Door Lock (TEEHO TE001, TE002, and other models).
Whether you have just installed a new TEEHO Deadbolt or acquired an existing one, you can follow the steps in this video to program the lock - changing the default Master Code, Adding User Codes, Enabling Auto-Lock, etc.

silent mode,
it needs to be done kinda fast so may take a couple of times to work up to it
1. Press the TEEHO button twice.
2. Enter your Master Code
3. press the TEEHO button once.
4. Press number 4 and wait for a green flash.
5. Press number 2
6. Press the TEEHO button to enable silent mode.
7. You'll see a green flash confirming silent mode is enabled.
8. Pat yourself on the back and do a dance of celebrate !

I keep getting the red flashing light when I try to change the default master code. I’ve waited 3 minutes and even tried the manual factory reset and it hasn’t worked for me.
Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear that. This might be happening because your new Master Code contains an unsupported number sequence.
When changing the default Master Code, make sure your new Master Code is not a forward, backward, or repeat number sequence.
Example:
Forward number sequence: 1234567-not supported.
Backward number sequence: 987654321-not supported.
Repeat number sequence: 44444444-not supported.
Also, your new code must not contain an existing code sequence. For example, if your existing Master Code is 4325, you can’t change it to 432576 or 764325.
Try a new code and make sure it's unique.
If that doesn't help, try replacing the batteries with new ones and try again.

Glad to be of help!
When locking the door, the lock emits two/three beeps and that's normal.
However, if your lock keeps beeping and flashing red when it's locked, it means the batteries are low and you'll need to replace them.
With the user code, may i open & lock door from outside?
You can unlock with a User from the outside -- enter the User Code and hit the TEEHO button. To lock, press and hold any button on the keypad for two seconds.
Thank you for the tutorial but I have a question are you able to have more than 1 user code? If so, how do you program more than 1 user code?

Yes, you can add up to 20 User Codes.

How do you switch orientation?
If you're switching from a right-handed door to left-handed (and vice versa), you'll need to run the door handing detection (which is the same as resetting the lock). Once you do that the lock is going learn the orientation of the door.
Door handing detection process:
1. Get three batteries in.
2. Next, get the reset tool/pin and insert it into the pinhole.
3. Press and hold it. While holding it, get the fourth battery in.
4. Keep holding the reset tool/pin until you hear a long beep and the latch extends and retracts.
5. The door handing is now complete.
Reprogram your lock with the default Master Code -- 12345678.
What about silent mode? Please demonstrate.
To activate silent mode, follow these steps:
1. Press the TEEHO button twice.
2. Enter your Master Code and press the TEEHO button once.
3. Press 4 and wait for a green flash.
4. Press 2 and press the TEEHO button to enable silent mode. You'll see a green flash confirming silent mode is enabled.
To disable silent mode, repeat the steps and press 1 (before the TEEHO button) in the last step.

When I push 2 to disable auto lock it blinks red
Hi there, it should blink green to show the the programming is successful.
Wait 3 minutes and try again and make sure to follow the instructions correctly:
Press the TEEHO button twice, then enter your Master Code and press TEEHO once.
Press #5 then press #2 and press the TEEHO button to disable auto-lock.

@@SmartTechVille yes I tried a couple times already, I’m not sure if that’s the master code but when I push Teeho twice I put my code in, and push teeho again and it blinks green, I push 5 and blinks green again, I push 2 and then it blinks red
Your Master Code is correct since it blinks green in the first step.
Try removing the batteries. Then wait a few seconds and put them back in. If that doesn't help, resetting the lock might do the trick. See how to reset here -- ua-cam.com/video/ZNlYfHaIMYM/v-deo.html
I followed all steps lock not letting me set my pin from default

This might be happening because your new Code number sequence is not supported.
Make sure the new Master Code doesn't contain a forward, backward, or repeat number sequence.
Example:
Forward number sequence: 1234567-not supported.
Backward number sequence: 987654321-not supported.
Repeat number sequence: 44444444-not supported.
With that in mind, try changing the default code again.
If the problem persists, reset the lock. Wait a few minutes and try again.

If you've previously changed your Master Code, check that your new code doesn't contain an existing code sequence.
For example, if your existing Master Code is 4325, you can’t change it to 432576 or 764325. Make sure the new code is completely different from the old one.
@@SmartTechVille I never got a chance to change it from the default password every time I get to the password to re enter it turns red instead of green
@@jonikam69 It appears the lock isn't installed correctly. Try removing the interior assembly from the door. Then reinstall it and make sure the Thumb Turn is in the vertical position and the latch bolt retracted while reinstalling it.
Next, reset the lock. Then try changing the default Master Code again. Note that the default Master Code is 12345678.
Auto lock is a bad design for those kind of doors, it is easy to damage your door frame from our experience, so just disable it!!!
