How do you move through the chart /spreadsheet formatting in apple notes iPhone? For example what voice command can you use in place of the “next” button to move between fields?
That is not something you can do using dictation. It is a completely different feature set you will find in Settings - Accessibility - Voice Control. There you can setup voice control and also access the voice control guide to learn more about it.

Nobody pointing out that this video only provides audio in the left channel. My right earbud only gives silence. I checked with other videos it's the video, not my earbuds.

Good instructions. Too bad Apple dictation gets every third word wrong. It takes more time to correct than it would have taken to type the entire thing in the first place.
That is actually not my experience any longer. Especially with the new IOS version dictation (especially in English) has been very solid. I estimate that I need to edit about 2 Words in a longer paragraph for general content. If there is lots of specialized vocabulary this of course increases. Of course good pronounciation is key.
Yes, you can drag and drop the recording to any folder in the files app, where you can play it and link to it using iCloud (or Dropbox, Google Drive etc.) sharing. iOS 16 talk to text is the worst system that apples ever had it frequently screws up the words it records things that hears on TV it’s just a disaster. I hated the old system was much much better than this. I know Apple doesn’t give a shit but I’m going to try a Microsoft version. I’m tired of Apple’s crap.
My mileage varies. I had pretty good success with it and used it a lot. But with iOS 17 it gets much better. Maybe come back with iOS 17 if you aren‘t satisfied with the 3rd party tool.

double-tab, select the text you want to delete and press the backspace button (on the keyboard right to the letter m).
