Katy Lady17 I literately know that anxiety you are having. My husband has auto immune issues and I am an essential worker afraid I am going to get him sick. Our daughter is type 1 diabetic as well. I pray that we and everyone are going be ok🙏🏻

I kept trying to call my father, but realized he didn't have a cell phone number and I felt alone and scared. The reality is my dad died when I was 30, and I was a daddy's girl. I think we all need comforting right now!

I stopped wearing make up since quarantine started to give my skin a break. And my skin has improved so much!

I haven't been wearing makeup as much either. I only work two days a week so I do on those days but its minimal because of time. The other days I stay home of course, unless I need to go to the store. I'm actually enjoying it because I'm so exhausted at the end of the day. Even though I'm home there's always something that needs to be done and taking make up off is one less thing I have to do. I'll skip washing my face at night too on my no makeup days, it's nice to give my skin a break. My skin really is so much better.
That song cherry reminds me of a cut scene in a movie where someone's driving alone down a long country road with the windows down all sad and starting their life over.
The before and after for the grande brow is crazy. I always think things like that are so gimmicky but obviously not!
Seriously that new Harry Styles album is SO good! I am normally into shoe gaze, indie, some hip hop and a bit of a music snob but that album does NOT disappoint.
2 seconds in, Pause to comment...OMG! You’re wearing my favorite shirt! After you tried it on in a Amazon Wardrobe, I immediately ordered it. My mom saw it and wanted it too. We call it our “fav-cozy-striped-shirt”. I just wore it a couple of day ago while I worked from home. I also have the hood-less version and it’s also so cute. Ok back to your vid... edit ok now further into the video and you say you done like it... gasp... ok. Ok try the hoodless version (warning...they run bigger than the one you have on.) it has a straight bottom versus the curved,but is still long and works great with leggings too. Plus they have it in the same striped fabric. I wear the hoodless version to the office all the time. It’s perfect to dress up with a scarf or necklace or can be casual with leggings or jeans. It’s listed under Daily Ritual women’ s supersoft terry raglan sweatshirt. Ok I’m going back to your vid again...💜💜

Hi Jess. Thank you so much for providing a sense of calmness when my anxiety level is through the roof! This is such an uneasy time not knowing what each day will bring. I’m worried about my husband who can’t work from home as his job is essential and so I’m always on edge and pray he’ll be ok just as I do for all of us. So I truly appreciate all that you do. I love all your vlogs especially the favorites,hauls and cooking. I actually couldn’t sleep, it’s 3:41am and I just ordered the makeup bag and keeper totes! I think that life will be very different when we return to 'normal', but there is going to be this renewed energy and appreciation for everything and I'm excited for it.
I have been wearing makeup everyday too. I enjoy the routine and it adds to the normalcy of my day in these turbulent times. I have been having fun creating more dramatic eye looks that I normally wouldn’t wear to work. Thanks for your continued presence that adds a nice distraction to my days at home.
Thank you for sharing your excitement about all the little things we can enjoy in our homes. I am weirdly...both less attached to my “things” during this time, and more attached to the idea of sorting and categorizing those same things. Oh my gosh. I've been working from home for 3 weeks now, and the lawn mowing makes me so happy. I was just thinking that it reminds me of childhood the other day. Also, if people are interested in a "fancier" way of making iced coffee the Ninja coffee bar is incredible. It's my favorite kitchen purchase I've ever made. I have the one that has the coffee and tea filters. But I used to just brew a pot and throw it in the fridge for later. I only like cold coffee in warmer weather.

Tip for keeping your coffee warm- a candle warmer you can purchase them at Walmart, Dollar General or Amazon- they’re a lot cheaper at stores instead of Amazon-

Awww really love the addition of favorite song, food, even books that you put in your favorites videos!! My favorite songs rn are all by Svrcina specifically Meet Me on the Battlefield, Island, & Sweeter Place. I have been going on solo hikes through nearby woods just to get out, clear my head & get some exercise and I have found her music to be the perfect company. I noticed a lot of comments from people suffering from depression, anxiety even sleep issues lately and wanted to suggest getting out for a walk or hike may help and for me music always helps. My 18 yr old daughter suffers from severe anxiety and significant OCD and walking/hiking has really helped her. Hope that helps someone out there....thanks Jen for your videos they are a great distraction!! Stay safe & be good to yourselves.

Makeup has always been my happy place. My friends and family think Iam crazy bc I do love to gift them beauty and makeup stuff. Idk that is a way of telling them how much I care about them. Working as at a Hospital (as a Secretary) is pretty stressful at the moment..
But that Bambi Mascara!!! Nothing else keeps my lashes lifted after curling!!! And it never clumps and is nice and lengthening... it always makes me happy to use it :)
I have always worn makeup everyday. Make-up is so relaxing to me.I normally do wearable looks. Since being quarantine I've experimented more with eye looks. It is just fun to play and try something new.

I can confirm that the Nacho and BBQ hippeas are yum. For anybody wondering yes you can tell it's a healthy snack the texture is a bit grainy I'd say but still a yummy alternative!

I am loving makeup more than ever. I realized it’s because I can control it. I am a planner so these are hard times but at night going to sleep I can always plan the next day’s makeup.
I’ve been wearing makeup everyday too! Not sure why but it just makes me feel better and like I’m accomplishing something. BTW since I was bored, I ordered the Missha BB cream. Used it today for the first time and loved it on this 60 something face. 😂. Thanks for the tip.

Hippeas are a hit in our house too! My daughter has a dairy allergy and these have replaced the cheese puffs she used to love so dearly. They also have some that are pretty much a dupe for cool ranch doritos.

Yesss, omg. I love the reusable ziploc bags! We also have reusable applesauce pouches (like the go go squeeze) that we love for our toddler too. Way cheaper and healthier to make our own applesauce and toss them into the reusable applesauce squeeze pouches.

I love the Bambi mascara and will definitely buy it again. I think because it has long and short bristles its able to grab every lash, even the short ones, and that makes a difference in how full the they are. Mine are long but they do naturally fall out every so often and it takes time for them to grow long ago. I haven't used a mascara that does that yet.
I bought those Keeper bags from your recommendation over the summer to bring with me to college, and I love them! I don't use them super often, but they're great to have around.

I love Hippeas! I first tried them when they came in my Love with Food subscription box. Now that's a fun box to get!
I got the Grande Lash mascara in a subscription box and I started using it after I had lash extensions removed and I feel like it, almost single-handedly, revived my lashes! Plus i love the brush, hold, curl etc that it gives 😍
