I can sympathize with coming off of a medication like that...I went cold turkey off of Effexor 15 yrs ago when I lost my health insurance and I had bad vertigo for over a month.

Hi! Hope you don’t mind me commenting, but I work in health care and also happen to take the highest dose of Effexor for MDD. Only wanted to mention that if you do come off it, taper slowly down on it with a provider, but I would ask why you want to? I understand when people want to come off antidepressant meds for situational depression or if they’ve only ever had 1 depressive episode, but for example, in my case, I have MDD, which is a chronic neurotransmitter dysregulation disorder, and I’ll basically always need to be on meds 😊 I also would always promote antidepressants over anyone relying on something like benzodiazepines. You know what’s best for you, I just worry that many people think being on meds is inherently “bad”, when sometimes, you just need them! Mental health disorders are really no different than, say, cardiovascular disorders, there’s just unfortunately still a lot of public stigma 😊

I couldn't sleep because of the fear of not breathing. The ER Dr. diagnosed a panic attack and was put on Effexor . I have had 3 bouts of depression. 1 episode before Effexor and 2 bouts after. I do have a new provider that said if I want to try to come off she would work with me.. Who knows maybe I really do need them.

Bakuchiol is a great retinol alternative for women who are pregnant as retinol causes birth defects or for people who cannot tolerate retinol. There’s actually quite a bit research from what I’ve seen showing it’s quite effects as retinol.
Yay, an Abbey video!! 😊❤️ Love these, really fun to see what you’ve been using regularly - thank you for always promoting what you do actually use, the consistency is refreshing among influencers!! Wanted to mention that I’ve been following your hair routine for over a year, but very recently stopped using the LP triple bond repair in exchange for a pump or two of K18 on freshly washed damp hair. I know you’re not supposed to use K18 after conditioning, but my hair feels sooooooo much better/softer after this one change! Any thoughts? Hope you’re well!! xo
Sorry to add another comment, but wondered if you’ve tried the Epres shampoo/conditioner yet?? So curious, but wanted your opinion first before purchasing!
i would really love a review of the haruharu wonder black rice sunscreen! it's very whipped and thick but once you apply it it's as light as any of the gel cream sunscreens. Also the Numbuzin #1 sunscreen.
Thanks for. the heads up on the L’Oréal conditioner. I bought that on your recommendation and love it so much. I’d be livid if I thought it was discontinued. 😂
Can I ask when you use the hypochlorous acid mist? I bought it based on your recommendation, but I haven’t been using it because I don’t know when to. Thanks!
Not Abbey, but I use this immediately after I cleanse, before applying serums / moisturizer. I also use it if I’ve worked out / gotten sweaty but can’t shower or wash my face right away. In that case i just spray it on on top of whatever I’ve got on and i feel like it prevents breakouts. I also use it on fresh piercings and it helps SO much.
I've never used micellar water to take off makeup.I only use it as a last step after my double cleanse. my favorite is the simple brand period I get it at j max for 4 bucks.
Thank you for an empties video!! I love knowing your opinion on the product after using an entire bottle. I'm so interested in the Prequel brand, but I have enough product in my closet right now. Maybe by November sales......😜 Again, I love and appreciate all your hard work. Trying all these products can not be fabulous for your skin. The risk of irritation and sensitivity is high. Would love a video of favorite products in each category both high end and drugstore and comparison to each other. Have you tried the Heroin Mascara Remover? Made by Kissme, a J-beauty brand?? It is wonderful for waterproof mascara and eye liner!! So glad you are feeling better!!! Many blessings!!!
Did you refrigerate your prequel vit c? I've been using timeless for years and find it needs to be refrigerated to last longer. I am curious to try prequel.
So curious, how do you spray tan your hands in your feet?? I’ve been trying and trying, and mine always gets streaky! Would really embrace your input on this❤
Thank you for this video! It gives such good suggestions. Any update on the tubing mascara show down? I’m very interested in hearing your thoughts on these.
So happy to see you again! Hope you will get better soon ❤. Abbey can you please review the bond-building repair hair oil serum from bumble and bumble?! I would really like to know your thoughts about it. 😊
Question: Is there a reason you use living proof each time you wash over other bond repair products? Also, it would be awesome if you did a video about how we can spot products that are called bond repair but really aren’t.
Have you reviewed any XMONDO products? I hope I haven't missed it! If you haven't, could you please? Obviously only the products that might work for your gorgeous hair.
When do you use your copper peptide? I want to try them, but I use Tretinoin nightly and use a glycolic acid face wash so I am a little reluctant to try them.

Beauty of joseon eye cream is the k-beauty one I’ve been trying!
Is there some EU alternative for the Skin Smart spray? Unfortunately I'm in Europe and can't buy this...
Bakuchiol is a great retinol alternative for women who are pregnant as retinol causes birth defects or for people who cannot tolerate retinol. There’s actually quite a bit research from what I’ve seen showing it’s quite effects as retinol.
Agreed that bakuchiol is great but it is annoying that the name of the eye cream is misleading since it is called the retinol eye cream.
There is no evidence that over the counter retinol causes birth defects but it should be avoided. Please don’t spread misinformation
One of your best videos ever ❤❤❤
Yeah tapering on or off meds is never fun. Feel better!
Your hair is so beautiful !
Can you review the peach and lily barrier serum and also the haruharu go away serum?
I only trust you and Dr. Dray on UA-cam. Thank you for your honesty❤❤❤❤
WOW that's an honor thank you! 💗
i would really love a review of the haruharu wonder black rice sunscreen! it's very whipped and thick but once you apply it it's as light as any of the gel cream sunscreens. Also the Numbuzin #1 sunscreen.
So many empties mean that your *self care routine* is going well! 🥰
Nice job, Abbey!
Just curious why you like that L’Oréal frizz defy conditioner. It’s silicone free. I used it and wasn’t impressed
I love the 21-1 leave in too!
Thanks for. the heads up on the L’Oréal conditioner. I bought that on your recommendation and love it so much. I’d be livid if I thought it was discontinued. 😂
Please try Shiseido premium mask it’s cheap and supposed to be good.
Maybe by November sales......😜
Again, I love and appreciate all your hard work.
My fav hypochlorous acid I’ve been using and loving is the Hale Derma post procedure facial mist.
Did you refrigerate your prequel vit c? I've been using timeless for years and find it needs to be refrigerated to last longer. I am curious to try prequel.
Do you have any recommendations for frizzy hair? My hair appears to be silky, but as soon as I leave the house it instantly goes frizzy xx
Humidity hair spray, a heat protectant hair mist,
@@chapplepeach29 thank you!
I keep the Skin Smart spray on hand as a "cleanser" for my teenage son that refuses to regularly wash his face. 😂
Can you please review the Goldwell Dualsenses Bond Pro series?:)
What about the kerastase lines ?
Do you cut the top off the sunscreen tubes? That is so smart!!
Thank you for the hard work.
Do you use epres every wash? Thank you!!
I buy hypochlorus acid spray by the gallon and I just refill my mister bottle with it. Buying in bulk is the way to go
So curious, how do you spray tan your hands in your feet?? I’ve been trying and trying, and mine always gets streaky! Would really embrace your input on this❤
Thank you for this video! It gives such good suggestions. Any update on the tubing mascara show down? I’m very interested in hearing your thoughts on these.
So happy to see you again! Hope you will get better soon ❤.
Abbey can you please review the bond-building repair hair oil serum from bumble and bumble?! I would really like to know your thoughts about it. 😊
Do you update your hair guide?
Could you elaborate on the ouai body scrub? Why was it good ?
I need to start collecting the products that I finished to see if they are lots like yours 😂
Hi Abbey , could you please tell us where the head band is from 😍♥️
Interesting that you use Living Proof after every shampoo. How often are you shampooing these days? I hope all goes well. 🙂
Is the Diamond Gloss better than the Essence Clear gloss?
Question: Is there a reason you use living proof each time you wash over other bond repair products? Also, it would be awesome if you did a video about how we can spot products that are called bond repair but really aren’t.
Have you reviewed any XMONDO products? I hope I haven't missed it! If you haven't, could you please? Obviously only the products that might work for your gorgeous hair.
Hey Abby can you review the blowout professor champú and conditioner?
COSRX has peptide serum which has copper peptide in it and is much cheaper than the one you use.
Hi Abby, Cetaphil has a great acne moisturizer.
When do you use your copper peptide? I want to try them, but I use Tretinoin nightly and use a glycolic acid face wash so I am a little reluctant to try them.
what container did you put your empties in? I'm keeping all my empties too but they are just in a grocery bag, would love to see it better.
I loooove your hair color!
thank you sm!! xx
I just finished up my big Bum Bum cream too!
Have you tested Drmtlgy's new Matte Universal sun screen?
Love your hair soooo much my dream hair 😊❤❤❤
thank you 💗💗
@@AbbeyYung ❤️👍
I will need to go see what the benefit of epres is and how to use it ? What makes it different from ogx
Hi Abby, I would love your opinion on what is less damaging. Round brush with hair drier or hair drier then straightener. Assuming both are being done properly. I have fine thin colored hair that is prone to damage. Thanks
What is a good face wash for sensitive skin
