I love the Color Tattoo Bad to the Bronze shade! I bought one before they discontinued it and I was sooo mad they did! Also they did reformulate the Milani baked blushes, I used the shade Dolce Pink 5 or 6 years ago and recently bought it and it was pure glitter! No color what so ever...
Bad to the Bronze has been rereleased as High Roller.

@@avagorelick7408 maybe they've updated the formula since I bought it under the new name, but I thought the texture was not as good. It wasn't as pigmented or opaque.
I never hear anyone talk about my favorite shades of the NYX Butter Gloss. Praline is the best neutral browny color and Cinnamon Roll is a gorgeous cooler mauve. I just love that formula so much!

I had every single Revlon Lip Butter. I literally collected them all. My favorite lippies of all time, and even though they are all old and gross, I keep them in a “keepsake” bag, so I can swatch them and go down memory lane when I feel nostalgic!
Seeing you swatch the new Revlon lipsticks, I started actually tearing up. I will be stopping by the drugstore to buy some this week!

I still keep my lip butter in sorbet that I bought in 2013, and it was very well loved because there's only a little bit left! I miss those so much, they shouldn't have discontinued them
The combo-oily is the original colourstay. That's probably why the one you got is lower coverage

I just went back to the Fit Me concealer again as well. I'm not sure why I ever stopped.... Great for mature dry skin! If you want higher coverage, let it sit for a while before blending it.

The Fit Me concealer is my HG concealer! I hope that it never gets discontinued. I was caught in a surprise thunderstorm once, years before I discovered setting spray, and it actually stayed put. I also have combination to oily skin, so I think this is one of those rare products that works for all skin types.
I love this for years now, but only shade 15.

My favorite nostalgic drugstore eyeshadow palette was L’Oréal’s Autumn Leaves. When they discontinued it I bought 4 backups and I hit pan on all of them... about 6 years ago.

I was so happy when covergirl when cruelty free and then soooooo disappointed when wet n wild and physicians formula were no longer cruelty free. It really felt like one step forward, 2 steps back.
Yes!! The Maybelline fit me was my all-time favourite concealer and I haven't been able to find anything I like as much since going cruelty free.
Stop buying meat and animal products, as yourey directly contributing to animal cruelty every time you buy it.
For me, the old school foundation is the cover girl clean LINE hahahaha it's been around since I was 15 and now I'm 30 lol.

I still use the Milani Luminoso blush every day. I will sometimes apply a matte peach blush and top it with the Luminoso color and skip my highlighter. I agree that drugstores have up their game when it comes to foundations. This was a fun "blast from the past."❤

@@Patti-1962 It's the one blush that is in my makeup bag because it's my go to, the others are in a drawer for if I am in the mood for a pink, or coral etc. I do have many other blushes including several Milani baked blushes, but Luminoso is THE BOMB!

I feel like I didn't really get "into" makeup until 6-7 years ago. Prior to that I only had a couple items that I used regularly, and I didn't really try different products or get excited about them. This was fun to watch though to see what are old school beloved products.

I got REALLY into makeup in 2009. There wasn't a lot 😂 I remember going ham at Mac and bare minerals. Mac Viva glam 5 is the product that makes me all nostalgic. ♥️♥️♥️

I remember Coastal Scents, MAC paint pots and smokey eyes from that time. No crazy contouring or IG brows either.

Revlon Colorstay used to have no pump & came in a glass bottle. The coverage used to be comparable to MAC Studio Fix.

So happy to see the maybelline fit me concealer get some attention. I've been loving that for months. Its my holy grail and I have mature skin. Ill have to try the beaty sponge. I've been using the real techniques and like it. But worth trying something different.

Fun video idea! The Wet N Wild comfort zone pallet is what my mind always goes to when I think of nostalgic makeup. I went through so many of those pallets.

I love the Fit Me line. The concealer and the powders (both the pressed and the loose) are wonderful! But my holly grail foundation is the Loreal Infallible Pro Glow (the concealer is pretty good too). And I am in love with the new Color Tattoos Cream shadows (the colors Socialite, High Roller and Urbanite are amazing for day to day looks). Milani really makes perfect blushes! Kisses from Brazil

I cannot tell you how many Revlon color stays I have been through. Probably 15 or more. I haven’t used it in a couple years and have been missing it. I also went through 2 whole shimmering sands trios. I am also on my third luminoso. It was so easy for school/work. This video has made me so happy!

I would say, I'm lucky to meet this channel..today's make up channel is really making me tired but jessica save me. it feels like I listen to my sister talked about makeup lessons and i really love it.

They HAD to bring the lip butters back! They should have never been discontinued. They were sooo good. I bought every single shade and still have several. I have a hard time using them because I don't want use them up. They messed up with reducing the balm stain line. Loved those as well!

I have to say, I watch a lot of beauty UA-camrs most of them I just watch for the unboxings and I get a kick out of some of the outrageous makeup looks they do knowing I could never pull off. I love all you're natural looks, they work for me! I love you're personality, you are so sweet and funny and fresh. My other favorite is Alexandria Ryan, your both so relatable. Love hearing about all you're dupes. I keep a Post-It pad next to me so I can write the recommendation's down

I’m closer to 40 than 20 now and I’m noticing all kinds of changes (wrinkles, sun spots, etc) but it’s all about taking things in stride. I could be freaking out about getting older, but when I think about it, I remind myself that it’s natural and sure beats the alternative!! 😁😉

The Revlon lip butter in Juicy Papaya was my jammmm. Maybe the only lip color I have used two full bullets of. And while you were getting excited I almost cried with you! 😂
I completely share your love of the Revlon Lip Butters. When they were discontinued, I was able to score a few off Ebay. Pink Truffle and Sugar Plum were my favorites. I can't wait to try these new ones.
I love FitMe reviews. They are some of the most humorous to watch. I've owned it off and on for years. Every time I buy it it's because I saw and heard people rave about their positive experiences. Mine has never been positive, but I try to convince myself every time I buy it that my experience was better, I'm never right. It oxidizes in me EVERY SINGLE TIME. Like fake tan orange hue. Cracks me up every time I buy it Hahah. Body chemistry is such a funny thing! I'm glad everyone else loves it!

omg the oily/combination skin revlon superstay was all the hype, and now revlon is revamping i'd love to see you do a full face! the one you remember was definitely the matte one for oily skin
Oooh I'm gonna have to buy some old favorites. That mascara has always been and I think will always be my favorite. No other mascara separates my lashes the way it does and like you mentioned, I don't experience any flaking with it! It's incredible.

Oh my! That Jumbo Eye pencil from NYX reminded me that you used to have it in both forms (pencil and in a jar pot) and you decluttered the pencil because you said you preferred the pot because it's easier to use and then if I remember correctly you decluttered the pot version too. That mention really brought me back to when I first discovered your channel!
I have spent thousands on foundations ranging from super high end to everything at the drugstore. I always go back to Revlon Colorstay because it has been the only foundation that holds up against my oily skin. I have tried so many primers and powders as well. Nothing, for me, has held up without looking like spackle except the colorstay foundation. I'm so oily that it actually looks like a dewy foundation on me after a couple hours.
Oh my gosh, we are twins! I have literally said this so many times - that I have tried so many different foundations, but ALWAYS go back to Colorstay. About 2 years ago I finally stopped trying anything else. Nothing works as well as Colorstay for my oily skin.
Well you're a much smarter person than I am because I keep purchasing new foundations that promise to be the best but keep getting disappointed. I have a problem cause I know I'll never find anything better at Revlon's price point.
It is great. I have found that high end foundations have more of a tendency to look cakey on me, even using just one pump. I'm always disappointed so I'll stick to my Colorstay or Can't Stop Won't Stop.
Have you tried Covergirl Outlast? I'm also super oily and go back to Colorstay, but love Outlast equally, and it holds up well vs my oily skin.

I have & currently use (and love!) the Maybelline Chai Latte eye shadow!! It's awesome to this day & my sister uses it every single day! Plus use the NYX eye sliders all the time...oldies but still goodies

Such nostalgia! The Revlon colorstay definitely only had one formula back in the day. Fit me was my favourite for so many years and nothing could replace it for me until a couple of years ago. I might have to repurchase it 💜

I definitely remember that mascara in HS. It is best as a way to spread out the lashes, but not to make them look super dark and clumpy looking. And I didn’t really think much about it, but that’s so true that highlight has become a recent thing. I honestly think it’s a product that isn’t really necessary when you find a good blush like the Milani one. The only makeup I ever wore in HS was mascara and eyeliner. And then in college I actually wore foundation, but I always used a pressed powder and then of course mascara and blush. But that’s all I ever wore. Within the past 6 years that’s when I started using more products and just barely started using highlight actually within the last couple of years.

Oh my gosh! I saw the Lip Butters and I had to watch! I was super sad when it was discontinued, and I have been looking for a dupe for years!! Wet N Wild had these balm stains in the shape of a crayon that were almost the same, but they also discontinued those! I need to go out and get these new Revlon lipsticks!! I could just scream! 🤣

I remember being in middle school desperately wanting all of these products and sneaking the Maybelline Color Tattoos and the Covergirl mascara into my mom's shopping cart at Walmart because I wasn't allowed to wear makeup. Now I'm in my 5th year of college and crying nostalgia tears because seeing you so happy about reminiscing on these products brought me back to when I first started watching UA-cam and loving makeup. I’ve always love makeup, but I got into UA-cam during the lip butter era. This brought back memories. Remember the revlon whipped foundation? You got me using that one!

I love this so much & I wasn't even into makeup youtube back then. Just the nostalgia in general & the simplicity of things makes me happy. It was so exciting to find a gem & you really brought this to life. I can't wait for more throw back content like this. I'm seriously considering buying some of these things now. I already own the clumpcrusher for my no makeup makeup days lol.
Covergirl Shimmering Sands was the very first eye shadow I bought when I first started wearing makeup, and it was the only eye shadow I used for probably close to 15 years...it's crazy how simple our make up used to be.
Oh, and I love the butter glosses! I currently have Tiramisu, it's my exact lip color. Perfect to just throw on.
OMG !!! The Revlon lip butters !!!! I still have two that I WILL NOT THROW AWAY( I don't use) because I loved them so much and keep them to find something like it. I am going right now to buy those. Thank you so much for sharing this. 💞💄💗💄
So I just paused after the revlon colorstay foundation to add a comment. I am from eastern europe and I don't know about the american formula of this foundation, but at first it was something like full-coverage, didn't budge on the face, didn't transfer on the phone screen, amazing..It also had a very pungent, paint-like scent; did not have a pump but I loved it. It was no dry skin/oily skin separation. Then they reformulated it...Added oily skin and dry skin lines and a pump. It was not the same product. Made my combo skin oily as hell and sat on top of the skin in a weird way and it certainly smelled different, like sunscreen or something...Oh, I wish they never changed the formula because it really was amazing...
Theresa Hope YESSSSSS!!! This was what I was about to comment!! I so miss the old formula!! Even when it was pre new packaging it was so freakin good. But now it’s not the don’t move formula. I’m so sad and haven’t found a replacement yet.
@@julieo4580 I know...I was crushed when they changed it. I was a paediatric resident back then and I had many night shifts and my foundation was FLAWLESS even after a night shift! Haven't found anything lile it since! Estee Lauder Doublewear is the closest in terms of performance but it does not really match Colorstay's old formula. I miss it so much!
