    Thank you for continuing to address women separately, and recognizing that not all women have the same goals and preferences. As a thin woman who's always wanted to get ripped, I dig vascularity and get excited when I can see some veins poppin (on myself)! :D

    Something that I would like to see in these videos are pictures put up of examples of what you're talking about while you're talking about them. They don't have to be up for long, it would just make it easier to visualize what you're trying to teach us. Great video!

    I never was a vascular person until I took my BF% from around 25% down to around 10%. From that point, I did the standard slow bulk, cut, rinse repeat. Each time I cut back down, I would be a little more vascular than the time before. Even though I suffer from SCS (Small Calve Syndrome), even my calves became vascular over time. This past year, I noticed a new vein that runs vertically down my ab's and goes around my belly button. I initially mistook it for a hernia around my belly button. Nope, just a vein that pops when the blood starts pumping in my core.

    I think I’ll never have that bicep vein...and I’m really desperate about it and even considering steroids..

    Remember always, using a part more will result in more vascularity. You type a lot? Your fingers will show. You do a lot of curls? Biceps will generally show more.

    Great podcast Mike! Can you do a podcast on how to maximize Sprint performance (swimming in my case, but it's all similar)? Ex. Lots of carbs? Supps like creatine? Thanks!

    Mike can you please do an in depth podcast on mrv mac training concepts and scheduling it for natural bodybuilding gains . Basically just an in depth podcast discussion about building a program for natural lifters because I am so demotivated seeing people pop pills and what not making rapid gains and lifting half as much as me
